本发明涉及农用膜领域,具体涉及一种灭虫塑料地膜及其制作工艺。
背景技术
地膜即地面覆盖薄膜,通常是透明或黑色PE薄膜,也有绿、银色薄膜,用于地面覆盖,以提高土壤温度,保持土壤水分,维持土壤结构,防止害虫侵袭作物和某些微生物引起的病害等,促进植物生长的功能。地膜看上去薄薄一层,但作用相当大。不仅能够提高地温、保水、保土、保肥提高肥效,而且还有灭草、防病虫、防旱抗涝、抑盐保苗、改进近地面光热条件,使产品卫生清洁等多项功能。对于那些刚出土的幼苗来说,具有护根促长等作用。对于我国三北地区,低温、少雨、干旱贫脊、无霜期短等限制农业发展的因素,具有很强的针对性和适用性,对于种植二季水稻育秧及多种作物栽培上也起了作用。在全国31个省市自治区普及和应用,用于粮、聚乙烯树脂、油、菜、瓜果、烟、糖、药、麻、茶、林等40多种农作物上,使作物普遍增产30%-50%,增值40%-60%,深受广大农民的欢迎。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种灭虫塑料地膜及其制作工艺。
本发明解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:一种灭虫塑料地膜,包括地膜本体,其中所述地膜本体包括第一膜体与第二膜体,第一膜体两面分别设有竹纤维涂层与棉纤维,第二膜体包括两层覆膜以及位于两层覆膜之间的驱虫颗粒。
优选的,所述第一膜体包括以下成分,聚乙烯30--60份、含氟共聚物10--30份、聚乳酸10--30份、增塑剂5--10份、甲草嗪0--2份、降解母粒40--46份。
优选的,所述覆膜包括以下成分,聚乙烯树脂50--70份、聚乙烯8--10份、含氟共聚物1.5--2.2份、尿素0.8--1.2份、粘合剂3--5份、润滑剂0--1.5份、降解母粒3--5份、辅料30--50份。
优选的,所述驱虫颗粒包括以下成分,天然树脂50--80份、植物提取液10--15份以及辣椒素3--5份。
优选的,所述植物提取液是香樟、洋葱、松节油、桉树、艾草、金莲花、玻璃苣、艾叶、菖蒲、薄荷油、松节油的提取液的一种或几种的混合液。
一种灭虫塑料地膜的制作工艺,其中包括以下步骤:(1)将聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、聚乳酸、增塑剂、甲草嗪、降解母粒按所述配方的比例混合搅匀,之后在150--200°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压,得到所述第一膜体;
(2)将聚乙烯树脂、聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、尿素、粘合剂、润滑剂、降解母粒、辅料按所述配方的比例均匀混合,之后在120--180°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压;得到所述覆膜;
(3)将香樟、洋葱、松节油、桉树、艾草、金莲花、玻璃苣、艾叶、菖蒲、薄荷油、松节油进行提取得到提取液,将提取液中的一种或几种混合,得到植物提取液;
(4)将天然树脂、植物提取液以及辣椒素按所述配方的比例均匀混合加热到50--80°,置入模具中冷却成型,得到所述驱虫颗粒;
(5)将第一膜体的两面分别涂上黑色的涂层与白色的涂层;
(6)将两层覆膜对齐,中间置入驱虫颗粒,并置于加压机上加压成型,得到第二膜体;
(7)将第一膜体与第二膜体置入加压机内加压,得到所述地膜本体。
有益效果是:本地膜通过两层膜体组成,第一膜体有黑色的涂层与白色的涂层,使得第一膜体的外表面可以向四周反射阳光中的紫外线,而抑制可见光的反射。害虫因忌怕紫外光而不敢靠近薄膜,故能起到防虫效果。第二膜体通过覆膜与棉纤维可以进行驱虫的作用。同时覆膜与棉纤维都是采用可降解的成分,更加安全环保。
本发明添加了特殊的粘合剂,使制得的地膜具有很好的生物降解性能,添加的紫外线 吸收剂能对紫外线进行遮蔽,甲草胺乳油和甲草嗪的加入使得地膜具有良好的驱虫性能, 能防止害虫侵袭作物和某些微生物引起的病害等,促进植物生长的功能。用于地面覆盖提 高土壤温度,保持土壤水分,使作物普遍增产。
