本发明公开了一种环保安全门,包括外层门以及内层门,所述外层门采用木头为原料制作;所述内层门,由下述重量份的原料制成,酯胶改性醇酸树脂20‑40份、玻璃纤维15‑20份,氯化聚乙烯1‑5份,碳粉1‑2份,橘子油2‑5份,钛白粉1‑2份、炭黑2‑3份,硅藻土1‑4份,聚乳酸10‑18份,聚己内酯25‑40份,马来酸酐改性聚乙烯5‑10份,乙基三甲氧基硅烷2‑6份,尼龙5‑10份,亚硫酸氢钠1‑2份,纳米成炭母料15‑23份,磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1‑5份。本发明通过内层门与外层门复合的制作方式,并且内层门通过采用多种环保材料制作,轻便,有一定的韧性,并且边角圆弧过渡处理,保证孩子平时活动时触碰造成的损伤,并且环保,对孩子成长无影响。

本发明涉及土建装修领域,具体是一种环保安全门。
背景技术
孩子是祖国的未来,孩子心智还未成熟,做父母的对于各方面都需要考虑到,特别是安全问题,现在孩子从小住的房间都是单独,独立自主的能力虽然强,但是好奇心更重,他们不知道什么样子叫做危险,孩子小的时候在父母的关注下一般不会触碰尖锐的物品,但是像房门等这种物品,。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明提供环保安全门。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保安全门,包括外层门以及内层门,所述外层门采用木头为原料制作;
所述内层门,由下述重量份的原料制成:
酯胶改性醇酸树脂20-40份、玻璃纤维15-20份,氯化聚乙烯1-5份,碳粉1-2份,橘子油2-5份,钛白粉1-2份、炭黑2-3份,硅藻土1-4份,聚乳酸10-18份,聚己内酯25-40份,马来酸酐改性聚乙烯5-10份,乙基三甲氧基硅烷2-6份,尼龙5-10份,亚硫酸氢钠1-2份,纳米成炭母料15-23份,磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1-5份。
优选的,所述外层门厚度在1.5-2cm之间。
优选的,所述内层门在1.5-2cm之间。
优选的,所述内层门底部远离连接处的拐角圆弧过度处理。
优选的,所述外层门对应内层门拐角处做相同的圆弧过度处理。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过内层门与外层门复合的制作方式,并且内层门通过采用多种环保材料制作,轻便,有一定的韧性,并且边角圆弧过渡处理,保证孩子平时活动时触碰造成的损伤,并且环保,对孩子成长无影响。

所述内层门,由下述重量份的原料制成:
酯胶改性醇酸树脂30份、玻璃纤维16份,氯化聚乙烯4份,碳粉1份,橘子油5份,钛白粉2份、炭黑2份,硅藻土1份,聚乳酸10份,聚己内酯25-40份,马来酸酐改性聚乙烯5份,乙基三甲氧基硅烷2份,尼龙5份,亚硫酸氢钠1份,纳米成炭母料15份,磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1份。
优选的,所述外层门厚度在1.5-2cm之间。

优选的,所述内层门底部远离连接处的拐角圆弧过度处理。

优选的,所述外层门厚度在1.5-2cm之间。

优选的,所述外层门厚度在1.5-2cm之间。

酯胶改性醇酸树脂20-40份、玻璃纤维15-20份,氯化聚乙烯1-5份,碳粉1-2份,橘子油2-5份,钛白粉1-2份、炭黑2-3份,硅藻土1-4份,聚乳酸10-18份,聚己内酯25-40份,马来酸酐改性聚乙烯5-10份,乙基三甲氧基硅烷2-6份,尼龙5-10份,亚硫酸氢钠1-2份,纳米成炭母料15-23份,磺化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1-5份。
