Abstract
本发明提供一种液晶显示器及其阵列基板,所述阵列基板包括多个以矩阵方式排列的像素,每个像素包括排列在一两行两列的矩阵中的四个子像素,所述四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素,每一子像素连接一薄膜晶体管,所述阵列基板还包括用于驱动所述薄膜晶体管的多条数据线以及多条扫描线;位于相邻的两列且位于相邻的两行的两个相同颜色的子像素具有相反的极性。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示装置领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示器及其阵列基板。
背景技术
薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(Thin film transistor liquid crystal display,TFT-LCD)因其具有简洁、发热量低、寿命长、以及观感舒适等优点而成为目前最为流行的显示器之一。RGBW(红、绿、蓝、白)四色TFT-LCD为应用非常广泛的一种液晶显示器。在这种显示器中,显示某一单色画面区块(如红色画面区块)时,在该区块中的每个像素在列反转驱动时的资料电压具有相同极性,导致资料电压对公共电压的耦合作用无法相互抵消,从而导致串扰现象的产生。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种能够保证较好的显示质量的液晶显示器及其阵列基板。
本发明提供一种液晶显示器的阵列基板,所述阵列基板包括多个以矩阵方式排列的像素,每个像素包括排列在一两行两列的矩阵中的四个子像素,所述四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素,每一子像素连接一薄膜晶体管,所述阵列基板还包括用于驱动所述薄膜晶体管的多条数据线以及多条扫描线;位于相邻的两列且位于相邻的两行的两个相同颜色的子像素具有相反的极性。
进一步地,每一行的子像素位于两条相邻的扫描线之间,每一行的子像素中位于奇数列的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接下侧的扫描线,每一行的子像素中位于偶数列的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接上侧的扫描线,每一列的子像素位于两条相邻的数据线之间,每一列的子像素中位于奇数行的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接左侧的扫描线,每一列的子像素中位于偶数行的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接右侧的扫描线,每相邻的两条数据线的极性相反。
进一步地,每列相邻的四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素。
进一步地,每行相邻的四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素。
本发明还提供一液晶显示器,所述液晶显示器包括上述的显示电路。
进一步地,所述液晶显示器还包括所述列反转数据驱动电路,所述列反转
数据驱动电路连接所述多条数据线。
进一步地,所述液晶显示器还包括一栅极扫描电路,所述栅极扫描电路连接所述多条扫描线。
在本发明中位于相邻的两列且位于相邻的两行的两个相同颜色的子像素具有相反的极性,防止了串扰现象的产生,因而保证了较好的显示质量。

具体实施方式
下面,将结合附图对本发明各实施例作详细介绍。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明液晶显示器较佳实施方式包括一阵列基板10、一栅极扫描电路30及一列反转数据驱动电路50。
所述阵列基板10包括多个按矩阵排列的像素11,每一像素包括排列在一两行两列的矩阵中的四个子像素,所述四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素。在本实施例中,所述多个按矩阵排列的像素的数量为4个。
所述阵列基板10还包括多条数据线13以及多条扫描线15。相邻的两条数据线13的极性相反。所述多条数据线13连接列反转数据驱动电路50,所述多条扫描线15连接所述栅极扫描电路30。每一列子像素位于相邻的两条数据线13之间。每一扫描线15对应一行子像素。
每一子像素连接一薄膜晶体管70,每一行的子像素位于两条相邻的扫描线15之间,每一行的子像素中位于奇数列的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管70连接下侧的扫描线,每一行的子像素中位于偶数列的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接上侧的扫描线,每一列的子像素位于两条相邻的数据线之间,每一列的子像素中位于奇数行的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接左侧的扫描线,每一列的子像素中位于偶数行的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接右侧的扫描线,每相邻的两条数据线的极性相反,位于相邻的两列且位于相邻的两行的两个相同颜色的子像素具有相反的极性。在每个像素中,每个子像素与相邻的子像素具有相反的极性,在每列的子像素中,相邻的两个子像素的极性相反。
每列相邻的四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素。
每行相邻的四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素。位于相邻两列且颜色相同的子像素的极性相反。
由于位于相邻的两列且位于相邻的两行的两个相同颜色的子像素具有相反的极性,防止了串扰现象的产生,因而保证了较好的显示质量。
虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解:在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化。
Claims (8)
1.一种液晶显示器的阵列基板,其特征在于:所述阵列基板包括多个以矩阵方式排列的像素,每个像素包括排列在一两行两列的矩阵中的四个子像素,所述四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素,每一子像素连接一薄膜晶体管,所述阵列基板还包括用于驱动所述薄膜晶体管的多条数据线以及多条扫描线;同一列中相邻的两个子像素的极性相反,且同一列中同一颜色的子像素极性相同;同一行中一子像素的两相邻子像素的极性相反,且同一行中同一颜色的子像素的极性相同;位于相邻的两列且位于相邻的两行的两个相同颜色的子像素具有相反的极性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,每一行的子像素位于两条相邻的扫描线之间,每一行的子像素中位于奇数列的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接下侧的扫描线,每一行的子像素中位于偶数列的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接上侧的扫描线,每一列的子像素位于两条相邻的数据线之间,每一列的子像素中位于奇数行的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接左侧的扫描线,每一列的子像素中位于偶数行的子像素连接的薄膜晶体管连接右侧的扫描线,每相邻的两条数据线的极性相反。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,在每列的子像素中,相邻的两个子像素的极性相反,在每个像素中,每个子像素与相邻的子像素具有相反的极性。
4.根据权利要求2所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,每列相邻的四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,每行相邻的四个子像素包括红色子像素、绿色子像素、蓝色子像素以及白色子像素。
6.一种液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器包括权利要求1至5任一项的阵列基板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器还包括列反转数据驱动电路,所述列反转数据驱动电路连接所述多条数据线。
8.根据权利要求6所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,所述液晶显示器还包括一栅极扫描电路,所述栅极扫描电路连接所述多条扫描线。
