The invention provides a rotary drum assembly and an air conditioner with the same. The drum assembly according to the present invention comprises: the baffle is provided with a first guide rail and a second guide rail, and two ends of the first guide rail in the length direction are provided with stop structures; the air outlet frame is arranged on the baffle in a reciprocating manner along the first guide rail and is matched with the first guide rail through a first roller assembly, and the air outlet frame is also provided with a second roller assembly matched with the second guide rail.
