本发明涉及一种高效环保除渣剂及其制备方法。一种高效环保除渣剂,包括以下重量份组分:钠盐7‑9份、氯酸钾4‑6份、黑曜石粉4‑6份。一种上述高效环保除渣剂的制备方法,按配比称取各组分,一起混匀,制得高效环保除渣剂。本发明所述高效环保除渣剂及其制备方法,具有制备方法简单、节能效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于新能源及环保节能技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效环保除渣剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
能源是人类赖以生存的重要物质基础。目前一方面世界能源的增长速度远不能满足经济发展和人类生活现代化的需要,另一方面能源消耗所产生的环境污染对人类的生存构成了严重的威胁,如何节约能源且能更环保的进行利用是能源利用急需解决的问题。
但目前的燃料在燃烧时,存在燃烧效率低的问题,因此提供一款节能的产品具有重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供一种高效环保除渣剂及其制备方法,具有制备方法简单、节能效果好等优点。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种高效环保除渣剂,包括以下重量份组分:作为缓冲剂的氨盐2-7份,作为触媒剂的铜盐1-3份,钠盐7-9粉、氯酸钾4-6份、黑曜石粉4-6份。
本发明的有益效果是:发明人前期进行了大量的组分以及用量的筛选实验,意外的发现,本发明的技术方案通过合理的配比以及各组分的组合具有显著的节能效果。
进一步,包括以下重量份组分:作为缓冲剂的氨盐5份,作为触媒剂的铜盐3份,钠盐8粉、氯酸钾5份、黑曜石粉5份。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:进一步提高节能效果。
进一步,所述黑曜石粉的粒径为200-250目。
进一步,所述黑曜石粉的粒径为220目。
采用上述方案的有益效果是:进一步提高节能效果,尤其当粒径为220目效果最好。
进一步,还包括加入作为缓冲剂的硼酸钠1-4份。
本发明还提供一种上述高效环保除渣剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按配比称取各组分,一起混匀,制得高效环保除渣剂。
采用上述方案的有益效果是:具有节能效果好、制备方法简单等优点。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
一种高效环保除渣剂,包括以下重量份组分:作为缓冲剂的氨盐2-7份,作为触媒剂的铜盐1-3份,钠盐7-9粉、氯酸钾4-6份、黑曜石粉4-6份。所述黑曜石粉的粒径为200-250目。制备时,按上述配比称取各组分,一起混匀,制得高效环保除渣剂。
下面通过具体的实施例来进行介绍。
实施例1
一种高效环保除渣剂,包括以下重量的组分:氨盐5千克、铜盐3千克、钠盐8千克、氯酸钾5千克、黑曜石粉5千克。所述黑曜石粉的粒径为220目。制备时,按上述配比称取各组分,一起混匀,制得高效环保除渣剂。
实施例2
一种高效环保除渣剂,包括以下重量的组分:氨盐2千克、铜盐2千克、钠盐7千克、氯酸钾4千克、黑曜石粉4千克。所述黑曜石粉的粒径为200目。制备时,按上述配比称取各组分,一起混匀,制得高效环保除渣剂。
实施例3
一种高效环保除渣剂,包括以下重量的组分:氨盐2千克、铜盐2千克、硼酸钠3千克、钠盐9千克、氯酸钾6千克、黑曜石粉6千克。所述黑曜石粉的粒径为250目。制备时,按上述配比称取各组分,一起混匀,制得高效环保除渣剂。
对比例1
黑曜石粉的粒径为180目,其余均与实施例1相同。
对比例2
黑曜石粉的粒径为190目,其余均与实施例1相同。
对比例3
黑曜石粉的粒径为260目,其余均与实施例1相同。
对比例4
黑曜石粉的粒径为270目,其余均与实施例1相同。
效果测试
分别测定上述实施例及对比例制备的高效环保除渣剂添加到煤炭后的节能效率。高效环保除渣剂与煤炭的质量比为2.5%。
在达到同等的使用条件(或是燃烧条件)下,测定添加了高效环保除渣剂的煤炭的用量和没有添加高效环保除渣剂的煤炭的用量(即只有煤炭),按照下面的公式计算:
节能效率=(1-添加了高效环保除渣剂的煤炭的质量/没有添加高效环保除渣剂的煤炭的的质量)*100/100。
测试结果如表1所示。

根据表1中的数据可以看出,本发明的技术方案具有很好的节能效果。

1.一种高效环保除渣剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:作为缓冲剂的氨盐2-7份,作为触媒剂的铜盐1-3份,钠盐7-9粉、氯酸钾4-6份、黑曜石粉4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高效环保除渣剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份组分:作为缓冲剂的氨盐5份,作为触媒剂的铜盐3份,钠盐8粉、氯酸钾5份、黑曜石粉5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种高效环保除渣剂,其特征在于,所述黑曜石粉的粒径为200-250目。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种高效环保除渣剂,其特征在于,所述黑曜石粉的粒径为220目。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述一种高效环保除渣剂,其特征在于,还包括加入作为缓冲剂的硼酸钠1-4份。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一项所述高效环保除渣剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按配比称取各组分,一起混匀,制得高效环保除渣剂。
