As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in one embodiment, an outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner includes a front casing 10, a mounting bracket 20, a motor 30, a fan 40, a fixing bracket 50, and a driving device 60. The front cover 10 covers the front side of the outdoor unit 1, and the front cover 10 is provided with an air outlet 11. The mounting bracket 20 is used to mount a fan 40 of the outdoor unit 1 and a motor 30 for driving the fan 40. The fixing bracket 50 is fixed to an inner surface of the front cover case 10. The driving device 60 is installed on the fixing bracket 50, and the driving device 60 is in transmission connection with the mounting bracket 20 to drive the mounting bracket 20 to move along the axial direction of the air outlet 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer casing of the outdoor unit 1 is substantially rectangular in shape as a whole, the front casing 10 covers the front side of the outdoor unit 1 to form the front side surface of the rectangular parallelepiped, and the remaining outer casings form the remaining surfaces of the outdoor unit 1. Wherein, the front cover shell 10 is detachably connected with the rest outer cover shells. The front casing 10 is provided with a circular air outlet 11, and the air outlet 11 allows the inside of the outdoor unit 1 to communicate with the outside.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, since the air outlet 11 is hollowed out of the front housing 10, the fixing bracket 50 is disposed on an inner surface of the front housing 10, that is, the fixing bracket 50 is disposed on an inner surface of the front housing 10 that is not hollowed out in the circumferential direction of the air outlet 11. The driving device 60 is mounted on the fixing bracket 50 and is in driving connection with the mounting bracket 20, that is, the mounting bracket 20 and the driving device 60 are indirectly mounted on the front cover 10.
With continued reference to fig. 2-4, the motor 30 and the fan 40 are mounted to the mounting bracket 20, and the fan 40 is coupled to the output shaft 31 of the motor 30 such that the mounting bracket 20, the motor 30, and the fan 40 are integral. That is, the mounting bracket 20, the motor 30, the fan 40, the fixing bracket 50, and the driving device 60 are directly or indirectly mounted on the front cover 10. And, the driving device 60 can drive the mounting bracket 20 to move so that the mounting bracket 20 drives the motor 30 and the fan 40 to move.
As shown in fig. 2, the condenser 70 of the outdoor unit 1 is disposed at the rear side of the outdoor unit 1, and the fan 40 installed in place is aligned with the outlet port 11. During the rotation of the fan 40, the driving device 60 drives the mounting bracket 20 to move axially along the air outlet 11 (or axially along the fan 40) relative to the front housing 10, so that the mounting bracket 20 can drive the motor 30 and the fan 40 to move together, thereby enabling the fan 40 to reciprocate along its axial direction while rotating. In other words, the rotating fan 40 can reciprocate closer to or farther away from the area where the condenser 70 is located.
In the solution of the present embodiment, by providing the fixing bracket 50 at the front cover 10, the driving device 60 is mounted at the fixing bracket 50 and connected with the mounting bracket 20, and the fan 40 and the motor 30 are mounted on the mounting bracket 20, so that the fan 40 can rotate on the mounting bracket 20. That is, the fan 40 is installed in the front casing 10, so that the distance between the fan 40 and the condenser 70 is increased, thereby enlarging the range of the suction force of the fan 40 in the outdoor unit 1, that is, the range of the suction force of the fan 40 on the condenser 70, so that the fan 40 can more easily take away the heat dissipated by the condenser 70, which is advantageous for improving the heat dissipation efficiency.
In addition, during the rotation of the fan 40, the mounting bracket 20 can drive the fan 40 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the air outlet 11 (or the axial direction of the fan 40) under the driving of the driving device 60, so that the air in the outdoor unit 1 is disturbed, and then the heat is not easily deposited at a certain position, so that the fan 40 can better take away the heat in the outdoor unit 1.