本发明工艺流程简洁,原料配比合理,采用的均为无毒无害 的化学物质与草药制作,制备的塑料地膜,使用效果好,同时具有灭杀虫害的功用,不仅保 证了地膜原有的功用,还有灭虫的功效,一举两得,使用效果明显,市场价值高,便于推广及 使用。

一种灭虫塑料地膜的制作工艺,其中包括以下步骤:(1)将聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、聚乳酸、增塑剂、甲草嗪、降解母粒按所述配方的比例混合搅匀,之后在150°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压,得到所述第一膜体1;(2)将聚乙烯树脂、聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、尿素、粘合剂、润滑剂、降解母粒、辅料按所述配方的比例均匀混合,之后在120°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压;得到所述覆膜3;(3)将香樟进行提取得到得到植物提取液;(4)将天然树脂、植物提取液以及辣椒素按所述配方的比例均匀混合加热到50°,置入模具中冷却成型,得到所述驱虫颗粒4;(5)将第一膜体1的两面分别涂上黑色的涂层与白色的涂层;(6)将两层覆膜3对齐,中间置入驱虫颗粒4,并置于加压机上加压成型,得到第二膜体2;(7)将第一膜体1与第二膜体2置入加压机内加压,得到所述地膜本体。
实施例2
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述第一膜体1包括以下成分,聚乙烯60份、含氟共聚物30份、聚乳酸30份、增塑剂10份、甲草嗪2份、降解母粒46份。覆膜3包括以下成分,聚乙烯树脂70份、聚乙烯10份、含氟共聚物2.2份、尿素1.2份、粘合剂5份、润滑剂1.5份、降解母粒5份、辅料50份。驱虫颗粒4包括以下成分,天然树脂80份、植物提取液15份以及辣椒素5份。植物提取液是香樟、洋葱、松节油、桉树、艾草、金莲花、玻璃苣、艾叶、菖蒲、薄荷油、松节油的提取液的混合液。
一种灭虫塑料地膜的制作工艺,其中包括以下步骤:(1)将聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、聚乳酸、增塑剂、甲草嗪、降解母粒按所述配方的比例混合搅匀,之后在200°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压,得到所述第一膜体1;(2)将聚乙烯树脂、聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、尿素、粘合剂、润滑剂、降解母粒、辅料按所述配方的比例均匀混合,之后在180°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压;得到所述覆膜3;(3)将香樟、洋葱、松节油、桉树、艾草、金莲花、玻璃苣、艾叶、菖蒲、薄荷油、松节油进行提取得到提取液,将提取液混合,得到植物提取液;(4)将天然树脂、植物提取液以及辣椒素按所述配方的比例均匀混合加热到80°,置入模具中冷却成型,得到所述驱虫颗粒4;(5)将第一膜体1的两面分别涂上黑色的涂层与白色的涂层;(6)将两层覆膜3对齐,中间置入驱虫颗粒4,并置于加压机上加压成型,得到第二膜体2;(7)将第一膜体1与第二膜体2置入加压机内加压,得到所述地膜本体。
实施例3
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述第一膜体1包括以下成分,聚乙烯60份、含氟共聚物10份、聚乳酸10份、增塑剂5份、甲草嗪2份、降解母粒40份。覆膜3包括以下成分,聚乙烯树脂70份、聚乙烯10份、含氟共聚物1.5份、尿素1.2份、粘合剂3份、润滑剂1.5份、降解母粒3份、辅料50份。驱虫颗粒4包括以下成分,天然树脂80份、植物提取液15份以及辣椒素3份。植物提取液是香樟、洋葱、松节油、桉树、艾草、金莲花、玻璃苣、艾叶、菖蒲、薄荷油、松节油的提取液的一种或几种的混合液。
