本发明涉及种贡菊洗发水的生产方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤1)先将贡菊洗净，然后用纯净水浸泡一段时间；2）将浸泡后的贡菊从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的纯净水中加热2小时；3）将加热后的贡菊水静放6小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的贡菊杂质；4）取氨基酸起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入贡菊水中，搅拌均匀；5）再往贡菊水中加入维生素B5和甘油，拌匀，制成洗发水原液；6）往洗发水原液中加入盐做增稠剂，使洗发水原液变粘稠以方便灌装；7）制好的洗发水进行消毒，灌装后，即可以上市销售。

本发明涉及洗发水的生产方法，具体来说涉及一种贡菊洗发水的生产方法。
背景技术
洗发水是指一种具有去头屑功能、 焗油功能和染发等功能的护发产品，传统的洗发水虽然可以祛除头屑，但是效果不持久，而且所含化学制剂较多，长期使用对头皮损害较大，因此急需一种新的洗发水不但可以长效去屑，还不伤害皮肤。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题，提供一种贡菊洗发水的生产方法，相比传统工艺，本法工艺简单，所制产品使用后，不仅具有长效去屑的功效，还不会对人体皮肤产生危害，既满足了人们的需求，又填补了市场空白。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下，一种贡菊洗发水的生产方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤
1) 先将贡菊洗净，然后用纯净水浸泡一段时间；
2）将浸泡后的贡菊从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的纯净水中加热2小时；
3）将加热后的贡菊水静放6小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的贡菊杂质；
4）取氨基酸起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入贡菊水中，搅拌均匀；
5）再往贡菊水中加入维生素B5和甘油，拌匀，制成洗发水原液；
6）往洗发水原液中加入盐做增稠剂，使洗发水原液变粘稠以方便灌装；
7）制好的洗发水进行消毒，灌装后，即可以上市销售。
作为本发明的一种改进，每制成100份贡菊洗发水所需材料配比为：贡菊12-14份，氨基酸起泡剂6-8份，椰子油起泡剂4-7份，维生素B59-12份，甘油15-17份，盐3-8份，纯净水55-60份。
作为本发明的一种改进，所述步骤1中贡菊的浸泡时间为12-14小时。
相对于现有技术，本发明的优点如下，1)贡菊具有止痢、消炎、杀菌的功效，以贡菊清洁头发，不仅可以长效去屑，而且对头部皮肤也起到滋润作用，从而减少皮肤病的发生概率；2)本品天然无刺激，使用后头皮没有刺痒的感觉，经常使用，还具有营养发质和滋养毛囊的功能，减少枯发、断发、脱发现象，非常安全，过敏体质也适用。

实施例1：
一种贡菊洗发水的生产方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括以下步骤
1) 先将贡菊洗净，然后用纯净水浸泡一段时间；
2）将浸泡后的贡菊从水中取出，切碎，然后放入原先的纯净水中加热2小时；
3）将加热后的贡菊水静放6小时后，过筛，去除掉水里面的贡菊杂质；
4）取氨基酸起泡剂和椰子油起泡剂加入贡菊水中，搅拌均匀；
5）再往贡菊水中加入维生素B5和甘油，拌匀，制成洗发水原液；
6）往洗发水原液中加入盐做增稠剂，使洗发水原液变粘稠以方便灌装；
7）制好的洗发水进行消毒，灌装后，即可以上市销售。

2.根据权利要求1所述，其特征在于，每制成100份贡菊洗发水所需材料配比为：贡菊12-14份，氨基酸起泡剂6-8份，椰子油起泡剂4-7份，维生素B59-12份，甘油15-17份，盐3-8份，纯净水55-60份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的贡菊洗发水的生产方法，其特征在于，所述步骤1中贡菊的浸泡时间为12-14小时。
