一种耐高温光固化涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其是一种耐高温光固化涂料。
背景技术
UV固化型涂料具有防止污染及节能效果,涂饰的化学性、物理性优秀、有快速固化的特性,正在多个领域被广泛地采纳使用。广泛用于生产塑胶、真空电镀、PVC地板、荫罩板、汽车头灯、木地板、橱柜面板等。UV作为一种新的加工技术在澳大利亚获得商业化已经有25年以上的时间了,而且现在行情继续看好。该项技术正以每年接近10%的速度稳步发展,尤其是在表面涂料和相关工业方面。UV光固化涂料具有不含挥发性有机化合物(VOC),对环境污染小,固化速度快,节省能源、固化产物性能好、适合于高速自动化生产等优点。而传统涂料易挥发、固化速度慢,不利于环境保护。因此,UV涂料是传统涂料的主要替代品。
耐磨涂料广泛应用在摩擦较多较严重的地方,但是现有的耐磨涂料耐磨性能不足,且其抗冲击性、耐腐蚀性、抗裂性、耐擦洗性、抗裂纹性能不足,且涂料长久使用容易变黄。 发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种耐高温光固化涂料能够有效地提升涂料的耐磨性能。
为了达到上诉目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下。
一种耐高温光固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:环氧改性有机硅树脂55~65份、无铅硼玻璃粉10~15份、导电云母粉3~6份、超细硫酸钡10~15份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮3~5份、活性稀释剂7~12份、流平剂0.3~0.6份、防沉剂0.2~0.5份、消泡剂1~1.5份。
本发明采用环氧改性有机硅树脂,具有耐高温性能,同时加入玻璃粉、超细硫酸钡、导电云母粉,均具有良好的耐高温性能。所述耐高温涂料除耐高温外,还具有常温容易固化,耐冷热交替能力强,漆膜附着力强,耐高温腐蚀能力强,不易龟裂等优点,制备使用方便,节约能源。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:一种耐高温光固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:环氧改性有机硅树脂60份、无铅硼玻璃粉13份、导电云母粉5份、超细硫酸钡13份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮4份、活性稀释剂9份、流平剂0.5份、防沉剂0.4份、消泡剂1.3份。
实施例2:一种耐高温光固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:环氧改性有机硅树脂55份、无铅硼玻璃粉10份、导电云母粉3份、超细硫酸钡10份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮3份、活性稀释剂7份、流平剂0.3份、防沉剂0.2份、消泡剂1.5份。
实施例3:一种耐高温光固化涂料其原料按重量份计包括:环氧改性有机硅树脂65份、无铅硼玻璃粉15份、导电云母粉6份、超细硫酸钡15份、2-甲基-1-(4-甲硫基苯基)-2-吗啉基-1-丙酮5份、活性稀释剂12份、流平剂0.6份、防沉剂0.5份、消泡剂1份。
