如果不及时治疗，会引起女性心理方面的压力和生理方面的后遗症，例如手脚冰冷、月经不调等，严重的会影响生育。现有的治疗方法中，大多以预防和调理为主，而目前的一些中药的治疗效率也不甚理想，治疗周期长，且疗效不显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种疗效好、疗程短、成本低、无毒副作用的用于治疗女性宫寒的药物。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是：
一种用于治疗女性宫寒的药物，由下述重量份配比的原料制成：
吴茱萸6-12份，当归6-12份，川芎5-7份，附子5-15份，肉桂5-15份，白芍5-15份，人参5-7份，桂枝5-7份，白术10-20份，茯苓15-25份，炙甘草5-7份，党参10-20份，麦冬6-12份。
上述治疗女性宫寒的药物，各原料的最佳重量份配比为：
吴茱萸9份，当归9份，川芎6份，附子10份，肉桂10份，白芍10份，人参6份，桂枝6份，白术15份，茯苓20份，炙甘草6份，党参15份，麦冬9份。
所述的原料药材在中药店及市场有售。
本发明药物的制备方法如下：
(1)按重量份配比称取各原料药，将全部原料药粉碎成粗粉，一起混合置于容器中，加入原料量4-6倍浓度为40-60％的乙醇浸渍4-6天后，过滤去渣，滤液减压回收乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液80-100份，备用；
(2)在步骤(1)制得的浓缩液中加入700-1000份水和0.8-1.2份山梨酸钾，搅匀、静置22-30h，过滤，得滤液，备用；
(3)另用80-100份蔗糖，加120-150份水煮沸35-45min，过滤，备用；
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)的滤液混合置于容器内，加600-1000份水，冷却后装瓶、密封后进行灭菌处理，制成产品。
本发明中，各原料药的药理、功效如下：
吴茱萸：有散寒止痛、降逆止呕之功效，用于治疗肝胃虚寒、阴浊上逆所致的头痛或胃脘疼痛等症。
当归：补血和血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠。用于血虚，面色萎黄，眩晕心悸；血虚，或兼有瘀滞的月经不调、经闭、痛经；虚寒性腹痛、冠心病心绞痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤等症。
川芎：主治月经不调；经闭痛经；产后瘀滞腥痛；症瘕肿块；胸胁疼痛；头痛眩晕；风寒湿痹；跌打损伤；痈疽疮疡等。
附子：具有回阳救逆，补火助阳，逐风寒湿邪之功效。主治亡阳虚脱，肢冷脉微，阳痿，宫冷，心腹冷痛，虚寒吐泻，阴寒水肿，寒湿痹痛等。
肉桂：具有治疗命门火衰，肢冷脉微，亡阳虚脱，腹痛泄泻，寒疝奔豚，腰膝冷痛，经闭症瘕，阴疽，流注，及虚阳浮越，上热下寒的功效。主治阳痿、宫冷、心腹冷痛、虚寒吐泻、经闭、痛经、温经通脉。
白芍：白芍性凉，味苦酸，微寒，具有补血柔肝、平肝止痛、敛阴收汗等功效，适用于阴虚发热、月经不调、胸腹胁肋疼痛、四肢挛急，泻痢腹痛、自汗盗汗、崩漏、带下等症。
人参：大补元气，复脉固脱，益气摄血。用于体虚欲脱，肢冷脉微，气不摄血，崩漏下血，心力衰竭，心原性休克的功效。
桂枝：正名肉桂具有补元阳、通血脉、暖脾胃之功效，常与补肝肾药、补气血药配伍，治疗肾阳不足、命门火衰、肢冷脉微，与其它温里药配伍治疗脘腹冷痛、寒痹腰痛，具有明显的镇痛和抗癌防癌的作用。
茯苓：药用部位是多孔菌科真菌茯苓的菌核。药性平和，利湿而不伤正气。主治小便不利、水肿胀满、痰饮咳逆、呕逆、恶阻、泄泻、遗精、淋浊、惊悸、健忘等症。
白术：具有健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎的功效。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安。《医学启源》记载：“除湿益燥，和中益气，温中，去脾胃中湿，除胃热，强脾胃，进饮食，安胎。”
炙甘草：是用蜜烘制的甘草，俗称炮制，就是将蜂蜜置锅中炼成中蜜，改用文火加生甘草片拌炒均匀，3～5min出锅，置烤房或烘箱60℃烘至不粘手时取出，放凉即可。性温。具有补脾和胃，益气复脉的功效。主治脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心动悸，脉结代。

本发明药物的制备方法如下：
(1)按重量份配比称取各原料药，将全部原料药粉碎成粗粉，一起混合置于容器中，加入原料量6倍浓度为60％的乙醇浸渍6天后，过滤去渣，滤液减压回收乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液100kg，备用；
(2)在步骤(1)制得的浓缩液中加入1000kg水和1.2kg山梨酸钾，搅匀、静置30h，过滤，得滤液，备用；
(3)另用100kg蔗糖，加150kg水煮沸45min，过滤，备用；
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)的滤液混合置于容器内，加1000kg水，冷却后装瓶、密封后进行灭菌处理，制成产品。
为了进一步证明本发明中药的临床疗效，选择收治患者中的150例，对本发明药物的疗效进行临床观察。年龄20-45岁，随机分为3组，每组为50例，分别为实验组1-3组。
实验组1-3组分别服用实施例1-3的药物，每日2次，每次内服3g，7天为一个疗程，连续服用2个疗程。其中显效140例，有效145例，治愈143例，无效5例，治愈率95.4％，有效率96.7％。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于治疗女性宫寒的药物，其特征是：由下述重量份配比的原料制成：
吴茱萸6-12份，当归6-12份，川芎5-7份，附子5-15份，肉桂5-15份，白芍5-15份，人参5-7份，桂枝5-7份，白术10-20份，茯苓15-25份，炙甘草5-7份，党参10-20份，麦冬6-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗女性宫寒的药物，其特征是：各原料的重量份配比为：
吴茱萸9份，当归9份，川芎6份，附子10份，肉桂10份，白芍10份，人参6份，桂枝6份，白术15份，茯苓20份，炙甘草6份，党参15份，麦冬9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于治疗女性宫寒的药物的制备方法，其特征是：具体步骤如下：
(1)按重量份配比称取各原料药，将全部原料药粉碎成粗粉，一起混合置于容器中，加入原料量4-6倍的乙醇浸渍4-6天后，过滤去渣，滤液减压回收乙醇至无醇味，得浓缩液80-100份，备用；
(2)在步骤(1)制得的浓缩液中加入水和山梨酸钾，搅匀、静置22-30h，过滤，得滤液，备用；
(3)另用蔗糖，加水煮沸35-45min，过滤，备用；
(4)将步骤(2)和(3)的滤液混合置于容器内，加水，冷却后装瓶、密封后进行灭菌处理，制成产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗女性宫寒的药物的制备方法，其特征是：所述步骤(1)中加入的乙醇的浓度为40-60％。
5.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗女性宫寒的药物的制备方法，其特征是：所述步骤(2)中水的加入量为700-1000份，山梨酸钾的加入量为0.8-1.2份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗女性宫寒的药物的制备方法，其特征是：所述步骤(3)中的蔗糖的量为80-100份，水的量为120-150份。
7.根据权利要求3所述的用于治疗女性宫寒的药物的制备方法，其特征是：所述步骤(4)中水的加入量为600-1000份。
