Abstract

本发明涉及食品包装材料领域,具体涉及一种抗菌膜材料。一种艾草精油抗菌膜材料,是艾草精油均匀分散在明胶中形成的膜。该膜材料的制备方法为:S1.明胶与水按每1~3g明胶对100ml水的比例,将明胶充分溶于水中,制成明胶水溶液;S2.将艾草精油、乙酸乙酯、乳化剂按1~4:0~3:4的体积比混合、均质;S3.将S1所得明胶水溶液与S2所得艾草精油乳化液按400~600:1的体积比混合、均质;S4.干燥成膜。本发明由艾草精油和明胶为主要原料制备而成,不但对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌具有显著的抑菌效果,而且原料可以食用,并可以完全溶于水,完全降解,对环境友好,可以安全用于食品包装领域。

一种艾草精油抗菌膜材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装材料领域,具体涉及一种抗菌膜材料。
背景技术
塑料薄膜包装是目前食品(肉、蔬菜、水果等)销售或储藏环节应用最广的包装材料。这些包装材料一般以聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等聚合物为基体,通过加入一些增塑剂、无机填料、抗菌剂等混炼制成的薄膜。它具有透明性,可以清楚地看到所包装产品的状况;它具有保湿性,可以减少产品的水分损失,增加新鲜度;它具有透气性,可以起到自发性气调作用,延长保鲜时间,它具有密封性,可以保护产品不受污染。
但是,这些包装膜存在着难降解或降解所需时间长的缺点,容易造成白色污染,影响环境。因此,开发环境友好型、无毒、无污染的膜替代传统包装膜已经成为必然趋势。
中国专利CN104610581公开了一种可降解的植物淀粉- 酪蛋白酸钠复合性果蔬包装膜,该包装膜以植物淀粉与酪蛋白酸钠为主要原料,辅以各种助剂,使制得的包装膜具有较强的物理机械性能、选择透过性以及抗菌、抗氧化作用;并且所选原料易被降解,从而避免了白色污染,保护生态环境。CN 104441899公开了一种,遇水敏感性、高效抗菌复合薄膜的制备方法,该方法利用气氛式抗菌方式,充分提高抗菌效率,并确保抗菌薄膜的安全过程,不对食品产生污染。CN 104893198公开了一种含艾叶粉的全降解薄膜,该薄膜由艾叶粉、凹凸棒土、玉米淀粉、羧甲基壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇、甘油、聚乙二醇6000 双硬脂酸酯、正硅酸乙酯、聚乙二醇、液体石蜡作为原料制备而成,具有可以全降解及抗菌驱虫的优点。上述专利文献中的包装膜材料中都含有不可食用的原料,因此它们或者具有抗菌性能、或者可以全降解,但仍然不可以食用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种艾草精油抗菌膜材料,还提供其制备方法。该膜材料有显著的抗菌效果,而且成分简单,完全可以食用。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种艾草精油抗菌膜材料,是艾草精油均匀分散在明胶中形成的膜。
一种艾草精油抗菌膜材料的制备方法,步骤为:
S1. 明胶与水按每1~3g明胶对100ml水的比例,将明胶充分溶于水中,制成明胶水溶液;
S2. 将艾草精油、乙酸乙酯、乳化剂按1~4:0~3:4的体积比混合、均质;
S3. 将S1所得明胶水溶液与S2所得艾草精油乳化液按400~600:1的体积比混合、均质;
S4. 干燥成膜。
进一步的,S4所述干燥成膜是将S3所得物料放入温度为20~30 ℃,相对湿度为30~40%的恒温恒湿箱中干燥45~50 h成膜。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明由艾草精油和明胶为主要原料制备而成,不但对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌具有显著的抑菌效果,而且原料可以食用,并可以完全溶于水,完全降解,对环境友好,可以安全用于食品包装领域。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
本发明中,艾草精油是由艾草经公知的分离提取技术(如有机溶剂提取法、挥发油提取器提取法、水蒸汽蒸馏法等)提取得到的挥发油,具体提取技术在此不做详细说明。
明胶是一种天然生物高分子材料,是肽与胶原蛋白质部分水解的混合物,胶原蛋白通常自牛、鸡、猪和鱼的皮、骨骼、结缔组织中提取。
实施例中的乳化剂选用的是无毒或低毒的可应用于食品的乳化剂,如吐温80、酪蛋白酸钠等。
实施例
各实施例按如下方法制备:
称取明胶8g,加入400 ml的无菌水中50 ℃磁力搅拌至完全溶解,平均分成4份,每份100 ml,备用。艾草精油制备乳液成份加入比例如表1:
将制成的乳液用剪切机5档连续剪切5 min,分别从编号1、2、3、4中取200 μL加入到4份的100 ml明胶溶液中,放到超声波细胞破碎仪中超声5 min,倒入18×21 cm 有机玻璃盒中,再放入温度为25 ℃,相对湿度为40%的恒温恒湿箱中干燥48 h成膜。
在乳液成膜液晾干时收到外界温度和湿度的影响,水分蒸发,明胶蛋白成凝胶,最后在成膜的过程中,膜中的油滴由于浮力不可避免地往膜表面迁移,因此在膜表面可以观察以及用手触碰是明显感觉到有油滴的在。从图1可以看到,明胶膜表面平整,透明度良好,在迎着光的照射下观察对比这4张膜,发现2号膜通透性良好且其中有较多的细小的油珠,说明相对与其他膜其内艾草精油在制膜过程中保存较好。
对2号膜的机械性能通过INSTRON拉伸仪(Instron 5565, Instron corp., USA)进行测定,测定结果如表2。
从制成的可食用保鲜膜中选取效果较好的编号2的制膜乳液来做抑菌实验,实验方法如下:
用打孔器打成直径为6 mm的圆滤纸片,将滤纸片包装密封于120 ℃高压蒸汽灭菌,冷却至室温后放入表1中的2号制膜乳液中浸泡一段时间备用,将灭菌后已冷却至46 ℃的培养基倒入无菌培养皿中,每皿15~20 mL。待冷却凝固后。用无菌移液管吸取0.1 mL种菌液加到相应的培养皿中,用无菌涂布棒将菌液涂匀。再用无菌镊子分别夹取不同编号的乳液中的滤纸片,悬空至没有液滴落下,放入带菌平板中,每个平板中中放3个滤纸片,细菌置于37 ℃下培养24 h,取出观察结果。
结果如下表3和图2-4。
(注:表中数据均为3个重复实验所得数据平均值)
从数据可以看出可食用保鲜膜乳液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌都有一定的抑菌作用,其对沙门氏菌抑菌效果最好,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果一般。

1.一种艾草精油抗菌膜材料,其特征在于:是艾草精油均匀分散在明胶中形成的膜。
2.一种艾草精油抗菌膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤为:
S1. 明胶与水按每1~3g明胶对100ml水的比例,将明胶充分溶于水中,制成明胶水溶液;
S2. 将艾草精油、乙酸乙酯、乳化剂按1~4:0~3:4的体积比混合、均质;
S3. 将S1所得明胶水溶液与S2所得艾草精油乳化液按400~600:1的体积比混合、均质;
S4. 干燥成膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的艾草精油抗菌膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:S4所述干燥成膜是将S3所得物料放入温度为20~30 ℃,相对湿度为30~40%的恒温恒湿箱中干燥45~50 h成膜。