And, the fan 40 and the motor 30 are installed on the front casing 10 and then assembled with the front casing 10 on the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner, so that the installation work of the fan 40 and the motor 30 is more convenient. Moreover, when the front casing 10 is detachably coupled to the outdoor unit 1, the fan 40 and the motor 30 can be detachably coupled to the front casing 10, thereby facilitating the maintenance of the fan 40 and the motor 30 and the cleaning of the fan 40.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the front cover 10 is provided with a protection net 12, and the protection net 12 covers the air outlet 11, thereby playing a role of dust prevention and protection.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the drive device 60 includes a threaded post 61 and a drive motor 62. The outer wall of the threaded column 61 is provided with a first thread, and the driving motor 62 is used for driving the threaded column 61 to rotate. The mounting bracket 20 is provided with a threaded hole 21, the inner wall of the threaded hole 21 is provided with a second thread matched with the first thread, and the threaded column 61 is embedded in the threaded hole 21, so that the rotating threaded column 61 drives the mounting bracket 20 to move.
Specifically, the axial direction of the threaded post 61 is parallel to the axial direction of the fan 40. When the driving motor 62 rotates, the driving motor 62 drives the threaded column 61 to rotate, and the mounting bracket 20 moves along the axial direction of the threaded column 61 through the matching relationship between the first thread of the threaded column 61 and the second thread of the threaded hole 21, so that the mounting bracket 20 drives the motor 30 and the fan 40 to move together. By changing the rotational direction of the driving motor 62, that is, the rotational direction of the threaded post 61, the mounting bracket 20 can be reciprocated.
It should be noted that the driving device 60 may also be an electric push rod, and an end of the electric push rod is connected to the mounting bracket 20, so that the electric push rod can drive the mounting bracket 20 to reciprocate through its own telescopic movement.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the fixing bracket 50 includes a fixing portion 51 and a plurality of fixing bars 52. The fixing portion 51 is used for mounting the driving device 60. One end of the fixing rod 52 is connected to the inner surface of the front cover 10, and the other end is connected to the fixing portion 51, so that the fixing portion 51 is located in the extending direction of the axis of the fan 40, and the driving device 60 is coaxially disposed with the fan 40.
Specifically, since the inner surface of the front housing 10, which is not hollowed out, is spaced from the center of the air outlet 11, the fixing portion 51 can be supported in the extending direction of the axis of the fan 40 by connecting one end of the fixing rod 52 to the inner surface of the front housing 10 and extending the other end to the center of the air outlet 11 (i.e., in the extending direction of the axis of the air outlet 11, or in the extending direction of the axis of the fan 40).
Therefore, when the driving unit 60 is attached to the fixing portion 51, the driving unit 60 can be disposed coaxially with the fan 40. Specifically, threaded post 61 is coaxial with fan 40.
In the solution of the present embodiment, the fixing portion 51 is fixed on the inner surface of the front housing 10 by the fixing rods 52, the fixing rods 52 form a complete support for the fixing portion 51, and it is ensured that the fixing portion 51 can be firmly fixed on the front housing 10.
Moreover, the fixing rod 52 with a certain length enables the fixing portion 51 to be located in the extending direction of the axis of the fan 40, so that the driving device 60 installed on the fixing portion 51 can be coaxially arranged with the fan 40, and then the acting force of the driving device 60 can act on the position where the mounting bracket 20 and the fan 40 are coaxial, so that the whole movement of the mounting bracket 20, the motor 30 and the fan 40 is more stable.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in one embodiment, the mounting bracket 20 includes a mounting portion 22 and a connecting portion 23. The motor 30 and the fan 40 are mounted on the mounting portion 22. The connecting portion 23 is fixedly connected to the mounting portion 22 and disposed on a side of the mounting portion 22 away from the air outlet 11, and the connecting portion 23 is used for connecting with the driving device 60.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, further, the inner surface of the front cover 10 is provided with guide rails 13. The mounting portion 22 includes a mounting plate 221 and a plurality of connecting rods 222. The motor 30 and the fan 40 are mounted on the mounting plate 221. The connecting rod 222 has one end connected to the mounting plate 221 and the other end located in the guide rail 13.
