铝合金框架门，该门的边框的连接角处用直角角码固定连接，在两侧的边框上加工有对称的卡角，横隔两端的尖角水平安装在对称的卡角上，在边框和横隔上侧设计有面板夹槽、内凹的支撑台和前后两条玻璃夹槽，在边框内的前后两条玻璃夹槽内安装前后两块玻璃面板，在边框的上部分和下部分的面板夹槽内安装面板，在中间部分的支撑台上安装铝合金的隔条饰架。由于在铝合金复合门的边框内设计有内衬板、面板夹槽、内凹的支撑台和前后两条玻璃夹槽，边框的强度增加；由于在边框和横隔上可安装面板、隔条饰架和玻璃面板，使本发明既坚固耐用，又有古典门窗的美感，并且更易保持清洁、美观；在横隔中设计的拉杆和螺孔槽，可使横隔与边框连接更牢固。

本发明属建筑材料技术领域，涉及一种铝合金框架门。
背景技术
在市场上，常见的铝合金框架门由边框、横隔和安装在边框、横隔上的玻璃、面板组成，在玻璃上用粘贴的方式，贴有装饰条。这类铝合金框架门由于其坚固性差，仅适用于室内的卫生间或厨房门。
发明内容
针对现有技术中，铝合金框架门坚固性差，仅可用于室内的卫生间或厨房门的问题，本发明提供一种铝合金框架门，其技术方案如下：
一种铝合金框架门，该门的边框和横隔均由铝合金型材制成，边框的连接角处用直角角码固定连接，直角角码上设计有边框的弹簧锁紧头，在两侧的边框上加工有对称的卡角，横隔两端的尖角水平安装在对称的卡角上，尖角与卡角相吻合，两条横隔将边框围成的门面分隔成上、中、下三个部分，在边框的内侧设计有面板夹槽、内凹的支撑台和前后两条玻璃夹槽，在横隔的上下两侧同样设计有面板夹槽、内凹的支撑台和前后两条玻璃夹槽，在边框内的上、中、下三个部分中，前后两条玻璃夹槽内安装有前后两块玻璃面板，在上部分和下部分的面板夹槽内安装面板，在中间部分的支撑台上用螺钉安装铝合金的隔条饰架，在隔条饰架上安装有铝合金的装饰花件。
在侧边框上开有多组装配孔，边框内设计有内衬板，在横隔的内空腔中设计有两条“C”形螺孔槽，侧向固定螺钉从对应的装配孔中穿入侧边框内腔中的内衬板旋入“C”形螺孔槽内，在横隔的内空腔中穿有一条拉杆，拉杆的两端从对应的装配孔中穿入侧边框中，用螺母固定在内衬板上；面板的一侧设计有凸起的装饰图案。
采用本技术方案，由于在铝合金复合门的边框内设计有内衬板、面板夹槽、内凹的支撑台和前后两条玻璃夹槽，边框的强度增加；由于在边框和横隔上设计有面板夹槽、内凹的支撑台和前后两条玻璃夹槽，面板可安装在面板夹槽中，面板上凸起的装饰图案正好可布置在内凹的支撑台挤出的空间中，不仅安装牢固，且面板上可设计立体的装饰图案；在不安装面板时，在边框和横隔上设计的内凹的支撑台上，可插装隔条饰架，隔条饰架可用铝合金型材制成，隔条饰架可加工成仿古的各种格子窗造型，格子窗上可安装铝合金的装饰花件，使本发明既坚固耐用，又有古典门窗的美感；在铝合金复合门的横隔的空腔中设计的拉杆，可以增加本发明的牢固程度，在横隔的空腔中设计的两条“C”形螺孔槽，可以实现横隔与边框的螺钉加固连接；在边框和横隔上设计安装有前后两块玻璃面板，可将面板或隔条饰架密封在玻璃面板内，避免面板或隔条饰架积灰，使用本发明更易保持清洁、美观。由于本发明坚固的结构设计，本产品可用做室外的主门，特别是在现代的一些仿古建筑中，该铝合金门能与建筑的风格融为一体。

具体实施方式
实施例：如图1、图2、图3、和图4所示， 一种铝合金框架门，该门的边框1和横隔2均由铝合金型材制成，边框1的连接角处用直角角码5固定连接，直角角码5上设计有边框的弹簧锁紧头6，在两侧的边框1上加工有对称的卡角7，横隔两端的尖角水平安装在对称的卡角7上，尖角与卡角7相吻合，两条横隔2将边框1围成的门面分隔成上、中、下三个部分，在边框1的内侧设计有面板夹槽16、内凹的支撑台18和前后两条玻璃夹槽17，在横隔2的上下两侧同样设计有面板夹槽16、内凹的支撑台18和前后两条玻璃夹槽17，在边框1内的上、中、下三个部分中，前后两条玻璃夹槽17内安装有前后两块玻璃面板19，在上部分和下部分的面板夹槽16内安装面板4，在中间部分的支撑台18上用螺钉20安装铝合金的隔条饰架14，在隔条饰架14上安装有铝合金装饰块15，在侧边框1上开有多组装配孔9，边框1内设计有内衬板12，在横隔2的内空腔中设计有两条“C”形螺孔槽13，侧向固定螺钉11从对应的装配孔9中穿入侧边框1内腔中的内衬板12，旋入“C”形螺孔槽13内，在横隔2的内空腔中穿有一条拉杆8，拉杆8的两端从对应的装配孔9中穿入侧边框1中用螺母10固定在内衬板12上；面板4的一侧设计有凸起的装饰图案3。

1.铝合金框架门，该门的边框（1）和横隔（2）均由铝合金型材制成，边框（1）的连接角处用直角角码（5）固定连接，直角角码（5）上设计有边框的弹簧锁紧头（6），在两侧的边框（1）上加工有对称的卡角（7），横隔两端的尖角水平安装在对称的卡角（7）上，尖角与卡角（7）相吻合，两条横隔（2）将边框（1）围成的门面分隔成上、中、下三个部分，其特征在于：在边框（1）的内侧设计有面板夹槽（16）、内凹的支撑台（18）和前后两条玻璃夹槽（17），在横隔（2）的上下两侧同样设计有面板夹槽（16）、内凹的支撑台（18）和前后两条玻璃夹槽（17），在边框（1）内的上、中、下三个部分中，前后两条玻璃夹槽（17）内安装有前后两块玻璃面板（19），在上部分和下部分的面板夹槽（16）内安装面板（4），在中间部分的支撑台（18）上用螺钉（20）安装铝合金的隔条饰架（14），在隔条饰架（14）上安装有铝合金装饰块（15）。
2.如权利要求1所述的铝合金框架门，其特征在于：在侧边框（1）上开有多组装配孔（9），边框（1）内设计有内衬板（12），在横隔（2）的内空腔中设计有两条“C”形螺孔槽（13），侧向固定螺钉（11）从对应的装配孔（9）中穿入侧边框（1）内腔中的内衬板（12），旋入“C”形螺孔槽（13）内，在横隔（2）的内空腔中穿有一条拉杆（8），拉杆（8）的两端从对应的装配孔（9）中穿入侧边框（1）中，用螺母（10）固定在内衬板（12）上；面板（4）的一侧设计有凸起的装饰图案（3）。
