Abstract

本发明公开了一种多层复合的热收缩胶套，包括胶套主体，所述胶套主体其截面呈环形结构，所述胶套主体包括位于最内圈的熔胶层以及外部的基料层，所述基料层有多层，每两层基料层之间设置有熔胶连接层，所述基料层中设置有多个细小的孔洞。本发明通过将辐射交联聚乙烯基材的基料层多层次复合，中间加入熔胶进行连接，保证连接紧密，而且基料层中设置有孔洞，保证收缩率，多层复合损害一层后还有多层，保护管道。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料制品，具体是一种多层复合的热收缩胶套。
背景技术
热缩套俗称死套，一般的热收缩胶套内层为涂敷在钢管表面的环氧底漆，中间层为热熔胶，外层为改良性的辐射交联聚乙烯基材,90年代中后期石油天然气行业开始应用热收缩塑料材料，后来拓展到城市煤气管道、自来水管道等领域。目前生产热收缩带的设备在技术上比较落后，影响了热收缩产品的结构，影响热收缩产品的质量，制约了行业的发展。现有技术生产的热收缩制品，依靠生产PE基材时形成拉伸，经过射线辐照后涂胶，由于自动化水平低，无法形成准确控制收缩率，收缩量不稳定，产品的内部结构不合理，造成产品质量下降。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种的多层复合的热收缩胶套。该产品收缩率高，多层复合不易损坏。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种多层复合的热收缩胶套，包括胶套主体，所述胶套主体其截面呈环形结构，所述胶套主体包括位于最内圈的熔胶层以及外部的基料层，所述基料层有多层，每两层基料层之间设置有熔胶连接层，所述基料层中设置有多个细小的孔洞。
进一步的，所述胶料主体的外表面上涂有感光颜料层。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明通过将辐射交联聚乙烯基材的基料层多层次复合，中间加入熔胶进行连接，保证连接紧密，而且基料层中设置有孔洞，保证收缩率，多层复合损害一层后还有多层，保护管道。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明，但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示，本发明公开一种多层复合的热收缩胶套，包括胶套主体，所述胶套主体其截面呈环形结构，所述胶套主体包括位于最内圈的熔胶层1以及外部的基料层2，所述基料层2有多层，每两层基料层2之间设置有熔胶3连接层，使多层之间连接更紧密，所述基料层2中设置有多个细小的孔洞4，多个孔洞4以及多层次复合的方式，使热收缩胶套更收缩后更紧密的贴近管道，没有缝隙，保证产品质量。
所述胶料主体的外表面上涂有感光颜料层5。当使用后，热收缩胶套后期有破损坏时，就可简单的查实哪里被损坏，缩小检修范围。

1.一种多层复合的热收缩胶套，其特征在于：包括胶套主体，所述胶套主体其截面呈环形结构，所述胶套主体包括位于最内圈的熔胶层以及外部的基料层，所述基料层有多层，每两层基料层之间设置有熔胶连接层，所述基料层中设置有多个细小的孔洞。
2.根据权利要求1所述多层复合的热收缩胶套，其特征在于,所述胶料主体的外表面上涂有感光颜料层。
