一种外用中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种以中草药为原料的组合物，特别是一种外用中药组合物。
背景技术
头皮癣是头皮和头发的浅部真菌感染，根据病原菌和临床表现的不同可分为黄癣、白癣和黑点癣三种。好发于儿童，传染性较强，易在托儿所、幼稚园，小学校及家庭中互相传染。
湿疹是由多种内外因素引起的瘙痒剧烈的一种皮肤炎症反应。分急性、亚急性、慢性三期。急性期具渗出倾向，慢性期则浸润、肥厚。有些病人直接表现为慢性湿疹。皮损具有多形性、对称性、瘙痒和易反复发作等特点。
足癣，俗名“香港脚”、脚气，系真菌感染引起，其皮肤损害往往是先单侧（即单脚）发生，数周或数月后才感染到对侧。水疱主要出现在趾腹和趾侧，最常见于三四趾间，足底亦可出现，为深在性小水疱，可逐渐融合成大疱。足癣的皮肤损害有一特点，即边界清楚，可逐渐向外扩展。因病情发展或搔抓，可出现糜烂、渗液，甚或细菌感染，出现脓疱等。
手癣主要由红色毛癣菌、须癣、毛癣菌等感染引起。主要通过接触传染，手癣感染的重要诱因有双手长期浸水、摩擦受伤、接触洗涤剂和溶剂等，故手癣在某些行业中发病率可相当高。
现有技术中，头皮癣、手癣、足癣和湿疹的治疗主要使用西药，西药的治疗只能缓解症状，无法跟除，且容易复发。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种配比简单合理、效果显著、不易复发的外用中药组合物。
本发明所要解决的另一个技术问题是提供前述外用中药组合物的制备方法。
本发明所要解决的再一个技术问题是提供前述外用中药组合物的用途。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。本发明是一种外用中药组合物，其特点是，该组合物的有效原料重量配比为：
艾草40－60 洋葱40－60； 百合40－60；
大蒜120－180； 红花 120－180； 柏松叶80－120。
本发明所述的外用中药组合物，其进一步优选的技术方案是：各原料的重量配比为：
艾草45－55 洋葱45－55； 百合45－55；
大蒜140－160； 红花 140－160； 柏松叶90－110。
所述的柏松叶为柏科柏松属柏松的叶子。
本发明所述的外用中药组合物，其进一步优选的技术方案是：各原料的重量配比为：
艾草50 洋葱50； 百合50；
大蒜150 ； 红花 150； 柏松叶100。
本发明所要解决的技术问题还可以通过以下的技术方案来进一步实现。本发明是一种如以上技术方案所述的外用中药组合物的制备方法，其特点是，其步骤如下：按所述重量配比准备的原料后；取洋葱、百合、大蒜粉碎后，加入白醋混合，再向混合物中加入红花、柏松叶和艾草，所述的白醋是艾草的20倍量；浸泡20－40天后过滤，即得药液。
本发明所述的外用中药组合物可以用来制备治疗手癣、足癣、头皮癣和湿疹的药物。
与现有技术相比，本发明外用中药组合物的原料组方合理，无毒无害，且其疗效显著，无复发；而且制备简单、使用方便。
具体实施方式
以下进一步描述本发明的具体技术方案，以便于本领域的技术人员进一步地理解本发明，而不构成对其权利的限制。
实施例1，一种外用中药组合物，该组合物的有效原料重量配比为：
艾草40 洋葱40； 百合40；
大蒜120； 红花 120； 柏松叶80。
按常规方法提取其有效成份制成散剂。
实施例2，一种外用中药组合物，该组合物的有效原料重量配比为：
艾草60 洋葱60； 百合60；
大蒜180； 红花 180； 柏松叶120。
按常规方法提取其有效成份制水剂。
实施例3，一种外用中药组合物，该组合物的有效原料重量配比为：
艾草45 洋葱55； 百合55；
大蒜140； 红花 160； 柏松叶110。
按常规方法提取其有效成份制成散剂。
实施例4，一种外用中药组合物，该组合物的有效原料重量配比为：
艾草55 洋葱45； 百合45；
大蒜160； 红花 140； 柏松叶90。
按常规方法提取其有效成份制成膏剂。
实施例5，一种外用中药组合物，该组合物的有效原料重量配比为：
艾草50 洋葱50； 百合50；
大蒜150 ； 红花 150； 柏松叶100。
其步骤如下：按所述重量配比准备的原料后；取洋葱、百合、大蒜粉碎后，加入白醋混合，再向混合物中加入红花、柏松叶和艾草，所述的白醋是艾草的20倍量；浸泡30天后过滤，即得药液。
用本实施例制得的药液来临床使用实验，用于治疗手癣、足癣、头皮癣、湿疹。使用方法是：外用搽患处，一日3－4次，治疗效果如表1所示。
表1.施用本发明外用中药组合物的治疗效果表（人数：个）
由表1可知，本发明外用中药组合物对治疗手癣、足癣、头皮癣、湿疹的制疗等均具有较好的疗效和安全性，有效率达99%以上。以上临床使用实验在疾病种类鉴定和治疗过程，均严格遵守规范操作。治愈后，经2－3个月跟踪观察，发现复发率低于0.5%，具有很好的根除效果。

1.一种外用中药组合物，其特征在于，该组合物的有效原料重量配比为：
艾草40－60 洋葱40－60； 百合40－60；
大蒜120－180； 红花 120－180； 柏松叶80－120。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外用中药组 合物，其特征在于：各原料的重量配比为：
艾草45－55 洋葱45－55； 百合45－55；
大蒜140－160； 红花 140－160； 柏松叶90－110。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外用中药组合物，其特征在于：各原料的重量配比为：
艾草50 洋葱50； 百合50；
大蒜150 ； 红花 150； 柏松叶100。
4.一种如权利要求1或2或3所述的外用中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，其步骤如下：按所述重量配比准备的原料后；取洋葱、百合、大蒜粉碎后，加入白醋混合，再向混合物中加入红花、柏松叶和艾草，所述的白醋是艾草的20倍量；浸泡20－40天后过滤，即得药液。
5.权利要求1或2或3所述的外用中药组合物在制备治疗手癣药物中的用途。
6.权利要求1或2或3所述的外用中药组合物在制备治疗足癣药物中的用途。
7.权利要求1或2或3所述的外用中药组合物在制备治疗头皮癣药物中的用途。
8.权利要求1或2或3所述的外用中药组合物在制备治疗湿疹药物中的用途。
