Abstract

本发明属于电连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种高密度密封连接器。本发明的高密度密封连接器采用极性对换的形式,将常规密封连接器难加工的插孔转变为插针,改善加工工艺性,显著降低插座的制造成本。同时将特制的小型冠簧插孔配置到插头,与插座的插针形成可靠的弹性接触对,实现连接器的高密度、高可靠及密封功能。

一种高密度密封连接器
技术领域
本发明属于电连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种高密度密封连接器。
背景技术
高密度密封连接器一般采用绞线式弹性插针(以下简称麻花针)结构,将麻花针配置到插头中形成阳性弹性接触件,可阀合金加工的刚性插孔配置到插座,形成阴性接触件,并采用玻璃烧结的形式将插孔固定在插座中形成密封插座。这种结构形式的高密度密封连接器,由于需要采用可阀合金材料加工含深孔的插孔,其加工的难度大、效率低,引起加工成本高。另外采用麻花针结构的接触件相对普通接触件成本高,造成该类连接器经济效益不显著。
发明内容
本发明专利旨在提供一种采用冠簧插孔作为阴性弹性接触件组成的插头,采用插针接触件并玻璃烧结组成的密封插座,是一种高密度、低成本、高可靠的互连解决方案,实现该类连接器良好的社会经济效益。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种高密度密封连接器,包括插头和插座,其特殊之处在于:上述插头包括绝缘体、多个插孔合件、插头外壳、胶粘剂及紧固件;
上述绝缘体设置在插头外壳的头部并向外伸出,绝缘体内设置有多个插孔合件,插孔合件的头部与绝缘体的头部平齐,插孔合件尾部位于插头外壳尾部空腔内,插孔合件尾部连接有导线,上述胶粘剂充满插头外壳尾部空腔并将插孔合件尾部固定;
上述插孔合件包括插孔及插孔内的弹性件;
上述插座包括插座外壳和多个插针,上述多个插针通过玻璃绝缘套固定在插座外壳上;
上述多个插针和多个插孔合件对应插合且插针与弹性件形成弹性接触。
上述弹性件为冠簧,上述插孔前端为收口结构。
上述冠簧的圆弧中点区域与插针形成弹性接触。
上述紧固件包括锁紧螺钉和垫圈;上述冠簧为铍青铜材料。
本发明还提供一种基于上述高密度密封连接器的制备方法,其特殊之处在于:其中的插头采用以下步骤制备:
1)将绝缘体装入插头外壳;
2)将冠簧和插孔组成的插孔合件在尾部采用压接的方式端接好导线后,装配到绝缘体中;
3)用胶粘剂填充满插头外壳的尾部空腔,并将插孔合件及导线灌封固定;
4)配置紧固件形成完整的插头。
其中的插座采用以下步骤制备:
1)将玻璃绝缘套装入插座外壳的孔位中,并根据芯数逐只装入插针;
2)通过玻璃烧结工艺,将玻璃绝缘套熔化后,使插针和插座外壳熔接固定在一起,形成玻璃烧结密封插座。
上述将冠簧和插孔组成插孔合件的具体方法是:将冠簧装入插孔,并在插孔的口部收口,防止冠簧脱出插孔,形成插孔合件。
上述冠簧由铍青铜带经落料、弯曲、卷圆而成,并经过时效热处理。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的高密度密封连接器采用极性对换的形式,将常规密封连接器难加工的插孔转变为插针,改善加工工艺性,显著降低插座的制造成本。同时将特制的小型冠簧插孔配置到插头,与插座的插针形成可靠的弹性接触对,实现连接器的高密度、高可靠及密封功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图说明对本发明加以详细说明:
如图1~8所示,本发明的高密度密封连接器包括:插头和插座。其中,插头包括:绝缘体1、冠簧2、插孔3、外壳4、胶粘剂5、锁紧螺钉6和垫圈7。插座包括:外壳8、玻璃绝缘套9、插针10和插针11。
图1为本发明的实施例插头主剖视图、俯视图和侧视图。图中所示,首先将绝缘体1装入外壳4,然后再将冠簧2和插孔3组成的插孔合件在尾部采用压接的方式端接好导线后,装配到绝缘体1中,并用胶粘剂5灌封固定,填充满外壳4的尾部空腔,从而形成可靠的接触件固定结构,另外配置锁紧和防松用的锁紧螺钉6和垫圈7后,形成完整的插头。
图2为本发明的实施例插孔合件主剖视图。图中所示,冠簧2由高弹性的铍青铜带经落料、弯曲、卷圆而成,并经过时效热处理,保证冠簧2具有高弹性和尺寸稳定性。冠簧2装入插孔3,并在插孔3的口部收口,防止冠簧2脱出插孔3,形成插孔合件。插头与插座插合时,在插针接触件与冠簧2的圆弧中点区域形成弹性接触,实现可靠的电气连接。插孔3中装入专门定制的小型冠簧2,收口后即形成弹性的插孔,占用空间少,体积小巧。配置到微小型连接器中形成高密度的连接器。
图3为本发明的实施例插座主剖视图、俯视图和侧视图。图中所示,玻璃绝缘套9装入外壳8的孔位中,并根据芯数逐只装入插针10和插针11。然后通过专门的玻璃烧结工艺,将玻璃绝缘套9熔化后,使插针10、插针11和外壳8熔接固定在一起,形成玻璃烧结密封插座,达到气密封的功能。
图4为本发明的实施例插头与插座的插合图。图中所示,插头与插座插合后插座的插针10和插针11将插头相应孔位插孔合件中的冠簧2弹性撑大变形,使冠簧2的圆弧中点区域与插针10和插针11之间形成正压力,形成弹性的电气连接。插头与插座分离后,冠簧2再恢复原状态,保证规定的机械寿命。

