Abstract

本发明公开了一种气动偏心调节阀,包括:气缸、阀杆、密封件、阀芯和阀体;所述阀体上设有导入孔和流体管;所述阀杆一端安装于气缸的输出端,由气缸驱动沿轴向旋转;另一端经导入孔伸入阀体内;所述阀芯位于流体管内、安装于阀杆轴向,在气缸驱动下随阀杆同步转动,令阀体打开/关堵流体管;所述密封件位于阀杆与导入孔的连接处。本发明结构简单,易于实现。具有更好的流通性能,不易产生积垢,大大减少了阀芯和阀座的磨损,提高了阀体的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域。具体来说涉及一种气动偏心调节阀。
背景技术
目前市场上通用的气动偏心调节阀都采用中心式结构,这种结构的阀体其流通性能差,阀结合部易产生积垢、阻塞、造成阀芯阀座严重磨损。因此,如何解决上述问题是本领域技术人员需要研究的方向。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种气动偏心调节阀。
其采用的方案如下:
一种气动偏心调节阀,包括:气缸、阀杆、密封件、阀芯和阀体;所述阀体上设有导入孔和流体管;所述阀杆一端安装于气缸的输出端,由气缸驱动沿轴向旋转;另一端经导入孔伸入阀体内;所述阀芯位于流体管内、安装于阀杆轴向,在气缸驱动下随阀杆同步转动,令阀体打开/关堵流体管;所述密封件位于阀杆与导入孔的连接处。
通过采用这种技术方案:阀芯采用偏心设计,在气缸驱动下随阀杆轴向运动实现流体管的打开/关堵,相对于传统的中心式结构阀芯其流通性能更好,且不易产生积垢,减少了磨损,提高了使用寿命。
优选的是,上述气动偏心调节阀中:所述密封件包括密封填料,密封填料压盖和压板;所述压板位于密封填料压盖上端、将密封填料压盖压于密封填料上,所述密封填料设于阀杆与上阀盖的连接处。更优选的是,所述密封填料为四氟乙烯-全氟烷氧基乙烯基醚共聚物。
通过采用这种技术方案:利用作为密封填料的四氟乙烯-全氟烷氧基乙烯基醚共聚物本身不易磨损的特性,进一步提升了密封填料的使用寿命。
进一步优选的是,上述气动偏心调节阀中:还包括压圈螺母,所述压圈螺母安装于流体管内壁。
与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单,易于实现。具有更好的流通性能,不易产生积垢,大大减少了阀芯和阀座的磨损,提高了阀体的使用寿命。

如图1所示本发明的实施例1:
一种气动偏心调节阀,包括:气缸1、阀杆2、密封件3、阀芯4、阀体5和压圈螺母6。所述阀体5上设有导入孔51和流体管52;所述阀杆2一端安装于气缸1的输出端,由气缸1驱动沿轴向旋转;另一端经导入孔51伸入阀体5内;所述阀芯4位于流体管52内、安装于阀杆2轴向,在气缸1驱动下随阀杆2同步转动,令阀体5打开/关堵流体管52;所述密封件3位于阀杆2与导入孔51的连接处。所述密封件3包括密封填料31,密封填料压盖32和压板33;所述压板33位于密封填料压盖32上端、将密封填料压盖32压于密封填料31上,所述密封填料31设于阀杆3与上阀盖4的连接处。所述密封填料31为四氟乙烯-全氟烷氧基乙烯基醚共聚物。所述压圈螺母6安装于流体管52内壁。

Claims (4)

1.一种气动偏心调节阀,其特征在于包括:气缸(1)、阀杆(2)、密封件(3)、阀芯(4)和阀体(5);所述阀体(5)上设有导入孔(51)和流体管(52);所述阀杆(2)一端安装于气缸(1)的输出端,由气缸(1)驱动沿轴向旋转;另一端经导入孔(51)伸入阀体(5)内;所述阀芯(4)位于流体管(52)内、安装于阀杆(2)轴向,在气缸(1)驱动下随阀杆(2)同步转动,令阀体(5)打开/关堵通孔(52);所述密封件(3)位于阀杆(2)与导入孔(51)的连接处。
2. 如权利要求1所述一种气动偏心调节阀,其特征在于:所述密封件(3)包括密封填料(31),密封填料压盖(32)和压板(33);所述压板(33)位于密封填料压盖(32)上端、将密封填料压盖(32)压于密封填料(31)上,所述密封填料(31)设于阀杆(3)与上阀盖(4)的连接处。
3. 如权利要求2所述一种气动偏心调节阀,其特征在于:所述密封填料(31)为四氟乙烯-全氟烷氧基乙烯基醚共聚物。
4. 如权利要求1所述一种气动偏心调节阀,其特征在于:还包括压圈螺母(6),所述压圈螺母(6)安装于流体管(52)内壁。
