将本配方中的各组分为1天的剂量，将本配方中的各组分共同煮粥，每天早晚各服食1次，7天为一个疗程。

2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种治肥胖症的食疗配方，其特征在于将本配方中的各组分为1天的剂量，将本配方中的各组分共同煮粥，每天早晚各服食1次，7天为一个疗程。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的一种治肥胖症的食疗配方，其特征在于患者在服食本食疗配方的过程中一定要严格注意少摄入糖分含量高的食物。
