Abstract

本发明涉及一种超透明滑板轮的灌注工艺,该灌注工艺具体步骤如下:(1)在模具环形腔的表面喷涂脱模剂;(2)将聚氨酯材料加热熔融,抽真空至负压,再降温,使其反应速度减慢,并进行离心;(3)将处理后的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔;(4)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。本发明的优点在于:本发明在原料灌注至模具前,通过抽真空至负压,密封搅拌除去变大的气泡;同时,降温至50~55℃,使其反应速度减慢,利于气泡排除;灌注后,采用火焰烧灼,减少表面张力,使表面气泡破裂,进而避免制备过程中存在气泡,进而大大提高了混板轮的透明度,从而提高了滑板轮的质量。

Description

一种超透明滑板轮的灌注工艺
技术领域
本发明属于极限运动制品技术领域,特别涉及一种超透明滑板轮
的灌注工艺。
背景技术
滑板项目可谓是极限运动历史的鼻祖,许多的极限运动项目均由滑板项目延伸而来。20世纪50年代末60年代初由冲浪运动演变而成的滑板运动,在而今已成为地球上最酷的运动。滑板的左右运动的控制主要由滑板轮的避震器的形变来完成,通过人在滑板上的左右重心来控制滑板支架上的避震器的形变,以此来完成滑板轮的控制。
因此,滑板轮的质量直接影响到滑板的性能及质量,现有滑板轮的制备,一般是通过将聚氨酯材料灌注到模具中,进行灌注加工;但该制备方法存在一定的缺陷:1.制备原料未进行充分处理,使得灌注模具中的原料之间存在大量气泡,进而影响滑板轮的透明度;2.灌注至模具中的原料表面张力大,进而会促使表面形成气泡,进一步影响滑板轮的质量。
因此,研发一种能够提高滑板轮的透明度,进而提高滑板轮
的质量的超透明滑板轮的灌注工艺是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够提高滑板轮的透明
度,进而提高滑板轮的质量的超透明滑板轮的灌注工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种超透明滑板轮的灌注工艺,其创新点在于:所述灌注工艺具体步骤如下:
(1)准备具有环形腔的哈夫模具,并在模具环形腔的表面喷涂脱模剂,在金属模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将聚氨酯材料加热熔融,升温至100~110℃,抽真空至负压,再降温至50~55℃,使其反应速度减慢,并采用 300-1800rpm转速进行离心,以去除气泡;
(3)将经处理后的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,并采用火焰灼烧,减小表面张力,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,灌注压力为8~10MPa,灌注速率为7~10m/s;
(4)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
进一步地,步骤(2)中的聚氨酯材料选用无雾丝的聚氨酯材料。
本发明的优点在于:本发明超透明滑板轮的灌注工艺,在原料灌注至模具前,通过抽真空至负压,密封搅拌除去变大的气泡;同时,降温至50~55℃,使其反应速度减慢,利于气泡排除;灌注后,采用火焰烧灼,减少表面张力,使表面气泡破裂,进而避免制备过程中存在气泡,进而大大提高了混板轮的透明度,从而提高了滑板轮的质量;此外,聚氨酯材料选用无雾丝的聚氨酯材料,使得最终制品的透明度增高。
具体实施方式
本发明超透明滑板轮的灌注工艺,该灌注工艺具体步骤如下:
(1)准备具有环形腔的哈夫模具,并在模具环形腔的表面喷涂脱模剂,在金属模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将无雾丝的聚氨酯材料加热熔融,升温至100~110℃,抽真空至负压,再降温至50~55℃,使其反应速度减慢,并采用 300-1800rpm转速进行离心,以去除气泡;
(3)将经处理后的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,并采用火焰灼烧,减小表面张力,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,灌注压力为8~10MPa,灌注速率为7~10m/s;
(4)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
实施例1
本实施例以54Φ滑板轮为例,该滑板轮通过以下步骤制备而成:
(1)准备具有环形腔的哈夫模具,并在模具环形腔的表面喷涂脱模剂,在金属模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将无雾丝的聚氨酯材料加热熔融,升温至100℃,抽真空至负压,再降温至55℃,使其反应速度减慢,并采用1800rpm转速进行离心,以去除气泡;
(3)将经处理后的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,并采用火焰灼烧,减小表面张力,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,灌注压力为10MPa,灌注速率为10m/s;
(4)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
实施例2
本实施例以54Φ滑板轮为例,该滑板轮通过以下步骤制备而成:
(1)准备具有环形腔的哈夫模具,并在模具环形腔的表面喷涂脱模剂,在金属模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将无雾丝的聚氨酯材料加热熔融,升温至110℃,抽真空至负压,再降温至50℃,使其反应速度减慢,并采用 300rpm转速进行离心,以去除气泡;
(3)将经处理后的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,并采用火焰灼烧,减小表面张力,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,灌注压力为8MPa,灌注速率为7m/s;
(4)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
实施例3
本实施例以54Φ滑板轮为例,该滑板轮通过以下步骤制备而成:
(1)准备具有环形腔的哈夫模具,并在模具环形腔的表面喷涂脱模剂,在金属模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将无雾丝的聚氨酯材料加热熔融,升温至105℃,抽真空至负压,再降温至53℃,使其反应速度减慢,并采用 1050rpm转速进行离心,以去除气泡;
(3)将经处理后的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,并采用火焰灼烧,减小表面张力,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,灌注压力为9MPa,灌注速率为8.5m/s;
(4)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
下表是实施例1-3滑板轮灌注工艺与传统滑板轮灌注工艺的对比表。:
由上表可以看出,实施例1-3的灌注工艺,与传统相比,大大减少了气泡的发生,进而提高了滑板轮的透明度,从而提高了滑板轮的质量;且各实施例相互比较,实施例3为最佳实施例。

Claims (2)

1.一种超透明滑板轮的灌注工艺,其特征在于:所述灌注工艺具体步骤如下:
(1)准备具有环形腔的哈夫模具,并在模具环形腔的表面喷涂脱模剂,在金属模环形腔的表面形成一层薄膜;
(2)将聚氨酯材料加热熔融,升温至100~110℃,抽真空至负压,再降温至50~55℃,使其反应速度减慢,并采用 300-1800rpm转速进行离心,以去除气泡;
(3)将经处理后的聚氨酯材料通过浇注机灌注入环形腔,并采用火焰灼烧,减小表面张力,聚氨酯材料的灌注量为填充环形腔的量,灌注压力为8~10MPa,灌注速率为7~10m/s;
(4)聚氨酯材灌注料完毕后加热至80℃,使环形腔内的材料固化;固化结束后,进行脱模,最后,休整,成成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超透明滑板轮的灌注工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中的聚氨酯材料选用无雾丝的聚氨酯材料。
