本发明属于雨水处理技术领域,涉及一种喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备,其特征在于:由好氧生化池、太阳能供氧装置组成,太阳能供氧装置设置于好氧生化池顶部,所述好氧生化池,由箱体、淋水管、生物填料组成,淋水管固装于箱体内上部,生物填料填充于箱体内中上部。本发明喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备设结构设计科学合理,具有进水分布均匀、生物填料负载均匀、生物填料使用寿命长、处理效果好、不受电网限制、节约电能等优点,是一种具有较高创新性的喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备。

技术领域
本发明属于污水处理设备技术领域,特别涉及一种喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备。
背景技术
污水经泥沙分离后,需在好氧生化池进行生化处理,利用生物填料上负载的微生物完成水中COD的进一步降解。以往的好氧生化池,其进水一般都是经进水口直接流到池内的生物填料上,常常造成生物填料负载不均匀,距离进水口越近,负载越重,距离进水口远处,负载较轻,不仅影响COD分解效果,也缩短生物填料更换周期,减少生物填料使用寿命。而且,为了供给好氧生化池足够的空气,需要有电源用于供氧,不仅耗费电能,对于无电源的偏远地域,也成为不可解决的难题
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种进水分别均匀、可延长生物填料使用寿命、提高COD分解效果、无需电网供电的喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备,其特征在于:由好氧生化池、太阳能供氧装置组成,太阳能供氧装置设置于好氧生化池顶部,所述好氧生化池,由箱体、淋水管、生物填料组成,淋水管固装于箱体内上部,生物填料填充于箱体内中上部。
而且,所述箱体,其下部形成淋水室,其底部制有出水口,其下部四周制有进气格栅。
而且,所述淋水管,由进水主管道、分水管组成,分水管一端连接于进水主管道上,另一端固装于箱体内壁上。
而且,所述分水管为多个,多个分水管均布连接于进水主管道上。
而且,所述太阳能供氧装置,由太阳能电池、防护箱、控制器、蓄电池、逆变器、排气风机组成,太阳能电池、防护箱、排气风机均设置于箱体顶部,控制器、蓄电池、逆变器均设置于防护箱内。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
本发明喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备设置有分水管,采用均匀淋水方式进水,可使生物填料负载均匀,有效提高生物填料使用寿命,延长生物填料更换周期,提高COD分解效果;设置有供氧装置,节省电能,不受电网限制适用于无电网的偏远地域,是一种具有较高创新性的喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备。

实施例一:
一种喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备,由好氧生化池、太阳能供氧装置组成,太阳能供氧装置设置于好氧生化池顶部,好氧生化池,由箱体3、淋水管、生物填料12组成,淋水管固装于箱体内上部,生物填料填充于箱体内中上部。
箱体,其下部形成淋水室11,其底部制有出水口10,其下部四周制有进气格栅13。
淋水管,由进水主管道1、分水管9组成,分水管一端连接于进水主管道上,另一端固装于箱体内壁上。分水管为多个,多个分水管均布连接于进水主管道上。
太阳能供氧装置,由太阳能电池2、防护箱5、控制器6、蓄电池7、逆变器8、排气风机4组成,太阳能电池、防护箱、排气风机均设置于箱体顶部,控制器、蓄电池、逆变器均设置于防护箱内。
本发明的工作原理:
污水经泥沙分离后由进水主管道进入各个分水管,分水管将水均匀撒淋在生物填料上,在生物填料上的微生物完成对污水中COD的降解,净化后的水向下进入淋水室,由排水口排出。净化用的微生物为好氧环境工作,所需氧气由顶部的排气风机驱动空气由下向上流动提供。排气风机由太阳能光伏发电系统提供。太阳能电池白天多余电量可存储与蓄电池中,因此,该系统夜间也可使用。箱体底部四周制有进气格栅,可与排气风机形成空气流动。

1.一种喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备,其特征在于:由好氧生化池、太阳能供氧装置组成,太阳能供氧装置设置于好氧生化池顶部,所述好氧生化池,由箱体、淋水管、生物填料组成,淋水管固装于箱体内上部,生物填料填充于箱体内中上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备,其特征在于:所述箱体,其下部形成淋水室,其底部制有出水口,其下部四周制有进气格栅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备,其特征在于:所述淋水管,由进水主管道、分水管组成,分水管一端连接于进水主管道上,另一端固装于箱体内壁上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备,其特征在于:所述分水管为多个,多个分水管均布连接于进水主管道上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷洒式太阳能污水净化设备,其特征在于:所述太阳能供氧装置,由太阳能电池、防护箱、控制器、蓄电池、逆变器、排气风机组成,太阳能电池、防护箱、排气风机均设置于箱体顶部,控制器、蓄电池、逆变器均设置于防护箱内。
