技术领域
本发明涉及中药材生产设备领域，具体来说是一种中药材筛选设备。
背景技术
中药材，是中华民族千百年来在于机泵斗争的过程中发现的一种知识领域，但是在中药材处理时需要通过多重步骤，如晒干、切割、筛选等，而现今技术中在进行中药材筛选时，基本是以人力筛选，不仅费时费力，而且分选质量差。
发明内容
本发明是一种能够对中药草进行筛选，并且保证筛选的药材品质相同的一种中药材筛选设备。
为了使本发明达到所需要的技术效果，本发明选用如下技术方案：一种中药材筛选设备，包括筛选箱，所述筛选箱设有轴承，所述轴承设有电机，所述轴承设有齿轮，所述筛选箱设有筛网，所述筛网设有齿条，所述筛网设有搅拌棒，所述筛选箱设有支撑板，所述筛选箱设有出料口，所述出料口设有挡板，所述出料口设有出料漏斗，所述筛选箱设有收纳盒。
作为优选，所述轴承设在所述筛选箱一侧。
作为优选，所述齿轮与所述齿条想好契合。
作为优选，所述齿条环绕在所述筛网外侧。
作为优选，所述筛网倾斜安装在所述筛选箱内。
作为优选，所述支撑板倾斜安装在所述筛选箱内，所述支撑板与所述筛网倾斜角度相同。
本发明工作原理：使用本发明进行中药材筛选时，将待筛选药材加入筛选箱内，并启动电机，通过轴承带动齿轮以此使得筛网进行转动，并通过晒网上的搅拌棒在筛网进行转动的时候搅拌药材以达到筛选的目的。
本发明有益效果：本发明结构简单，设计合理，可以对中药材进行多层次的筛选，对不同品质的药材进行充分分离，且在筛选过程中可以除去药材中带有的尘土等杂物，且不会破坏工作环境。

1.一种中药材筛选设备，包括筛选箱，其特征在于：所述筛选箱设有轴承，所述轴承设有电机，所述轴承设有齿轮，所述筛选箱设有筛网，所述筛网设有齿条，所述筛网设有搅拌棒，所述筛选箱设有支撑板，所述筛选箱设有出料口，所述出料口设有挡板，所述出料口设有出料漏斗，所述筛选箱设有收纳盒。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药材筛选设备，其特征在于：所述齿轮与所述齿条想好契合。
