本发明涉及一种墨鱼草洗发水的生产方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤1)先将墨鱼草洗净，然后用纯净水浸泡一段时间；2）将浸泡后的墨鱼草从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的纯净水中加热3小时；3）将加热后的墨鱼草水静放12小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的墨鱼草杂质；4）取氨基酸起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入墨鱼草水中，搅拌均匀；5）再往墨鱼草水中加入维生素B5和甘油，拌匀，制成洗发水原液；6）往洗发水原液中加入盐做增稠剂，使洗发水原液变粘稠以方便灌装；7）制好的洗发水进行消毒，灌装后，即可以上市销售。

本发明涉及洗发水的生产方法，具体来说涉及一种墨鱼草洗发水的生产方法。
背景技术
洗发水是指一种具有去头屑功能、焗油功能和染发等功能的护发产品，传统的洗发水不具有焗油乌发的功效，市面上宣传的具有乌发功效的洗发水，大多含有化学染发剂，长期使用，不但对头皮具有较大的伤害，甚至会出现大面积脱发的现象，因此急需一种全天然的并具有乌发功效的洗发水来填补市场空白。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题，提供一种墨鱼草洗发水的生产方法，相比传统工艺，本法工艺简单，所制产品使用后不但可以使头发乌黑亮丽，对人体也没有任何副作用，从而填补了市场空白。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下，一种墨鱼草洗发水的生产方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤
1) 先将墨鱼草洗净，然后用纯净水浸泡一段时间；
2）将浸泡后的墨鱼草从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的纯净水中加热3小时；
3）将加热后的墨鱼草水静放12小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的墨鱼草杂质；
4）取氨基酸起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入墨鱼草水中，搅拌均匀；
5）再往墨鱼草水中加入维生素B5和甘油，拌匀，制成洗发水原液；
6）往洗发水原液中加入盐做增稠剂，使洗发水原液变粘稠以方便灌装；
7）制好的洗发水进行消毒，灌装后，即可以上市销售。
作为本发明的一种改进，每制成100份墨鱼草洗发水所需材料配比为：墨鱼草13-15份，氨基酸起泡剂5-8份，椰子油起泡剂5-8份，维生素B511-13份，甘油12-14份，盐2-4份，纯净水57-64份。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述步骤1中墨鱼草的浸泡时间为22-24小时。
相对于现有技术，本发明的优点如下，1)墨鱼草自古以来就是天然的染发剂，本品采用墨鱼草作为原料，使用后不但可以起到乌发的功效，而且效果持久，可保证2-3个月内，头发乌黑亮丽；2)本品天然无刺激，使用后黑发自然，头皮没有刺痒的感觉，经常使用，还具有营养发质和滋养毛囊的功能。

实施例1：
一种墨鱼草洗发水的生产方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤
1) 先将墨鱼草洗净，然后用纯净水浸泡一段时间；
2）将浸泡后的墨鱼草从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的纯净水中加热3小时；
3）将加热后的墨鱼草水静放12小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的墨鱼草杂质；
4）取氨基酸起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入墨鱼草水中，搅拌均匀；
5）再往墨鱼草水中加入维生素B5和甘油，拌匀，制成洗发水原液；
6）往洗发水原液中加入盐做增稠剂，使洗发水原液变粘稠以方便灌装；
7）制好的洗发水进行消毒，灌装后，即可以上市销售。

5）再往墨鱼草水中加入维生素B5和甘油，拌匀，制成洗发水原液；

7）制好的洗发水进行消毒，灌装后，即可以上市销售。
2.根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于，每制成100份墨鱼草洗发水所需材料配比为：墨鱼草13-15份，氨基酸起泡剂5-8份，椰子油起泡剂5-8份，维生素B511-13份，甘油12-14份，盐2-4份，纯净水57-64份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的墨鱼草洗发水的生产方法，其特征在于，所述步骤1中墨鱼草的浸泡时间为22-24小时。
