本发明涉及一种床上用品,具体是一种羽绒被内部的填充物。
背景技术
羽绒被的填充物主要是羽绒,羽绒是长在鹅、鸭的腹部,成芦花朵状的绒毛,成片状的叫羽毛。由于羽绒是一种动物性蛋白质纤维,比棉花(植物性纤维素)保温性高,且羽绒球状纤维上密布千万个三角形的细小气孔,能随气温变化而收缩膨胀,产生调温功能,可吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵。其有着众多的优点,但是一床羽绒被如果全部采用羽绒填充虽然保证质量,但是过于浪费;而且完全用羽绒填充过于轻便,这样制成的羽绒被过于轻便,不贴身。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种羽绒被内部的填充物,该填充物有着羽绒轻便,干燥性能高、也比羽绒材料投入低的等特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种羽绒被内部的填充物,按照重量份数计,包括以下组份:
鹅毛5-10份,鸭毛5-10份,鸡毛5-10份,羊毛1-3份,驼绒1-3份,聚酯纤维40-60份,棉纤维20-30份,竹纤维1-3份,蚕丝1-3份,抗氧化剂1-5份,干燥剂2-5份,辅料3-6份。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂为虾青素,作为抗氧化剂,延长内芯的使用寿命。
优选的,所述干燥剂采用硅胶。
优选的,所述辅料包含以下重量份原料:
聚乙烯醇1-3份,二氧化硅1-3份,木纤维素纤维8-15份,碳酸钙2-5份,碳酸硅2-5份。

本发明通过多种材料填充,制作的被子既包含羽绒的透气,也有棉被的贴身舒适感,多种填料既降低头投入,也增加了被子的重量,更贴身保暖。

聚乙烯醇1份,二氧化硅1份,木纤维素纤维8份,碳酸钙2份,碳酸硅2份。
