本发明公开了一种多层复合的热收缩胶套,包括胶套主体,所述胶套主体其截面呈环形结构,所述胶套主体包括位于最内圈的熔胶层以及外部的基料层,所述基料层有多层,每两层基料层之间设置有熔胶连接层,所述基料层中设置有多个细小的孔洞。本发明通过将辐射交联聚乙烯基材的基料层多层次复合,中间加入熔胶进行连接,保证连接紧密,而且基料层中设置有孔洞,保证收缩率,多层复合损害一层后还有多层,保护管道。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料制品,具体是一种多层复合的热收缩胶套。
背景技术
热缩套俗称死套,一般的热收缩胶套内层为涂敷在钢管表面的环氧底漆,中间层为热熔胶,外层为改良性的辐射交联聚乙烯基材,90年代中后期石油天然气行业开始应用热收缩塑料材料,后来拓展到城市煤气管道、自来水管道等领域。目前生产热收缩带的设备在技术上比较落后,影响了热收缩产品的结构,影响热收缩产品的质量,制约了行业的发展。现有技术生产的热收缩制品,依靠生产PE基材时形成拉伸,经过射线辐照后涂胶,由于自动化水平低,无法形成准确控制收缩率,收缩量不稳定,产品的内部结构不合理,造成产品质量下降。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种的多层复合的热收缩胶套。该产品收缩率高,多层复合不易损坏。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种多层复合的热收缩胶套,包括胶套主体,所述胶套主体其截面呈环形结构,所述胶套主体包括位于最内圈的熔胶层以及外部的基料层,所述基料层有多层,每两层基料层之间设置有熔胶连接层,所述基料层中设置有多个细小的孔洞。
进一步的,所述胶料主体的外表面上涂有感光颜料层。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过将辐射交联聚乙烯基材的基料层多层次复合,中间加入熔胶进行连接,保证连接紧密,而且基料层中设置有孔洞,保证收缩率,多层复合损害一层后还有多层,保护管道。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示,本发明公开一种多层复合的热收缩胶套,包括胶套主体,所述胶套主体其截面呈环形结构,所述胶套主体包括位于最内圈的熔胶层1以及外部的基料层2,所述基料层2有多层,每两层基料层2之间设置有熔胶3连接层,使多层之间连接更紧密,所述基料层2中设置有多个细小的孔洞4,多个孔洞4以及多层次复合的方式,使热收缩胶套更收缩后更紧密的贴近管道,没有缝隙,保证产品质量。
所述胶料主体的外表面上涂有感光颜料层5。当使用后,热收缩胶套后期有破损坏时,就可简单的查实哪里被损坏,缩小检修范围。

1.一种多层复合的热收缩胶套,其特征在于:包括胶套主体,所述胶套主体其截面呈环形结构,所述胶套主体包括位于最内圈的熔胶层以及外部的基料层,所述基料层有多层,每两层基料层之间设置有熔胶连接层,所述基料层中设置有多个细小的孔洞。
2.根据权利要求1所述多层复合的热收缩胶套,其特征在于,所述胶料主体的外表面上涂有感光颜料层。
