技术领域

背景技术
许多不同类型的流体处理系统可以使用快速连接系统,其中两条流体管路通过连接或断开式连接器(make-or-break coupling)可选择地接合在一起。特别是在大批量生产应用中(例如,汽车装配线),需要一种无需使用工具或额外的部件或紧固件便可以实现的卡扣式连接器。该快速连接系统必须是可移除的,以便允许流体管路或流体处理部件的更换或维修(这可能会需要工具)。
使用快速连接系统的汽车流体系统包括变速器油冷却器、空调制冷剂回路、燃料输送回路、以及其它。该流体管路可以包括由金属、橡胶、或其它合成材料制成的管。快速连接系统的常见位置是位于从热交换器延伸出的金属管和往返于目标装置输送流体的柔性软管之间。由于流体系统可以承载挥发性液体,所以必须满足严格的性能要求——例如在具有长寿命的设备中形成牢固、坚韧并且耐用的密封——的快速连接系统是耐冲击和耐化学腐蚀的,并且具有耐受极端高温和低温的能力,同时还易于组装和拆卸。其尺寸必须紧凑,以便保持特定车辆内的封装体积。

发明内容
本发明提供一种稳健的、塑料成型的卡扣部件,该卡扣部件围绕快速连接接口的外部进行360°包裹。使用高强度类型的“工程塑料”,该工程塑料具有所需的强度、韧性、以及耐温性的性能。与难以察觉的内部卡扣部件相反,该外部卡扣部件容易被察觉。本发明是以这种方式来配置的,即,如果接口没有100%完成,则一视觉提示或“红色标志”保持可见。在这种情况下,解决方案是继续对接口施加压力直至卡扣接合。在大批量生产线环境中,与使用复杂的电子感测装置相反,仅使用简单的人工观察就可以实现高可靠性。
本发明是“设计用于制造的”,其中子部件相对容易制造和组装。快速连接系统实现高可靠性,同时比其它现有可用的解决方案成本低。

如图10中的横截面所示,将接收器28的管状第一端部28a的大小设计成与流体管路26的内径适配。圆柱形套筒端部28b具有中间部分45,该中间部分45具有适于接收流体管路27的末端27a的外径的内径。中间部分45使末端27a与接收器28对准,并且提供稳定的相互连接。套筒28b的外面部分46具有较大的内径,该内径适于为压迫O形圈32提供支持面,以在接收器28和流体管路27之间获取良好的密封。圆柱形套筒28b的外环形表面限定用于接收各个侧板部件的钩状部40的外部凸块47。外部凸块47可以优选地由如图所示的径向阶梯组成。一个连续的环形凸块可以在整个外围上方延伸,或者可以为各个钩状部提供分开的凸块。环形凹槽48可以与凸块47隔开,以便如下所述的提供对应于钩状部40的完全接合的清晰的划分界限。
图11示出了快速连接系统的安装状态,其中弹性O形密封圈32被压在圆柱形套筒表面46和末端27a之间。该快速连接系统通过钩状部40a和40b抵靠凸块47的固位而保持在闭合状态。如图12更详细地显示,钩状部40包括倾斜表面50,并且圆柱形套筒28b包括倾斜表面51,以便在圆柱形套筒28b插入到形成于末端27a和夹持部分之间的插口中的过程中产生使夹持部分34b偏置的偏置力。当钩状部40卡扣到凸块47上方的位置时,钩状部40的突出部表面(nose surface)53抵靠在环形表面55上,并且径向表面54抵靠在凸块47上。优选地,环形表面55设置有特别的颜色(例如,涂上红色涂料),以便提供表明连接状态的视觉反馈。当钩状部40跳过凸块47并返回至非偏置位置时,该视觉反馈是对来自卡扣动作的触觉和听觉反馈的补充。环形凹槽48有助于制约刻意的环形表面内的涂料或其它标志物质的应用。
图13示出了快速连接系统部分连接的状态,其中钩状部40没有卡扣在凸块47上方,以使环形表面55保持可见(即,没有被夹持钩状部40隐藏)。图14示出了局部剖视图,其中钩状部40的突出部53在钩状部40已经完全卡扣在凸块47上方之后隐藏环形表面55。
为了拆卸全部完成的连接,可以提供专用工具以便使夹持指状部充分向外弯曲以跳过钩状部和凸块之间的锁止表面。作为选择地,压迫套管部分的张紧带可以制成柔性的或者本应可移动的,以便从圆柱形套筒中释放悬着的夹持部分。为了辅助移除以及避免对任何独特工具的需求,可以使用图15所示的槽部件。相邻侧板部件61和62之间的槽60包括成型的凹槽63,该成型的凹槽63具有适于接收用于撬开(即,偏置)相邻钩状部以释放相应凸块的螺丝刀刀刃的宽度。优选地,张紧带64可以是弹性元件(例如,由橡胶组成),以便允许侧板部件的枢转以辅助移除。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于第一和第二流体管路的快速连接系统,包含:
接收器,所述接收器具有适于安装至所述第一流体管路的末端的第一端部、适于接收所述第二流体管路的末端的中间部分、以及限定一圆柱形套筒的第二端部,所述圆柱形套筒适于与所述第二流体管路的所述末端隔开;
弹性密封件;以及
卡扣固定件,所述卡扣固定件包含:
多个成型的侧板部件,每一个所述侧板部件从套管部分纵向延伸至夹持部分,其中所述侧板部件被圆柱地设置,以限定适于接收所述接收器的所述圆柱形套筒的插口;以及
张紧带,所述张紧带固定于所述套管部分上方以将所述侧板部件保持于所述第二流体管路的所述末端上,同时使所述夹持部分悬于所述第二流体管路的所述末端上方;
其中每一个所述夹持部分包括钩状部,所述钩状部卡扣在所述接收器上的外部凸块上方以完成所述流体管路之间的连接,其中所述弹性密封件被压在所述圆柱形套筒和所述第二流体管路的所述末端之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中所述外部凸块由所述圆柱形套筒上的径向阶梯组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中所述侧板部件由相同的成型塑料元件组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中所述侧板部件由两个半圆柱形塑料壳体组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中每一个所述侧板部件的所述夹持部分包括纵向延伸的多个夹持指状部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中所述弹性密封件由保持于所述第二流体管路上的环形凹槽内的弹性O形环组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中所述张紧带由弹簧夹持件组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中,所述夹持部分上的所述钩状部在被卡扣在所述凸块上方之后隐藏所述接收器上邻近所述凸块的环形表面,并且其中所述环形表面具有特别的颜色。
9.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中所述第二管路由金属端部结构管组成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的快速连接系统,其中所述管具有压脊,并且其中所述套管部分包括接收所述压脊的内部通道。
11.根据权利要求9所述的快速连接系统,其中所述管具有限定接收所述环形密封件的环形凹槽的一对压脊。
12.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中所述夹持部分和所述圆柱形套筒限定配合的倾斜表面,以便在所述圆柱形套筒进入所述插口的插入过程中使所述夹持部分偏置。
13.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中相邻的所述侧板部件限定在相邻的所述夹持部分之间的凹槽,所述凹槽用于撬起所述凸块上方的相邻的所述钩状部。
14.根据权利要求1所述的快速连接系统,其中所述第一流体管路由弹性软管组成,其中所述接收器的所述第一端部被插入所述第一流体管路的所述末端内,并且其中所述快速连接系统进一步包含套接管,所述套接管安装在所述第一流体管路的所述末端上以压迫所述末端抵靠所述接收器的所述第一端部。