Also, the motor 30 is installed on a side of the mounting plate 221 away from the outlet 11, and the fan 40 is installed on a side of the mounting plate 221 close to the outlet 11. The mounting plate 221 is provided with a through hole 24, and the output shaft 31 of the motor 30 passes through the through hole 24 to be connected with the fan 40.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in particular, the mounting plate 221 is a circular plate-shaped structure, and the through-hole 24 is provided at the center of the mounting plate 221. The mounting portion 22 includes four connecting rods 222, and the four connecting rods 222 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the mounting plate 221. That is, the four connecting rods 222 are in a cross shape as a whole. The guide rail 13 is fixed to the inner surface of the front cover 10, and the connection rod 222 has one end connected to the outer edge of the mounting plate 221 and the other end located in the guide rail 13, so that the mounting plate 221 can be supported at a position coaxial with the fan 40, and the connection rod 222 can move along the guide rail 13.
It should be noted that the number of the connecting rods 222 may be two, three, five or more, and the number of the connecting rods 222 is not limited in this embodiment. In addition, the plurality of connecting rods 222 may not be uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the mounting plate 221.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the motor 30 is mounted on one side of the mounting plate 221 away from the outlet 11, and the output shaft 31 of the motor 30 passes through the through hole 24, so that the output shaft 31 passes through the mounting plate 221 to protrude to the other side of the mounting plate 221, thereby connecting with the fan 40 on the other side of the mounting plate 221.
Further, the connecting portion 23 is connected to a side of the mounting portion 22 away from the air outlet 11 through four right-angled rods. Four right-angled bars are connected to the four connecting bars 222, respectively, so that a certain space is provided between the connecting portion 23 and the mounting portion 22 to accommodate and mount the motor 30. The threaded hole 21 is formed on the connecting portion 23 such that the threaded post 61 is connected with the connecting portion 23, thereby enabling the driving device 60 to drive the mounting bracket 20 to move.
In the solution of this embodiment, by providing the guide rail 13 on the inner surface of the front housing 10 and positioning the connecting rod 222 of the mounting portion 22 in the guide rail 13, the guide rail 13 can limit the moving track of the connecting rod 222, that is, the moving track of the mounting bracket 20, so as to effectively avoid the mounting bracket 20 from shaking greatly during the moving process, and ensure the moving stability of the mounting bracket 20.
Moreover, the fan 40 and the motor 30 are respectively arranged at two sides of the mounting plate 221, so that the motor 30 and the fan 40 can be assembled with the mounting plate 221, and compared with the method of only fixing the motor 30, the mounting stability of the fan 40 and the motor 30 on the mounting bracket 20 can be improved, and the fan 40 can be kept stable in the rotating and moving processes.
In addition, by providing the mounting portion 22 and the connecting portion 23, the mounting bracket 20 can be connected to the driving device 60 by using the connecting portion 23 while the mounting portion 22 provides a mounting base for the motor 30 and the fan 40. It is possible to make the motor 30 and the fan 40 respectively disposed at both sides of the mounting plate 221, and then the motor 30 can be exposed to the outside while the driving device 60 can be coaxially disposed with the fan 40, thereby facilitating the maintenance of the motor 30.
In some other embodiments of the present application, the mounting portion 22 may not have a connecting portion. For example, it may be a plate-shaped structure with a thickness larger than the size of the motor 30, so that the motor 30 can be fixed in the mounting portion 22, and at the same time, the mounting portion 22 can be directly connected to the driving device 60 by using the side away from the air outlet 11.
Alternatively, the fixing bracket 50 supports the driving unit 60 at a position spaced apart from the axial center of the fan 40 such that the driving unit 60 is directly drivingly connected to the connecting rod 222.
It should also be noted that in some other embodiments of the present application, the mounting bracket 20 may also be directly fixedly connected to the side of the motor 30. The motor 30 is fixed, for example, by an annular structure that is fitted around the outside of the motor 30. Alternatively, the motor 30 may be directly connected to each of the plurality of connecting rods.
In addition, it should be noted that, in some other embodiments of the present application, the front housing 10 may be provided with a guide post instead of the guide rail 13, and the connecting rod 222 is provided with a guide hole, and the guide post is inserted into the guide hole to achieve a guiding function.
