本发明公开了一种方便拆卸的空调过滤板，所述空调过滤板包括矩形框体，所述矩形框体至少包括相对的第一侧板和第二侧板；所述第一侧板上自上而下设置有第一贯穿槽和第二贯穿槽，所述第二侧板上自上而下设置有第三贯穿槽和第四贯穿槽；所述空调过滤板还包括设置在所述矩形框体内部的过滤膜，所述过滤膜一端可拆卸地固定在所述第二侧板的内表面，另一端依次贯穿所述第一贯穿槽、第二贯穿槽、第三贯穿槽和所述第四贯穿槽并可拆卸地固定在所述第二侧板的内表面，使得所述过滤膜在所述矩形框体内呈S型分布；解决了普通的空调过滤板中的滤膜不方便拆卸，更换时需要将整个过滤板更换，造成了较大的浪费的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车空调零部件，具体地，涉及方便拆卸的空调过滤板。
背景技术
汽车空调系统中往往设置有过滤板，用来过滤空气中的细小颗粒和灰尘，过滤板需要定期更换，在更换时往往将整个过滤板替换，而不是将其中的滤膜更换，造成了较大的浪费。
因此，提供一种方便更换过滤板中的滤膜，同时大大提高过滤板过滤效果的空调过滤板是本发明亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方便拆卸的空调过滤板，解决了普通的空调过滤板中的滤膜不方便拆卸，更换时需要将整个过滤板更换，造成了较大的浪费的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种方便拆卸的空调过滤板，所述空调过滤板包括矩形框体，所述矩形框体上表面设置有贯穿所述矩形框体下表面的贯穿口，所述矩形框体至少包括相对的第一侧板和第二侧板；所述第一侧板上自上而下设置有第一贯穿槽和第二贯穿槽，所述第二侧板上自上而下设置有第三贯穿槽和第四贯穿槽；所述空调过滤板还包括设置在所述矩形框体内部的过滤膜，所述过滤膜一端可拆卸地固定在所述第二侧板的内表面，另一端依次贯穿所述第一贯穿槽、第二贯穿槽、第三贯穿槽和所述第四贯穿槽并可拆卸地固定在所述第二侧板的内表面，使得所述过滤膜在所述矩形框体内呈S型分布。
优选地，所述矩形框体内固定有多个紫外灯。
优选地，所述紫外灯的数量为2-4个。
优选地，所述矩形框体内固定有透明防水罩，所述紫外灯位于所述透明防水罩内部。
优选地，所述矩形框体内还固定有多个表面具有贯穿孔的盒体，所述盒体内填充有过滤材料。
优选地，所述过滤材料为过滤棉或活性炭包。
根据上述技术方案，本发明提供了一种方便拆卸的空调过滤板，所述过滤膜在所述矩形框体内呈S型分布，一般的过滤膜在过滤板中呈折叠状分布，在体积相同的情况下，S型分布可以大大提高空气与过滤膜的接触面积，使得空气可以经过多层膜过滤，同时，本发明提供的空调过滤板中的过滤膜易安装和拆卸，更换时只需将过滤膜更换即可，避免浪费。

如图1和图2所示：本发明提供了一种方便拆卸的空调过滤板，其特征在于，所述空调过滤板包括矩形框体1，所述矩形框体1上表面设置有贯穿所述矩形框体1下表面的贯穿口，所述矩形框体1至少包括相对的第一侧板和第二侧板；所述第一侧板上自上而下设置有第一贯穿槽11和第二贯穿槽12，所述第二侧板上自上而下设置有第三贯穿槽13和第四贯穿槽14；所述空调过滤板还包括设置在所述矩形框体1内部的过滤膜2，所述过滤膜2一端可拆卸地固定在所述第二侧板的内表面，另一端依次贯穿所述第一贯穿槽11、第二贯穿槽12、第三贯穿槽13和所述第四贯穿槽14并可拆卸地固定在所述第二侧板的内表面，使得所述过滤膜2在所述矩形框体1内呈S型分布。
所述过滤膜2在所述矩形框体1内呈S型分布，一般的过滤膜在过滤板中呈折叠状分布，在体积相同的情况下，S型分布可以大大提高空气与过滤膜的接触面积，使得空气可以经过多层膜过滤，同时，本发明提供的空调过滤板中的过滤膜易安装和拆卸，更换时只需将过滤膜更换即可，避免浪费。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中，为了增加过滤板的杀菌能力，所述矩形框体1内固定有多个紫外灯4，优选的，所述紫外灯4的数量为2-4个。
在本发明的一种更为优选的实施方式中，为了防止空气中的水汽损坏紫外灯4，所述矩形框体1内固定有透明防水罩3，所述紫外灯4位于所述透明防水罩3内部。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中，为了增加过滤板的过滤效果，所述矩形框体1内还固定有多个表面具有贯穿孔的盒体，所述盒体内填充有过滤材料，优选的，所述过滤材料为过滤棉或活性炭包。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式，但是，本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节，在本发明的技术构思范围内，可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型，这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种方便拆卸的空调过滤板，其特征在于，所述空调过滤板包括矩形框体(1)，所述矩形框体(1)上表面设置有贯穿所述矩形框体(1)下表面的贯穿口，所述矩形框体(1)至少包括相对的第一侧板和第二侧板；
所述第一侧板上自上而下设置有第一贯穿槽(11)和第二贯穿槽(12)，所述第二侧板上自上而下设置有第三贯穿槽(13)和第四贯穿槽(14)；
所述空调过滤板还包括设置在所述矩形框体(1)内部的过滤膜(2)，所述过滤膜(2)一端可拆卸地固定在所述第二侧板的内表面，另一端依次贯穿所述第一贯穿槽(11)、第二贯穿槽(12)、第三贯穿槽(13)和所述第四贯穿槽(14)并可拆卸地固定在所述第二侧板的内表面，使得所述过滤膜(2)在所述矩形框体(1)内呈S型分布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调过滤板，其特征在于，所述矩形框体(1)内固定有多个紫外灯(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空调过滤板，其特征在于，所述紫外灯(4)的数量为2-4个。
4.根据权利要求2所述的空调过滤板，其特征在于，所述矩形框体(1)内固定有透明防水罩(3)，所述紫外灯(4)位于所述透明防水罩(3)内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空调过滤板，其特征在于，所述矩形框体(1)内还固定有多个表面具有贯穿孔的盒体，所述盒体内填充有过滤材料。
