Abstract
本发明涉及一种装在电动外力型假肢中的蓄电
池,它具有在正面放置的叉形触头(17)用于与假肢侧
设置的刀刃形触头插合。为了简化操作,本发明提出

Description
本发明涉及一种装入到电动外力型假肢中的蓄电池,在其端部具有镶入的叉形触头用于与设置在假肢侧的刀刃状触头插合。
这样的一种实施形式可以从德国专利说明书254293.3号中看到。对于电动外力型假肢设有肌电控制及机电控制系统,它们由装入在假肢中的一个蓄电池驱动。这个已是公知的能充电的蓄电池被置入到一支架上,该支架能在整体上形成柄状,并且由于外部尺寸小在长残肢上也可放入。在该支架中设置了构成刀刃状的触头,在置入蓄电池时该触头与蓄电池的叉形触头插合,为了使蓄电池紧固在其支架上设置了一个弹性卡锁。
用于供电的开关设置在蓄电池或其支架的外面,例如与一假手作成一体,并且从外部穿过假手壳操作该开关。
本发明的任务在于使已经公知的蓄电池在操作上简化。
这个任务是这样解决的,在叉形触头对面的外壳表面上设置一个滑动开关,它在与外壳长轴垂直的方向上在壳内部具有一滑块,该滑块装有一接触弹簧,并通过弹性地扣在壳中的座架固定在其移动平面中。
因此对该目的合适的作法是:在座架中可拆卸地插入一设有叉形触头的连接件,在座架中插入与一个叉形触头形成电连接的保险丝。
根据本发明,因此开关直接地与蓄电池形成一体。并且根据本发明的结构还提供了这样的可能性:相对于传统的实施方式该蓄电池的外部尺寸减小了。在传统的蓄电池上外壳是由每个均构成平盘状的上部件及下部件组成的,而根据本发明的结构则是有利的,即滑动开关座架及连接件都装在一个壳端头中,该壳端头是与壳体粘接的。该开关可作为主开关进行开关,利用它可以集中关断全部的供电。该蓄电池特别适于装入到一个儿童假手中,使该残疾儿童的陪伴人员能方便地在假手上操作该开关。

图中所示的蓄电池具有一个外壳,它是由一个壳体1及一个粘在其上的壳端头2组成的。在壳体1上插入一隔垫3及一个未进一步表示出的蓄电池块。壳端头2包括一个滑动开关,一个座架4及一个连接件5,其构造说明于下。
滑动开关由一个在壳端头2中能垂直于壳长轴滑动的滑块6组成,该滑块上设有接触弹簧7及一个滑动按钮8,按钮位于壳端头2的一个侧平面上。滑块6用一个弹性臂9靠贴在未进一步示出的壳端头2的导向装置中,并且用设在臂9端部上的定位端10与能在滑动开关每一开关位置上定住位的定位槽相吻合,该触头弹簧7的支持是通过一个销11实现的。
滑块6经由插入壳2并与其弹性锁扣的座架4固定到壳2内它的滑动平面中。该座架4在插入位置上处于与壳端头2正面同一平面中,并具有二个对置的各设有一定位凸缘12的弹性片13,它在卡合位置上用定位凸缘12与在壳端头2上作成的对应凹槽卡合。在壳端头2的正视图上座架4具有U形状,并利用横档14与滑块6的肩片15搭接。
连接件5插到座架4的U形叉脚之间,并是向叉脚方向插入的。该件5侧面上的导向条16镶合在所述U形叉脚内的导向槽中。该连接件5在背离滑动按钮8的一侧上具有叉形触头17,该二个触头中的一个与一保险丝18形成电连接。该保险丝18平行于座架4的U形叉脚插入到连接件5中,并在那儿被一个夹子19夹持住,且在连接件完全推入时以它的自由端卡合在底座4的相应槽中。在与保险丝18成直角的方向上用一压簧20压住。该连接件5在安装位置时用顺着叉形触头17的导向条16的自由端卡合在图中未详细示出的壳端头2的肩部上。因此连接件5在本身最终插入到壳端头2的正面孔中以前必须先完全地推入到座架4中。
在叉形触头17之间设置了一个反压着弹簧21的向上作用力可移动的按件22。它在蓄电池置入到假肢内与其配合的支架上时被一个假肢侧的压件压住,并且在将蓄电池解锁时,该按件本身能由蓄电池支架中弹升上来,以便使蓄电池易于取出。对蓄电池的其它细节可以从德国专利说明书2542933中得知。
Claims (7)
1、用于装在电动外力型假肢中的蓄电池,具有安装在正面的叉形触头(17)用于与假肢侧设置的刀刃形触头插合,其特征在于,在与叉形触头(17)相对的壳面上设置了一个滑动开关(6,7,8),该开关设有在壳(1,2)内部沿壳长轴的垂直方向上的滑块(6),后者设有接触弹簧(7)并通过弹性地扣入壳中的座架(4)固定在其滑动平面中。
2、根据权利要求1的蓄电池,其特征在于:在座架(4)中可拆卸地插入一个设有叉形触头(17)的连接件(5),在该连接件中插入一个与一叉形触头(17)形成电连接的保险丝(18)。
3、根据权利要求1或2的蓄电池,其特征在于:滑块(6)用一个弹性臂(9)靠贴在一导向装置中,并且在其中用一个定位端(10)与能在滑动开关(6,7,8)每一开关位置上定住位的定位槽相吻合。
4、根据权利要求1,2或3的蓄电池,其特征在于:座架(4)用二个对置的各设有一定位凸缘(12)的弹性片(13)插入到壳(1,2)的正面开口中,并且与开口的上表面齐平。
5、根据上述权利要求中的任一个权利要求的蓄电池,其特征在于:连接件(5)插到座架(4)中的插入方向与它本身插到壳(1,2)中的插入方向相垂直。
6、根据权利要求5的蓄电池,其特征在于:连接件(5)在安装位置上卡合在壳(1,2)的一个肩挡上。
7、根据权利要求2至6中任一权利要求的蓄电池,其特征在于:滑动开关(6,7,8),座架(4)及连接件(5)安装在一个壳端头(2)中,后者与壳体(1)粘接。