Claims (8)

1.一种高密度密封连接器,包括插头和插座,其特征在于:所述插头包括绝缘体、多个插孔合件、插头外壳、胶粘剂及紧固件;
所述绝缘体设置在插头外壳的头部并向外伸出,绝缘体内设置有多个插孔合件,插孔合件的头部与绝缘体的头部平齐,插孔合件尾部位于插头外壳尾部空腔内,插孔合件尾部连接有导线,所述胶粘剂充满插头外壳尾部空腔并将插孔合件尾部固定;
所述插孔合件包括插孔及插孔内的弹性件;
所述插座包括插座外壳和多个插针,所述多个插针通过玻璃绝缘套固定在插座外壳上;
所述多个插针和多个插孔合件对应插合且插针与弹性件形成弹性接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高密度密封连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性件为冠簧,所述插孔前端为收口结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高密度密封连接器,其特征在于:所述冠簧的圆弧中点区域与插针形成弹性接触。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的高密度密封连接器,其特征在于:所述紧固件包括锁紧螺钉和垫圈;所述冠簧为铍青铜材料。
5.权利要求1~4所述的高密度密封连接器的制备方法,其特征在于:其中的插头采用以下步骤制备:
1)将绝缘体装入插头外壳;
2)将冠簧和插孔组成的插孔合件在尾部采用压接的方式端接好导线后,装配到绝缘体中;
3)用胶粘剂填充满插头外壳的尾部空腔,并将插孔合件及导线灌封固定;
4)配置紧固件形成完整的插头。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高密度密封连接器的制备方法,其特征在于:其中的插座采用以下步骤制备:
1)将玻璃绝缘套装入插座外壳的孔位中,并根据芯数逐只装入插针;
2)通过玻璃烧结工艺,将玻璃绝缘套熔化后,使插针和插座外壳熔接固定在一起,形成玻璃烧结密封插座。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高密度密封连接器的制备方法,其特征在于:所述将冠簧和插孔组成插孔合件的具体方法是:将冠簧装入插孔,并在插孔的口部收口,防止冠簧脱出插孔,形成插孔合件。