Referring to fig. 3 and 7, in one embodiment of the present embodiment, four fixing legs 32 are provided at a side of the motor 30 close to the mounting bracket 20, the fixing legs 32 are provided with supporting portions 321 extending in a circumferential direction of the motor 30, and the supporting portions 321 are embedded in the mounting bracket 20.
Specifically, four fixing legs 32 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the motor 30, and one end of the fixing leg 32 away from the motor 30 is bent toward the circumferential direction of the motor 30, thereby forming the supporting portion 321. The mounting bracket 20 is provided with a small groove into which the support portion is inserted. When the motor 30 and the mounting bracket 20 are mounted in place, the support portion 321 is inserted into the small groove of the mounting bracket 20.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the motor 30 is fixed to the mounting bracket 20 by the fixing legs 32, so that the motor 30 can be positioned conveniently on the basis of ensuring the mounting stability of the motor 30.
It should be noted that the number of the fixing legs 32 may be two, three, five or more, and the number of the fixing legs 32 is not limited in this embodiment.
In addition, in some other embodiments of the present application, the motor 30 may not be provided with the fixing leg 32, but may be fixed to the mounting bracket 20 with the entire side facing the mounting bracket 20.
Preferably, a bearing is provided between the output shaft 31 of the motor 30 and the through hole 24 to facilitate rotation and support of the output shaft 31.
Referring to fig. 3, in detail, a circular mounting groove 25 is formed at a side of the mounting bracket 20 close to the air outlet 11, and the fan 40 is provided with an annular protrusion 41, wherein the protrusion 41 is inserted into the mounting groove 25. An annular boss 41 is provided around the center of the fan 40, and when the fan 40 and the output shaft 31 of the motor 30 are mounted in place, the annular boss 41 is fitted into the circular mounting groove 25 and is concentrically arranged with the mounting groove 25.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that by providing the mounting groove 25 on the mounting bracket 20 and providing the protrusion 41 on the fan 40, the protrusion 41 is inserted into the mounting groove 25 when the fan 40 is assembled with the mounting bracket 20 in place. Therefore, the mounting groove 25 can limit the protruding portion 41 in the circumferential direction, that is, limit the fan 40, so as to prevent the fan 40 from moving greatly in the circumferential direction, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the fan 40 in the working process.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, further, the side wall of the guide rail 13 is provided with a limiting hole 131, two sides of the connecting rod 222 are provided with limiting portions 2221, the limiting portions 2221 extend into the limiting hole 131, and the size of the limiting hole 131 allows the limiting portions 2221 to move in the limiting hole 131 along the extending direction of the guide rail 13.
Specifically, the stopper hole 131 has a long strip shape, and the longitudinal direction thereof coincides with the extending direction of the guide rail 13. The width of the stopper hole 131 is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the stopper portion 2221, so that the stopper portion 2221 can move in the stopper hole 131 in the longitudinal direction of the stopper hole 131 (the extending direction of the guide rail 13).
In the solution of this embodiment, the limiting hole 131 is disposed on the guide rail 13, and the limiting portion 2221 is disposed on the connecting rod 222, so that the guide rail 13 can cooperate with the connecting rod 222 to limit the moving direction of the mounting bracket 20, and the limiting hole 131 can cooperate with the limiting portion 2221 to limit the moving direction of the mounting bracket 20, thereby effectively avoiding the mounting bracket 20 from swaying in the moving process, and being helpful to improve the moving stability of the mounting bracket 20 and the fan 40.
In addition, the limiting hole 131 is matched with the limiting portion 2221 to prevent the connecting rod 222 from being separated from the guide rail 13, so that the mounting bracket 20 and the front housing 10 are assembled more firmly, and the fixing effect of the mounting bracket 20 is improved.
It should be noted that the shape of the limiting part 2221 may be a rectangular parallelepiped, or may be a cylinder or other polygonal column, as long as it is ensured that the size of the limiting part 2221 can be adapted to the width of the limiting hole 131, so that the limiting part 2221 can move in the limiting hole 131.
