Abstract

一种治疗连续性肢端皮炎的搽剂及其制备方法，药方是由下属重量配比的原料组成：儿茶100一10份，黄柏100一10份，五倍子100一10份，无名异100一10份，黄连100一10份，白花蛇舌草100一10份，蒸馏水2700一150份。制备方法是：将儿茶、黄柏、五倍子、无名异、黄连、白花蛇舌草，磨成细粉，过100目筛，高压消毒后，入蒸馏水中充分摇匀，分装塑料瓶中即为治疗连续性肢端皮炎的搽剂。有益效果是：以皮疹完全消退，诸症消失，皮肤恢复正常为治愈；皮疹消退60%为显效。58例中均在搽药20天后进行疗效统计，结果痊愈60例，显效8例。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药搽剂，具体为一种治疗连续性肢端皮炎的中药搽剂。
背景技术
连续性肢端皮炎，又称稽留性肢端皮炎，是手指末端，如一个手指末端，初起在手指、甲周围发生小疱及脓疱，或初起为甲沟炎，较快扩展并溃烂，露出湿红的糜烂面，有少量渗液，有的发生较浅的溃疡面，有不同程度痒痛感。损害往往长期局限于一个手指，有者逐渐蔓延至其他手指。长期损害影响甲的生长，使甲生长营养不良而变形增厚，甚至脱落，病者非常痛苦。
西药治疗，选用高锰酸钾溶液湿敷，鱼石脂软膏、鱼石脂硫磺软膏外搽。
中医认为属湿热互结化毒所发。
发明内容
发明目的：为解除患者指端糜烂渗液痒痛之苦，使皮损消退，宜研制出一种渗湿清热消炎，解毒止痒中药搽剂，直接作用于病变部位是治疗肢端皮炎的较好疗法，为发明此药之目的。
本发明是这样实现的：一种治疗连续性肢端皮炎的搽剂，它是由下属重量配比的原料组成：儿茶100一10份，黄柏100一10份，五倍子100一10份，无名异100一10份，黄连100一10份，白花蛇舌草100一10份，蒸馏水2700一150份。
本发明所述的一种治疗连续性肢端皮炎的搽剂最佳配比范围是：儿茶10份，黄柏10份，五倍子10份，无名异10份，黄连10份，白花蛇舌草10份，蒸馏水150份。
本发明所述的搽剂制备方法是：将儿茶、黄柏、五倍子、无名异、黄连、白花蛇舌草，磨成细粉，过100目筛，高压消毒后，入蒸馏水中充分摇匀，分装塑料瓶中即为治疗连续性肢端皮炎的搽剂。
本发明的用药依据：儿茶，味苦、涩，性寒。功能清热收湿，敛疮生肌，并缓解疼痛，对湿热疮疡疗效颇佳；黄柏，味苦，性寒。清热燥湿，现代研究，对葡萄球菌抑制作用最强，可治湿热蕴结所发疮毒；五倍子，味酸、咸，性寒，外用主治皮肤湿热疮疡肿毒，溃烂不合；无名异，味咸，性寒。渗湿之力甚强，消肿止痛，解毒生肌为其所长。因其主要成分含二氧化锰，并有保护皮肤作用；黄连，味苦，性寒，可清热燥湿，解毒医疮，对湿疮瘙痒疗效颇佳，现代研究，对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌等具有广泛抗菌作用；白花蛇舌草，味苦、甘，性寒。外用有较强的清热消炎解毒作用。
本发明的有益效果是：总之，所选中药具有良好的渗湿清湿热，消炎解毒，收敛生肌止痒痛功效，不仅无副作用，且能保护皮肤。经在临床中观察，患者搽药后均有舒适感，能使皮损较快干涸，湿热炎性皮损消退，皮肤恢复正常。患者均愿接受此搽剂，与其它疗法相比，具有一定优越性和创造性。
搽剂的使用方法：用消毒棉签每日6次搽患处，至皮疹消退，诸症消失。治疗期间或愈后一个时期，应忌食腥辣之物，勿接触碱性大的洗涤剂，以免影响治疗。
临床疗效观察：共治疗68例，男22例，女46例。年龄16一53岁。病程7一30天。所有病例均符合连续肢端皮炎的诊断标准。
治疗效果：以皮疹完全消退，诸症消失，皮肤恢复正常为治愈；皮疹消退60%为显效。58例中均在搽药20天后进行疗效统计，结果痊愈60例，显效8例。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施方式来说明本发明的技术特征。
实施例一：儿茶10g，黄柏10g，五倍子10g，无名异10g，黄连10g，白花蛇舌草10g，蒸馏水150毫升。
该搽剂的制备方法是：将儿茶、黄柏、五倍子、无名异、黄连、白花蛇舌草，磨成细粉，过100目筛，高压消毒后，入蒸馏水中充分摇匀，分装塑料瓶中备用即可。
实施例二：儿茶40g，黄柏40g，五倍子40g，无名异40g，黄连40g，白花蛇舌草40g，蒸馏水900毫升。
实施例三：儿茶75g，黄柏75g，五倍子75g，无名异75g，黄连75g，白花蛇舌草75g，蒸馏水1900毫升。
该搽剂的制备方法按上述实施例一制备工艺加工即可。
从实践中对三个实施例方案进行了疗效比较，认为实施一疗效优于实施例二、实施例三，所以实施例三为最佳实施例。

1.一种治疗连续性肢端皮炎的搽剂，其特征在于它是由下属重量配比的原料组成：儿茶100一10份，黄柏100一10份，五倍子100一10份，无名异100一10份，黄连100一10份，白花蛇舌草100一10份，蒸馏水2700一150份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗连续性肢端皮炎的搽剂，其特征在于其药方原料药重量配比是：儿茶10份，黄柏10份，五倍子10份，无名异10份，黄连10份，白花蛇舌草10份，蒸馏水150份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的搽剂制备方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：将儿茶、黄柏、五倍子、无名异、黄连、白花蛇舌草，磨成细粉，过100目筛，高压消毒后，入蒸馏水中充分摇匀即为治疗连续性肢端皮炎的搽剂。
