技术领域
本发明属于手机外壳技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米级的手机防水外壳。
背景技术
随着社会的发展、通讯技术的进步,手机等通讯产品已成为人们重要的通讯工具。同时随着手机的使用日益频繁,人们对手机的要求也越来越高,从而出现了触摸屏手机。
一般,手机功能越多,其稳定性能相对比较差,特别是怕水进入手机内部,一旦碰到水,如果处理不及时,手机将会不能继续使用。手机的不防水功能给使用者带来了极大的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纳米级的手机防水外壳,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种纳米级的手机防水外壳,包括手机壳屏幕,所述手机壳屏幕周围设置有前边框,所述前边框后端设置有手机壳前壳,所述手机壳前壳上端设置有挂孔,所述手机壳前壳后端设置有连接边框,所述连接边框后端设置有手机壳后壳,所述手机壳后壳边缘设置有后边框,所述后边框内部设置有手机壳后盖;
其中,所述前边框和后边框上设置有厚度为0.01-0.02mm的纳米防水涂层;所述纳米防水涂层由如下重量份的组分构成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-8份,有机硅化合物2-4份,聚四氟乙烯蜡1-3份,纳米二氧化硅2-6份,纳米二氧化钛3-8份,聚氨酯4-8份,丙烯酸树脂2-4份,纳米氧化锌3-8份、增塑剂2-4份。
优选的,所述连接边框边缘设置有防水胶。
优选的,所述手机壳屏幕为LED触摸屏。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该纳米级的手机防水外壳,通过打开连接边框4,将手机放入且手机屏幕与手机壳屏幕1方向一致,再将连接边框4固定,这样手机就会被固定在纳米级的手机防水外壳内,再加上前边框2和后边框7为透明软塑料,且连接边框4边缘设置有防水胶,增加了防水性能,还有手机壳屏幕1为LED触摸屏则不会影响手机就的正常使用。该纳米级的手机防水外壳,具有结构设计合理、使用方便、操作简单、安全高效等优点,可以普遍推广使用。

本发明提供了如图1所示的一种纳米级的手机防水外壳,包括手机壳屏幕1,所述手机壳屏幕1周围设置有前边框2,所述前边框2后端设置有手机壳前壳6,所述手机壳前壳6上端设置有挂孔3,所述手机壳前壳6后端设置有连接边框4,所述连接边框4后端设置有手机壳后壳5,所述手机壳后壳5边缘设置有后边框7,所述后边框7内部设置有手机壳后盖8。
其中,所述前边框2和后边框7上设置有厚度为0.01-0.02mm的纳米防水涂层;所述纳米防水涂层由如下重量份的组分构成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-8份,有机硅化合物2-4份,聚四氟乙烯蜡1-3份,纳米二氧化硅2-6份,纳米二氧化钛3-8份,聚氨酯4-8份,丙烯酸树脂2-4份,纳米氧化锌3-8份、增塑剂2-4份。本发明可以很好的保护产品中的手机,使得手机壳在防水性能上有了进一步的提升,且本发明操作简单,节能环保。
工作原理:首先,对纳米级的手机防水外壳进行检查,检查密封性等个性性能。然后,打开连接边框4,将手机放入且手机屏幕与手机壳屏幕1方向一致,再将连接边框4固定,这样手机就会被固定在纳米级的手机防水外壳内,再加上前边框2和后边框7上涂覆有上述结构的纳米防水涂层,且连接边框4边缘设置有防水胶,增加了防水性能,还有手机壳屏幕1为LED触摸屏则不会影响手机就的正常使用。该纳米级的手机防水外壳,具有结构设计合理、使用方便、操作简单、安全高效等优点,可以普遍推广使用。

1.一种纳米级的手机防水外壳,包括手机壳屏幕(1),其特征在于:所述手机壳屏幕(1)周围设置有前边框(2),所述前边框(2)后端设置有手机壳前壳(6),所述手机壳前壳(6)上端设置有挂孔(3),所述手机壳前壳(6)后端设置有连接边框(4),所述连接边框(4)后端设置有手机壳后壳(5),所述手机壳后壳(5)边缘设置有后边框(7),所述后边框(7)内部设置有手机壳后盖(8);所述前边框(2)和后边框(7)上设置有厚度为0.01-0.02mm的纳米防水涂层;所述纳米防水涂层由如下重量份的组分构成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-8份,有机硅化合物2-4份,聚四氟乙烯蜡1-3份,纳米二氧化硅2-6份,纳米二氧化钛3-8份,聚氨酯4-8份,丙烯酸树脂2-4份,纳米氧化锌3-8份、增塑剂2-4份。