一种灭虫塑料地膜的制作工艺,其中包括以下步骤:(1)将聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、聚乳酸、增塑剂、甲草嗪、降解母粒按所述配方的比例混合搅匀,之后在150°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压,得到所述第一膜体1;(2)将聚乙烯树脂、聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、尿素、粘合剂、润滑剂、降解母粒、辅料按所述配方的比例均匀混合,之后在180°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压;得到所述覆膜3;(3)将香樟、洋葱、松节油、桉树、艾草、金莲花、玻璃苣、艾叶、菖蒲、薄荷油、松节油进行提取得到提取液,将提取液中的一种或几种混合,得到植物提取液;(4)将天然树脂、植物提取液以及辣椒素按所述配方的比例均匀混合加热到80°,置入模具中冷却成型,得到所述驱虫颗粒4;(5)将第一膜体1的两面分别涂上黑色的涂层与白色的涂层;(6)将两层覆膜3对齐,中间置入驱虫颗粒4,并置于加压机上加压成型,得到第二膜体2;(7)将第一膜体1与第二膜体2置入加压机内加压,得到所述地膜本体。
基于上述,本地膜通过两层膜体组成,第一膜体1有黑色的涂层与白色的涂层,使得第一膜体1的外表面可以向四周反射阳光中的紫外线,而抑制可见光的反射。害虫因忌怕紫外光而不敢靠近薄膜,故能起到防虫效果。第二膜体2通过覆膜3与棉纤维4可以进行驱虫的作用。同时覆膜3与棉纤维4都是采用可降解的成分,更加安全环保。

Claims (6)

1.一种灭虫塑料地膜,包括地膜本体,其特征在于:所述地膜本体包括第一膜体与第二膜体,第一膜体两面分别设有竹纤维涂层与棉纤维,第二膜体包括两层覆膜以及位于两层覆膜之间的驱虫颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种灭虫塑料地膜,其特征在于:所述第一膜体包括以下成分,聚乙烯30--60份、含氟共聚物10--30份、聚乳酸10--30份、增塑剂5--10份、甲草嗪0--2份、降解母粒40--46份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种灭虫塑料地膜,其特征在于:所述覆膜包括以下成分,聚乙烯树脂50--70份、聚乙烯8--10份、含氟共聚物1.5--2.2份、尿素0.8--1.2份、粘合剂3--5份、润滑剂0--1.5份、降解母粒3--5份、辅料30--50份。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种灭虫塑料地膜,其特征在于:所述驱虫颗粒包括以下成分,天然树脂50--80份、植物提取液10--15份以及辣椒素3--5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种灭虫塑料地膜,其特征在于:所述植物提取液是香樟、洋葱、松节油、桉树、艾草、金莲花、玻璃苣、艾叶、菖蒲、薄荷油、松节油的提取液的一种或几种的混合液。
6.一种制作权利要求5所述灭虫塑料地膜的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、聚乳酸、增塑剂、甲草嗪、降解母粒按所述配方的比例混合搅匀,之后在150--200°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压,得到所述第一膜体;
(2)将聚乙烯树脂、聚乙烯、含氟共聚物、尿素、粘合剂、润滑剂、降解母粒、辅料按所述配方的比例均匀混合,之后在120--180°下加热、塑化,并在双螺杆挤出机对塑化后的混合体进行挤压;得到所述覆膜;
(3)将香樟、洋葱、松节油、桉树、艾草、金莲花、玻璃苣、艾叶、菖蒲、薄荷油、松节油进行提取得到提取液,将提取液中的一种或几种混合,得到植物提取液;
(4)将天然树脂、植物提取液以及辣椒素按所述配方的比例均匀混合加热到50--80°,置入模具中冷却成型,得到所述驱虫颗粒;
(5)将第一膜体的两面分别涂上黑色的涂层与白色的涂层;
(6)将两层覆膜对齐,中间置入驱虫颗粒,并置于加压机上加压成型,得到第二膜体;
(7)将第一膜体与第二膜体置入加压机内加压,得到所述地膜本体。
