Abstract

本发明是一种螺旋灯管打胶装置,包括输送带,在输送带上等距的设置数个灯管底座,每个灯管底座的内壁设置橡胶防滑垫,在输送带的上方设置胶桶,在胶桶的下方设置两个胶管,在胶桶的外侧设置加热带,在加热带的外侧设置酚醛泡沫层,在胶桶的内部插入设置通过微型电机带动搅拌轴,在输送带的上方还设置烘干罩,在烘干罩的顶部设置电加热管,在烘干罩的一侧设置保温管道。本发明将待涂胶的螺旋灯管放置在带有橡胶防滑垫的灯管底座上,输送到胶管的下方,然后通过气缸控制下胶板将胶水挤出胶管落入到灯管上,然后将灯座放置在风管上封装,再通过输送带输送到烘干罩的下方进行烘干,以提高密封性,然后再通过保温管道后再出料。

技术领域
本发明涉及灯具生产设备技术领域,具体的说是一种螺旋灯管打胶装置。
背景技术
在节能灯管的生产过程中,需要将灯管和灯座胶装,以实现密闭,目前的涂胶是人工操作,一只手拿着灯管,另外一只手涂胶,由于每个人的握力不一样,在加工的过程中很容易将灯管握碎或者是因为手滑而造成脱落,并且由于冬季温度的影响,胶水很容易凝结而无法进行涂抹。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种螺旋灯管的打胶装置,该装置代替了人工操作的缺陷,提高了工作效率,并且克服冬季温度低的缺陷。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明是一种螺旋灯管打胶装置,包括输送带,在输送带上等距的设置数个灯管底座,每个灯管底座的内壁设置橡胶防滑垫,在输送带的上方设置胶桶,在胶桶的下方设置两个胶管,在胶桶的外侧设置加热带,在加热带的外侧设置酚醛泡沫层,在胶桶的内部插入设置通过微型电机带动搅拌轴,在输送带的上方还设置烘干罩,在烘干罩的顶部设置电加热管,在烘干罩的一侧设置保温管道,在胶桶内插入设置通过气缸控制的下胶板。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在每个灯管底座的左右两侧均设置接胶槽。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在烘干罩的上方设置玻璃棉保温层。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在每个胶管的外侧设置岩棉保温毡层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明将待涂胶的螺旋灯管放置在带有橡胶防滑垫的灯管底座上,输送到胶管的下方,然后通过气缸控制下胶板将胶水挤出胶管落入到灯管上,然后将灯座放置在风管上封装,再通过输送带输送到烘干罩的下方,通过电加热管加热进行烘干,以提高密封性,然后再通过保温管道后再出料,若滴落多余的胶,可以通过灯管底座两侧的凹槽接收,避免污染输送带。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,操作方便,胶水涂抹均匀且风干效果好。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1 所示,本发明是一种螺旋灯管打胶装置,包括输送带1,在所述输送带1上等距的设置数个灯管底座2,工作人员将灯管放入到灯管底座2内,每个灯管底座2的内壁设置橡胶防滑垫3,在所述输送带1的上方设置胶桶4,在所述胶桶4的下方设置两个胶管5,在每个所述胶管5的外侧设置岩棉保温毡层6,在所述胶桶4的外侧设置加热带7,在所述加热带7的外侧设置酚醛泡沫层8,避免冬天温度过低而造成胶水凝结,在所述胶桶4的内部插入设置通过微型电机带动搅拌轴9,搅拌轴9对胶桶进行搅拌,避免胶水凝结,在所述输送带1的上方还设置烘干罩10,在所述烘干罩10的顶部设置电加热管11,在所述烘干罩10的上方设置玻璃棉保温层12,涂胶之后经过烘干罩进行烘干,在所述烘干罩10的一侧设置保温管道13,在所述胶桶4内插入设置通过气缸控制的下胶板14,在每个所述灯管底座2的左右两侧均设置接胶槽15,避免多余的胶水滴落到输送带上造成污染。
本发明将待涂胶的螺旋灯管放置在带有橡胶防滑垫的灯管底座上,输送到胶管的下方,然后通过气缸控制下胶板将胶水挤出胶管落入到灯管上,然后将灯座放置在风管上封装,再通过输送带输送到烘干罩的下方,通过电加热管加热进行烘干,以提高密封性,然后再通过保温管道后再出料,若滴落多余的胶,可以通过灯管底座两侧的凹槽接收,避免污染输送带。

1.一种螺旋灯管打胶装置,包括输送带(1),其特征在于:在所述输送带(1)上等距的设置数个灯管底座(2),每个灯管底座(2)的内壁设置橡胶防滑垫(3),在所述输送带(1)的上方设置胶桶(4),在所述胶桶(4)的下方设置两个胶管(5),在所述胶桶(4)的外侧设置加热带(7),在所述加热带(7)的外侧设置酚醛泡沫层(8),在所述胶桶(4)的内部插入设置通过微型电机带动搅拌轴(9),在所述输送带(1)的上方还设置烘干罩(10),在所述烘干罩(10)的顶部设置电加热管(11),在所述烘干罩(10)的一侧设置保温管道(13),在所述胶桶(4)内插入设置通过气缸控制的下胶板(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种螺旋灯管打胶装置,其特征在于:在每个所述灯管底座(2)的左右两侧均设置接胶槽(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种螺旋灯管打胶装置,其特征在于:在所述烘干罩(10)的上方设置玻璃棉保温层(12)。
