本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀塑料单壁波纹管,包括基管和功能层,所述基管与功能层之间设置有耐腐蚀涂层,所述的耐腐蚀涂层由硅酸乙脂系涂料构成;所述功能层按重量份数计,包括以下成分:氯丁橡胶50‑70;纳米氧化锌30‑50;硬脂酸3‑5;聚氨酯1.2‑2;润滑剂1‑2;增强剂5‑30;颜料0.02‑0.05;增韧剂5‑8。本发明由硅酸乙脂系构成的耐腐蚀涂层具有良好的导电性,能够把离型膜表面的静电带走,从而达到驱除静电的效果,其除静电的效果非常稳定和极其良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀塑料单壁波纹管。
背景技术
塑料单壁波纹管是一种具有特殊异形断面环状波纹结构的新型管材,可取代普通塑料管和其他材料管,用作建筑电线套管,农田水利渗水排水管、电缆引导管、套管等。
但是现有的塑料单壁波纹管耐腐蚀性能差,因此,亟需开发一种耐腐蚀性能好的产品。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐腐蚀塑料单壁波纹管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种耐腐蚀塑料单壁波纹管,包括基管和功能层,所述基管与功能层之间设置有耐腐蚀涂层,所述的耐腐蚀涂层由硅酸乙脂系涂料构成;所述功能层其按重量份数计,包括以下成分:
氯丁橡胶 50-70;
纳米氧化锌 30-50;
硬脂酸 3-5;
聚氨酯 1.2-2;
润滑剂 1-2;
增强剂 5-30;
颜料 0.02-0.05;
增韧剂 5-8。

进一步地,所述纳米氧化锌为40份。
进一步地,所述硬脂酸为4份。
进一步地,所述聚氨酯为1.5份。
进一步地,所述润滑剂为1.5份。

本发明所达到的有益效果是:

氯丁橡胶 50-70;
纳米氧化锌 30-50;
硬脂酸 3-5;
聚氨酯 1.2-2;
润滑剂 1-2;
增强剂 5-30;
颜料 0.02-0.05;
增韧剂 5-8。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀塑料单壁波纹管,其特征在于,所述纳米氧化锌为40份。
