本发明公开一种高透光性塑料复合包装袋,由下述重量份数的组分制备而成:氧化聚乙烯蜡50‑60份、环氧丙烯酸酯20‑30份、碳酸钙8‑15份、纳米二氧化钛1‑4份、乙二胺四乙酸10‑20份、3‑氯‑2‑羟丙基三甲基氯化铵7‑9份、钛酸四丁酯1.2‑1.4份、丙二醇二缩水甘油醚12‑14份、氧化聚乙烯蜡醇30‑35份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯13‑15份、硬脂酰胺0.8‑1份、竹碳粉2‑3份、麦饭石粉3‑5份、二乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯2‑3份、甘油3‑4份、环氧大豆油1‑2份。本发明塑料薄膜坚韧耐用、可多次重复使用,卫生无毒环保,防潮防尘防霉,薄膜质地轻柔,透光性高达99.5以上,且不易衰减,保温性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜,具体是一种高透光性塑料复合包装袋。
背景技术
保鲜膜是人们常用的一类保鲜食品的塑料包装制品,现在人们日常生活中很多地方都离不开它,比如:微波炉食物加热会用上,在冰箱里存放食物同样会用上。目前市场上出售的绝大部分保鲜膜都是以乙烯母料为原材料,根据乙烯母料的不同种类,保鲜膜可分为三大类:第一种是聚乙烯,简称PE,这种材料主要用于食品的包装,我们平常买回来的水果、蔬菜用的这个膜,包括在超市采购回来的半成品都用的是这种材料;第二种是聚氯乙烯,简称PVC,这种材料也可以用于食品包装,但它对人体的安全性有一定的影响,由于生产工艺需要,PVC保鲜膜在制作过程中,会加入大量增塑剂,也就是常说的塑化剂。增塑剂不溶于凉水,但在摄氏60度以上,或是在油脂中就会溶析出来;第三种是聚偏二氯乙烯,简称PVDC,主要用于一些熟食、火腿等产品的包装。从物理角度出发,保鲜膜都有适度的透氧性和透湿度,调节被保鲜品周围的氧气含量和水分含量,阻隔空气中的灰尘,从而延长食品的保鲜期。

本发明的目的在于提供一种高透光性塑料复合包装袋。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高透光性塑料复合包装袋,由下述重量份数的组分制备而成:氧化聚乙烯蜡50-60份、环氧丙烯酸酯20-30份、碳酸钙8-15份、纳米二氧化钛0.5-2份、乙二胺四乙酸10-20份、3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵7-9份、钛酸四丁酯1.2-1.4份、丙二醇二缩水甘油醚12-14份、氧化聚乙烯蜡醇30-35份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯13-15份、硬脂酰胺0.8-1份、竹碳粉2-3份、麦饭石粉3-5份、二乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯2-3份、甘油3-4份、环氧大豆油1-2份。
作为优选,所述的一种高透光性塑料复合包装袋,由下述重量份数的组分制备而成:氧化聚乙烯蜡55份、环氧丙烯酸酯25份、碳酸钙10份、纳米二氧化钛1份、乙二胺四乙酸15份、3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵8份、钛酸四丁酯1.2份、丙二醇二缩水甘油醚13份、氧化聚乙烯蜡醇30份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯14份、硬脂酰胺1份、竹碳粉2份、麦饭石粉4份、二乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯2份、甘油3份、环氧大豆油1份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明塑料薄膜坚韧耐用、可多次重复使用,卫生无毒环保,防潮防尘防霉,薄膜质地轻柔,透光性高达99.5以上,且不易衰减,保温性强。

实施例1
一种高透光性塑料复合包装袋,它是由下述重量份数的组分制备而成:
氧化聚乙烯蜡50份、环氧丙烯酸酯20份、碳酸钙8份、纳米二氧化钛0.5份、乙二胺四乙酸10份、3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵7份、钛酸四丁酯1.2份、丙二醇二缩水甘油醚12份、氧化聚乙烯蜡醇30份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯13份、硬脂酰胺0.8份、竹碳粉2份、麦饭石粉3份、二乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯2份、甘油3份、环氧大豆油1份。
本发明包装袋塑料薄膜的制备方法与现有技术的制造方法相同。
实施例2
一种高透光性塑料复合包装袋,它是由下述重量份数的组分制备而成:
氧化聚乙烯蜡60份、环氧丙烯酸酯30份、碳酸钙15份、纳米二氧化钛2份、乙二胺四乙酸20份、3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵9份、钛酸四丁酯1.4份、丙二醇二缩水甘油醚14份、氧化聚乙烯蜡醇35份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯15份、硬脂酰胺1份、竹碳粉3份、麦饭石粉5份、二乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯3份、甘油4份、环氧大豆油2份。

本发明包装袋塑料薄膜的制备方法与现有技术的制造方法相同。

1.一种高透光性塑料复合包装袋,其特征在于,由下述重量份数的组分制备而成:氧化聚乙烯蜡50-60份、环氧丙烯酸酯20-30份、碳酸钙8-15份、纳米二氧化钛1-4份、乙二胺四乙酸10-20份、3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵7-9份、钛酸四丁酯1.2-1.4份、丙二醇二缩水甘油醚12-14份、氧化聚乙烯蜡醇30-35份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯13-15份、硬脂酰胺0.8-1份、竹碳粉2-3份、麦饭石粉3-5份、二乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯2-3份、甘油3-4份、环氧大豆油1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高透光性塑料复合包装袋,其特征在于,由下述重量份数的组分制备而成:氧化聚乙烯蜡55份、环氧丙烯酸酯25份、碳酸钙10份、纳米二氧化钛3份、乙二胺四乙酸15份、3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵8份、钛酸四丁酯1.3份、丙二醇二缩水甘油醚13份、氧化聚乙烯蜡醇35份、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯14份、硬脂酰胺1份、竹碳粉3份、麦饭石粉4份、二乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯2份、甘油3份、环氧大豆油1份。
