Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体,包括胫骨平台假体,两个设于胫骨平台假体上的胫骨平台垫假体及与胫骨平台垫假体配合的股骨髁假体,解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体可以实现ACL和PCL同时保留,提高膝关节的稳定性,保证膝关节假体的活动功能,提升全膝关节假体术后病人对膝关节假体使用的本体感觉。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体。
背景技术
全膝关节置换手术中,韧带在术中关节功能恢复中起到了重要的作用。尤其是前交叉韧带和后交叉韧带,前交叉韧带(ACL)连接股骨与胫骨,主要作用是限制胫骨向前过度移位,后交叉韧带(PCL),主要作用是引导股骨的后滚运动,实现膝关节弯曲运动的同时,限制关节向后的过度移位。
现阶段全膝关节假体ACL无法实现保留必须切除,PCL可根据病人病情程度和PCL损坏情况而定,分为PCL保留型和不保留型。无法实现ACL和PCL的同时保留会大大影响术后病人的使用感觉,也影响膝关节的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种能够同时保留ACL和PCL,提升膝关节的稳定性及术后病人使用本位感觉的解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体,包括胫骨平台假体,两个设于胫骨平台假体上的胫骨平台垫假体及与胫骨平台垫假体配合的股骨髁假体,所述胫骨平台假体中部设有让位缺口,让位缺口两侧分别设有胫骨平台垫安装凹口,胫骨平台假体上侧面在胫骨平台垫安装凹口外后侧设有限位凸块,所述胫骨平台垫假体卡入胫骨平台垫安装凹口并通过限位凸块锁定,两个所述胫骨平台垫假体为内侧胫骨平台垫假体及外侧胫骨平台垫假体,内侧胫骨平台垫假体的垂直投影面积大于外侧胫骨平台垫假体的的垂直投影面积。
两个所述胫骨平台垫假体与人体解剖形态一致。
两个所述胫骨平台垫的上表面分别设有与股骨髁假体平面相对应的弧面,其配合股骨髁使得膝关节内外翻活动角度为5°到10°。
两个胫骨平台垫假体可选用高交联聚乙烯材料、Al2O3或ZrO2材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体可以实现ACL和PCL同时保留,提高膝关节的稳定性,保证膝关节假体的活动功能,提升全膝关节假体术后病人的对膝关节假体的使用感觉。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,本发明包括胫骨平台假体1,两个设于胫骨平台假体上的胫骨平台垫假体2及与胫骨平台垫假体配合的股骨髁假体3,所述胫骨平台假体中部设有让位缺口4,让位缺口两侧分别设有胫骨平台垫安装凹口5,胫骨平台假体上侧面在胫骨平台垫安装凹口外后侧设有限位凸块6,所述胫骨平台垫假体卡入胫骨平台垫安装凹口并通过限位凸块锁定,两个所述胫骨平台垫假体为内侧胫骨平台垫假体7及外侧胫骨平台垫假体8,内侧胫骨平台垫假体的垂直投影面积大于外侧胫骨平台垫假体的的垂直投影面积。
胫骨平台假体中部的让位缺口,对ACL和PCL进行让位,实现在保留ACL和PCL前提下,假体与人体的良好配合。
两个半圆形垫片独立设置,且内侧胫骨平台垫假体的垂直投影面积大于外侧胫骨平台垫假体的的垂直投影面积,符合人体解剖特性。
限位凸块对卡入胫骨平台垫安装凹口的胫骨平台垫假体进行锁定,保证其固定稳固。
优选的,两个所述胫骨平台垫假体与人体解剖形态一致。
优选的,两个所述胫骨平台垫的上表面分别设有与股骨髁假体平面相对应的弧面,其配合股骨髁使得膝关节内外翻活动角度为5°到10°,维持膝盖假体的正常生理功能,提高术后病人的使用感觉。
两个胫骨平台垫假体可选用高交联聚乙烯材料、Al2O3或ZrO2材料。
解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体可以实现ACL和PCL同时保留,提高膝关节的稳定性,保证膝关节假体的活动功能,提升全膝关节假体术后病人的对膝关节假体的使用感觉。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体,其特征在于,包括胫骨平台假体,两个设于胫骨平台假体上的胫骨平台垫假体及与胫骨平台垫假体配合的股骨髁假体,所述胫骨平台假体中部设有让位缺口,让位缺口两侧分别设有胫骨平台垫安装凹口,胫骨平台假体上侧面在胫骨平台垫安装凹口外后侧设有限位凸块,所述胫骨平台垫假体卡入胫骨平台垫安装凹口并通过限位凸块锁定,两个所述胫骨平台垫假体为内侧胫骨平台垫假体及外侧胫骨平台垫假体,内侧胫骨平台垫假体的垂直投影面积大于外侧胫骨平台垫假体的的垂直投影面积。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体,其特征在于,两个所述胫骨平台垫假体与人体解剖形态一致。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体,其特征在于,两个所述胫骨平台垫的上表面分别设有与股骨髁假体平面相对应的弧面,其配合股骨髁使得膝关节内外翻活动角度为5°到10°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的解剖型不对称双平台膝关节假体,其特征在于,两个胫骨平台垫假体可选用高交联聚乙烯材料、Al2O3或ZrO2材料。
