目前浓缩型洗涤剂产品在中国并不多,尤其是低泡浓缩型的产品更是空白,而国外尤其是欧洲和日本此类产品日益增多并深受消费者欢迎。调查数据显示,目前我国浓缩洗涤剂使用比例仅占3%,美国是90%,日本几乎达到100%;浓缩洗涤剂在所有的环境影响方面都比普通洗涤剂优异,以消费者每次洗涤剂算,相比普通型产品而言,浓缩洗衣液可以减少31毫克二氧化碳当量排放,减少0.12毫克二氧化硫当量排放,减少550千焦能源消耗。另外,浓缩型产品中更多的有效化学成分可以降低单次洗涤所消耗的洗涤剂用量,也更适用于低温洗涤。同时,浓缩型产品还可以减少包装材料的消耗,节约运输的费用并节省储存的空间。
目前市场上绝大部分的婴幼儿洗衣液主要强调的都是洗衣液的去污功能而忽视了柔软性和无剌激性,浓缩型洗衣液单次用量少,不仅能减少对婴幼儿皮肤的刺激,而且能降低洗衣液成分的残留量。

一种婴幼儿衣物用浓缩洗涤剂,原料以重量份计包括:氢化椰子油脂肪酸8-12份,氢氧化钾8-12份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-4份,二甲苯磺酸盐0.5-1.2份,柠檬酸钠0.3-0.9份,二甲基硅油0.1-0.5份,蚕丝蛋白0.05-0.15份,壳聚糖10份,醋酸溶液10-20份,羟丙甲基纤维素0.4-1.5份,柠檬酸三正丁酯1.2-2份,聚乙烯醇0.6-0.9份,戊二醛0.3-0.9份,二羟甲基丙酸0.6-1.1份,卵磷脂0.3-0.5份,硬脂酸0.2-0.7份,碳酸氢钠2-6份,水10份。

步骤2,将壳聚糖加至醋酸溶液中,再加入羟丙甲基纤维素、柠檬酸三正丁酯、聚乙烯醇、戊二醛、二羟甲基丙酸、卵磷脂、硬脂酸,超声,得到混合物B;
步骤3,将混合物A加至混合物B中,加入碳酸氢钠,搅拌,升温至45-55℃,保温2-4h,再降温至5-10℃,保温2-4h,即得。

由上表结果可知,本发明的洗涤剂具有很好的去污能力,对蛋白类污垢、皮脂类污垢具有良好的乳化能力,去污效果好,能有效去除婴儿衣物的便尿渍、口水渍、食物油污等。

洗涤浓度为样品浓度1g/L,150ppm硬水,采用白色毛巾作为洗涤对象,以手洗的方式进行洗涤,搓洗30次后静置30s,用刻度尺测量洗衣盆中的泡沫高度,洗涤完成后把毛巾拧干(控制湿重是干重的3倍)再用硬水进行漂洗,通过观察漂洗水中的泡沫判断是否漂洗干净,记录漂洗次数。结果如下:
由上表可知,本发明的洗涤剂泡沫较低,仅需1~2次漂洗即可漂清。
柔软性能测试
测试方法:①循环洗涤:将测试毛巾(纯棉)放入滚筒式洗衣机中,加入实施例2的洗涤剂,开启洗衣机,在相同条件下(快洗30分钟)自动完成洗涤过程,连续进行20次,取出置于衣架上自然晾干,待测试使用。
②感官测试:将标准毛巾和测试毛巾平铺于测试者手心(共10人),用适当的力度在两边脸颊上摩擦或者用手同时感受其柔软性,对比标准毛巾,对其柔软性能进行评分(10最软,1最硬)。
结果显示,本发明的洗涤剂具有良好的柔顺效果。
本发明采用壳聚糖包覆,将洗涤成分制成缓释洗涤剂,不仅能有效提高洗涤成分的洗涤效果,还能减少洗涤成分的残留量。实施例5中,由于未加入蚕丝蛋白,使得洗涤剂去污力降低,可能是因为蚕丝蛋白能减少皂基的氧化酸败,大大提升了洗涤剂的去污效果;实施例6中,由于未加入卵磷脂,导致洗涤剂泡沫高、漂洗难,这可能是因为卵磷脂能增强改性壳聚糖结构的致密性,从而提高改性壳聚糖对洗涤成分的包覆性。

Claims (8)

1.一种婴幼儿衣物用浓缩洗涤剂,其特征在于:原料以重量份计包括:氢化椰子油脂肪酸8-12份,氢氧化钾8-12份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-4份,二甲苯磺酸盐0.5-1.2份,柠檬酸钠0.3-0.9份,二甲基硅油0.1-0.5份,蚕丝蛋白0.05-0.15份,壳聚糖10份,醋酸溶液10-20份,羟丙甲基纤维素0.4-1.5份,柠檬酸三正丁酯1.2-2份,聚乙烯醇0.6-0.9份,戊二醛0.3-0.9份,二羟甲基丙酸0.6-1.1份,卵磷脂0.3-0.5份,硬脂酸0.2-0.7份,碳酸氢钠2-6份,水10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿衣物用浓缩洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为AEO3或AEO7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿衣物用浓缩洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述醋酸溶液的浓度为1-4v/v%。
4.权利要求1所述的婴幼儿衣物用浓缩洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将氢化椰子油脂肪酸、氢氧化钾加至水中,升温至65-75℃搅拌保温40-70min,在搅拌条件下加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、二甲苯磺酸盐、柠檬酸钠、二甲基硅油、蚕丝蛋白,分散,调节pH至8-8.5,得到混合物A;
步骤2,将壳聚糖加至醋酸溶液中,再加入羟丙甲基纤维素、柠檬酸三正丁酯、聚乙烯醇、戊二醛、二羟甲基丙酸、卵磷脂、硬脂酸,超声,得到混合物B;
步骤3,将混合物A加至混合物B中,加入碳酸氢钠,搅拌,升温至45-55℃,保温2-4h,再降温至5-10℃,保温2-4h,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的婴幼儿衣物用浓缩洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中搅拌速度为100-150rpm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的婴幼儿衣物用浓缩洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1中分散速度为800-1000rp、时间为10-15min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的婴幼儿衣物用浓缩洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中超声条件为70-120w。
8.根据权利要求4所述的婴幼儿衣物用浓缩洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3中搅拌条件为200-300rpm、30-60min。
