Abstract

本发明公开了一种风力发电系统,包括风轮座,风轮座前端转动安装有风轮,风轮座前侧部还安装有罩在风轮外的导流罩,导流罩内部空间设为截面积从前向后渐变减小的喇叭口形。本发明可有效提高风吹向风轮时的风速,扩展了风力发电应用范围,使风力发电可应用于一些风力较弱的地区。

技术领域
本发明涉及风力发电装置领域,具体是一种风力发电系统。
背景技术
风力发电系统是一种绿色环保的发电装置,其是通过风吹动风轮转动,进而带动发电机工作实现发电。现有的风力发电系统一般需要工作在强风环境下,在一些风力较弱的地区无法使用风力发电。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种风力发电系统,以解决现有技术中风力较弱的地区难以实现风力发电的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种风力发电系统,包括风轮座,风轮座前端转动安装有风轮,其特征在于:风轮座前侧部还安装有罩在风轮外的导流罩,所述导流罩与风轮共中心轴,导流罩前端向前超过风轮前侧轮面,导流罩前端设为罩口,导流罩内部空间设为截面积从前向后渐变减小的喇叭口形。
所述的一种风力发电系统,其特征在于:所述导流罩内侧壁上设有多道导流板,多道导流板分别沿所在位置的导流罩内侧壁方向延伸,相邻导流板之间间距从前向后渐变减小。
所述的一种风力发电系统,其特征在于:所述风轮座前侧部共中心轴套装有环形座,环形座上共中心轴转动套装有齿圈,所述齿圈具有外齿,所述导流罩后端连接在齿圈前侧圈面上,风轮座上还设有由电机驱动的齿轮,所述齿轮与齿圈传动啮合连接。
本发明中,在风轮外设置导流罩,导流罩内部空间设为从罩口向风轮方向截面积渐变减小的喇叭口型,当风吹入导流罩时,导流罩内部空间形成流道,由于流道截面积渐变减小,可使风速逐渐提高。
本发明中,由于风轮径向边沿处受风力作用对风轮转速影响较大,因此在导流罩内壁设置多道导流板,且相邻导流板间距从罩口向风轮方向也是渐变减小,这样对应风轮径向边沿位置的流道面积进一步减小,能进一步有效提高风速。
本发明中,导流罩整体可在电机、齿轮、齿圈带动下转动,工作时使导流罩与风轮转动方向相反,这样在导流罩内部形成抽吸作用,可进一步提高导向风轮的风速。
本发明可有效提高风吹向风轮时的风速,进而提高了风力发电的效率,并且扩展了风力发电应用范围,使风力发电可应用于一些风力较弱的地区。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种风力发电系统,包括风轮座1,风轮座1前端转动安装有风轮2,风轮座1前侧部还安装有罩在风轮2外的导流罩3,导流罩3与风轮2共中心轴,导流罩3前端向前超过风轮2前侧轮面,导流罩3前端设为罩口,导流罩3内部空间设为截面积从前向后渐变减小的喇叭口形。
导流罩3内侧壁上设有多道导流板4,多道导流板4分别沿所在位置的导流罩3内侧壁方向延伸,相邻导流板4之间间距从前向后渐变减小。
风轮座1前侧部共中心轴套装有环形座5,环形座5上共中心轴转动套装有齿圈6,齿圈6具有外齿,导流罩3后端连接在齿圈6前侧圈面上,风轮座1上还设有由电机7驱动的齿轮8,齿轮8与齿圈6传动啮合连接。

1.一种风力发电系统,包括风轮座,风轮座前端转动安装有风轮,其特征在于:风轮座前侧部还安装有罩在风轮外的导流罩,所述导流罩与风轮共中心轴,导流罩前端向前超过风轮前侧轮面,导流罩前端设为罩口,导流罩内部空间设为截面积从前向后渐变减小的喇叭口形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种风力发电系统,其特征在于:所述导流罩内侧壁上设有多道导流板,多道导流板分别沿所在位置的导流罩内侧壁方向延伸,相邻导流板之间间距从前向后渐变减小。
