本发明公开了一种防寒电力电缆,包括有由四个弧形骨架拼接而成的花瓣形绝缘加强管,在绝缘加强管内部中心处设有圆形管,在圆形管外壁与绝缘加强管内壁之间均匀的连接有四个绝缘板,在绝缘板表面涂抹有无机吸热材料喷涂层,四个绝缘板将绝缘加强管内腔分割成四个小腔体,在四个小腔体内分别设有椭圆形橡胶骨架,在半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套的外侧涂抹有沥青涂层,在半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套内壁设有尼龙保温层。本发明在四个小腔体内的每个线芯与绝缘加强管之间设有月牙形半导膨胀缓冲层,使电缆内部结构更加紧凑,更加稳定可靠,缓冲层结构结实,圆形板加绝缘板,尼龙保温层在不影响电缆柔性的条件下保温,防寒效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种防寒电力电缆。
背景技术
在我国北方及西部地区,低温时间长、早晚温差大,特别在冬季,东北部分地区的室外温度可达零下50℃左右。普通电缆在此条件进行施工敷设或运行就会出现电缆绝缘和护套开裂现象,不利于电缆电能的传输,减少了电缆的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种防寒电力电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防寒电力电缆,包括有由四个弧形骨架拼接而成的花瓣形绝缘加强管,在绝缘加强管内部中心处设有圆形管,在圆形管外壁与绝缘加强管内壁之间均匀的连接有四个绝缘板,在绝缘板表面涂抹有无机吸热材料喷涂层,四个绝缘板将绝缘加强管内腔分割成四个小腔体,在四个小腔体内分别设有椭圆形橡胶骨架,在四个椭圆形橡胶骨架内部和圆形管内部分别设有线芯,所述的线芯包括有导体以及依次包覆在导体外侧的陶瓷化高分子复合耐火硅橡胶绝缘层和铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层,在每个椭圆形橡胶骨架与绝缘加强管之间设有月牙形半导膨胀缓冲层,所述的半导膨胀缓冲层是由基材结构层和材料结构层经压延制成的;在绝缘加强管的外侧依次包覆有形状与绝缘加强管相同的皱纹铝套、金属编织屏蔽层和半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套,在半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套的外侧涂抹有沥青涂层,在半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套内壁设有尼龙保温层。
所述的绝缘加强管为尼龙管。
在所述的绝缘加强管的表面设有若干个网孔。
所述的金属屏蔽编织层为裸铜丝编织且表面设有聚酯膜层。
所述的无机吸热材料喷涂层为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、水合硫酸铝钾、水合硫酸铝钙中的一种。
所述的基材结构层是由涤纶布通过轧染方式进行半导电胶的均匀涂覆制成的;所述材料结构层是由凯夫拉纤维丝和阻水粉混合而成。
本发明的优点是:本发明采用花瓣形绝缘加强管,且电缆的外形也是花瓣形的,耐扭曲耐磨效果好,在外护套表面涂抹沥青涂层,沥青具有很好的防水防潮防腐的效果,且有很好的御寒的功能,提高电缆的使用寿命,无机吸热材料喷涂层在受热到一定程度时,能够释放出水蒸气,在释放水蒸气的过程中吸热,起到降温的作用,耐高温防火效果好,在四个小腔体内的每个线芯与绝缘加强管之间设有月牙形半导膨胀缓冲层,且线芯外侧设有椭圆形橡胶骨架,使电缆内部结构更加紧凑,更加稳定可靠,缓冲层结构结实,增加抗扭性能,不易压坏,使用寿命长,圆形板加绝缘板,使电缆耐压性能更好,尼龙保温层在不影响电缆柔性的条件下保温,防寒效果好。

如图1所示,一种防寒电力电缆,包括有由四个弧形骨架拼接而成的花瓣形绝缘加强管1,在绝缘加强管1内部中心处设有圆形管2,在圆形管2外壁与绝缘加强管1内壁之间均匀的连接有四个绝缘板3,在绝缘板3表面涂抹有无机吸热材料喷涂层,四个绝缘板3将绝缘加强管1内腔分割成四个小腔体,在四个小腔体内分别设有椭圆形橡胶骨架4,在四个椭圆形橡胶骨架4内部和圆形管2内部分别设有线芯,所述的线芯包括有导体5以及依次包覆在导体5外侧的陶瓷化高分子复合耐火硅橡胶绝缘层6和铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层7,在每个椭圆形橡胶骨架4与绝缘加强管1之间设有月牙形半导膨胀缓冲层8,所述的半导膨胀缓冲层8是由基材结构层和材料结构层经压延制成的;在绝缘加强管1的外侧依次包覆有形状与绝缘加强管1相同的皱纹铝套9、金属编织屏蔽层10和半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套11,在半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套11的外侧涂抹有沥青涂层,在半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套11内壁设有尼龙保温层。
所述的绝缘加强管1为尼龙管。
在所述的绝缘加强管1的表面设有若干个网孔。
所述的金属屏蔽编织层10为裸铜丝编织且表面设有聚酯膜层。
所述的无机吸热材料喷涂层为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、水合硫酸铝钾、水合硫酸铝钙中的一种。
所述的基材结构层是由涤纶布通过轧染方式进行半导电胶的均匀涂覆制成的;所述材料结构层是由凯夫拉纤维丝和阻水粉混合而成。

1.一种防寒电力电缆,其特征在于:包括有由四个弧形骨架拼接而成的花瓣形绝缘加强管,在绝缘加强管内部中心处设有圆形管,在圆形管外壁与绝缘加强管内壁之间均匀的连接有四个绝缘板,在绝缘板表面涂抹有无机吸热材料喷涂层,四个绝缘板将绝缘加强管内腔分割成四个小腔体,在四个小腔体内分别设有椭圆形橡胶骨架,在四个椭圆形橡胶骨架内部和圆形管内部分别设有线芯,所述的线芯包括有导体以及依次包覆在导体外侧的陶瓷化高分子复合耐火硅橡胶绝缘层和铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层,在每个椭圆形橡胶骨架与绝缘加强管之间设有月牙形半导膨胀缓冲层,所述的半导膨胀缓冲层是由基材结构层和材料结构层经压延制成的;在绝缘加强管的外侧依次包覆有形状与绝缘加强管相同的皱纹铝套、金属编织屏蔽层和半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套,在半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套的外侧涂抹有沥青涂层,在半硬质阻燃聚氯乙烯外护套内壁设有尼龙保温层。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防寒电力电缆,其特征在于:在所述的绝缘加强管的表面设有若干个网孔。
