本发明是一种高强度食品包装膜以及的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的包装膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:基础树脂200~250份、抗氧剂22~25份、苯乙烯共聚物2.2~3.4份、抗氧剂6~9份、辅助抗氧剂2.6~2.8份、热稳定剂13~18份、聚丙烯13~15份、沸石1~1.5份,戊二醛2.2~3.0份,乙酸1.4~2.3份、LLDPE100~200份、稳定剂3.4~5.3份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯2.8~3.5份、丁二烯3.4~6.3份、热稳定剂1.4~2.0份、抗静电剂1.4~2.0份;本发明的有益效果:该食品包装膜,提高了膜体本身的强度很低、不易撕破、折叠时候也易断裂、提高了膜体的硬度高,并且同时也具备能适应外部温湿度等环境状况良好还具有综合的阻水、阻气性能。

一种高强度食品包装膜以及的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品包装膜,尤其是涉及一种高强度食品包装膜以及的制造方法。
背景技术
目前在薄膜在使用过程中,为了达到产品外包装的不同效果,对薄膜的要求越来越高,特别是双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜( BOPP),广泛的应用于食品外薄膜包装中,在长期自然环境下不能在薄膜表面产生褶皱,现有薄膜生产工艺中生产的薄膜,耐化学性差,容易和重颜色油墨特别是大红、绿色等起化学反应而起皱;收缩率小包装后表面不紧凑影响产品的外观;热封温度高影响其包装速度,阻隔性差、延展性不佳、厚度很低、极易撕破、折叠时候易断裂、单位面积重量比较重,易产生孔眼等自身性能缺陷保护性不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高强度食品包装膜以及的制造方法,解决现有的食品包装膜延展性不佳、厚度低、单位面积重量比较重、保护性不理想的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高强度食品包装膜以及的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的包装膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:基础树脂200~250份、抗氧剂22~25份、苯乙烯共聚物2.2~3.4份、抗氧剂6~9份、辅助抗氧剂2.6~2.8份、热稳定剂13~18份、聚丙烯13~15份、沸石1~1.5份,戊二醛2.2~3.0份,乙酸1.4~2.3份、LLDPE100~200份、稳定剂3.4~5.3份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯2.8~3.5份、丁二烯3.4~6.3份、热稳定剂1.4~2.0份、抗静电剂1.4~2.0份;
该包装膜通过以下步骤完成:
(1)将上述的原料混合后在经50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时,
(2)上述混合料与有机胶水混合后在经50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时后入薄膜拉伸机,通过薄膜拉伸机拉伸,冷却后卷捆,
(3)切分成捆。
所述的薄膜复合机的收辊转数在20m/s-30m/s。
本发明的有益效果:该食品包装膜,提高了膜体本身的强度很低、不易撕破、折叠时候也易断裂、提高了膜体的硬度高,并且同时也具备能适应外部温湿度等环境状况良好还具有综合的阻水、阻气性能。

实施例1,一种高强度食品包装膜以及的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的包装膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:基础树脂200~250份、抗氧剂22~25份、苯乙烯共聚物2.2~3.4份、抗氧剂6~9份、辅助抗氧剂2.6~2.8份、热稳定剂13~18份、聚丙烯13~15份、沸石1~1.5份,戊二醛2.2~3.0份,乙酸1.4~2.3份、LLDPE100~200份、稳定剂3.4~5.3份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯2.8~3.5份、丁二烯3.4~6.3份、热稳定剂1.4~2.0份、抗静电剂1.4~2.0份;
该包装膜通过以下步骤完成:
(1)将上述的原料混合后在经50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时,
(2)上述混合料与有机胶水混合后在经50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时后入薄膜拉伸机,通过薄膜拉伸机拉伸,冷却后卷捆,
(3)切分成捆。
所述的薄膜复合机的收辊转数在20m/s-30m/s。
由于采用在高阻隔食品复合包装膜增加了EVOH混合物层,提高了膜体本身的强度很低、不易撕破、折叠时候也易断裂、提高了膜体的硬度高,并且同时也具备能适应外部温湿度等环境状况良好还具有综合的阻水、阻气性能。

1.一种高强度食品包装膜以及的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的包装膜由以下重量份的原料制备而成:基础树脂200~250份、抗氧剂22~25份、苯乙烯共聚物2.2~3.4份、抗氧剂6~9份、辅助抗氧剂2.6~2.8份、热稳定剂13~18份、聚丙烯13~15份、沸石1~1.5份,戊二醛2.2~3.0份,乙酸1.4~2.3份、LLDPE100~200份、稳定剂3.4~5.3份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯2.8~3.5份、丁二烯3.4~6.3份、热稳定剂1.4~2.0份、抗静电剂1.4~2.0份;
该包装膜通过以下步骤完成:
(1)将上述的原料混合后在经50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时,
(2)上述混合料与有机胶水混合后在经50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时后入薄膜拉伸机,通过薄膜拉伸机拉伸,冷却后卷捆,
(3)切分成捆。
