Abstract

发明内容

具体实施方式
图1是示例性实施方式中与铠装电缆12联接的铠装电缆配件10的立体图。电缆12可以是包含在具有护套的波纹金属管内的电力电缆、光纤电缆、通信电缆等。配件10包括转接器100、本体200及螺母300。如本文中详细地所述,配件10包括三个密封机构以维持电缆12周围的流体(例如,液体和/或气体)紧密密封。
图2是图1的铠装电缆配件10及电缆12的横截面图。电缆12包含在金属管14——例如具有一系列凸起和凹槽的波纹不锈钢管(例如,环形的或螺纹形的)——中。金属管14包括在金属管14的外表面上的护套16。护套16可以由高分子材料制成以保护金属管14防止环境的因素、腐蚀等。
转接器100通过内部的、长形的通道容纳电缆12。转接器100包括具有外螺纹的第一端部102。第一端部102被容纳在本体200的内螺纹腔202中。围绕电缆12径向设置的内部密封件400也定位在腔202中。内部密封件400抵靠第一端部102的末端部。由于转接器100螺纹连接至本体200,内部密封件400被挤压以形成流体(例如,液体、气体等)密封。内部密封件400可以是能够反复地挤压并且提供流体紧密密封的弹性密封件。
螺母300定位在护套16上方。螺母300包括用来容纳对护套16进行密封的护套密封件500(例如,O形环)的内部的、径向的凹槽302。护套密封件500提供对护套16的流体紧密密封。
密封构件600定位在螺母300的内部。密封构件600可以是一对开口环、管颈、C形环等。密封构件600容纳在金属管14的凹槽中以限制金属管14相对于螺母300的移动。密封构件600包括如本文所述的用来抵靠本体密封表面206(图4)挤压金属管的圆锥形密封表面602(图5)。
本体200具有容纳在螺母300的内螺纹腔304中的外螺纹端部204。由于本体200螺纹连接至螺母300,金属管14(例如,金属的凸起或两层)被挤压在密封构件600的密封表面及本体200的本体密封表面之间。这形成了在密封构件600及本体200之间的液体的、金属对金属的密封。
为将配件10组装至电缆12,金属管14及护套16的部分被移除。金属管14在凹槽处被剪切。电缆12穿过螺母300及位于金属管14的凹槽中的密封构件600。螺母300紧密连接至本体200,以形成金属对金属的密封。转接器100可以螺纹连接至本体200以挤压内部密封件400。
图3是转接器100的横截面图。转接器100包括用来匹配本体200上的内螺纹的外螺纹102。转接器100还包括在末端部的外螺纹104用于以现有设备配合转接器。
图4是本体200的横截面图。本体密封表面206是环形的、倒圆角的表面,例如部分球体。当在圆形的本体密封表面206及密封构件600的圆锥形的密封表面602(图5)之间挤压金属管14时,这将在金属管14中形成线密封。
图5是密封构件600的横截面图。在图5中所示的是具有截头圆锥形的横截面的平面的密封表面602。金属管14被挤压在密封表面602及本体密封表面206之间以形成流体的、金属对金属的密封。
图6是螺母300的横截面图。在图6中所示的是用于容纳护套密封件500及内部螺纹304的凹槽302。
根据实施方式的配件提供用于铠装电缆的多重密封。第一级密封是在密封构件600的圆锥的密封表面602及本体200的圆形的密封表面206之间的金属对金属的密封。该密封维持金属管及配件之间的内部的密封及外部的密封。第二级密封是使用内部密封件400(例如,弹性环)的压缩密封,内部密封件400在本体200及转接器100之间被挤压,并且产生电缆12及配件10之间的密封。第三级密封是在铠装电缆上的在护套16的外径上进行密封的护套环形密封件500(例如,弹性环)。
实施方式包括用于波纹金属装铠装电缆的完全可重复使用的配件。配件提供外部的密封及内部的密封以将铠装保护的电缆自端接件隔离开来。配件包括转接器,转接器包括在一侧的用来安装至现有设备的外螺纹以及在另一侧的用来匹配至本体的内螺纹;本体包括在一侧的用来匹配转接器的弹性密封件及内螺纹,以及用来匹配螺母的带有外螺纹的球形的密封表面。螺母在一侧包括密封构件以及内螺纹,以通过挤压至本体来机械地附连带波纹的铠装。螺母在另一侧包括弹性密封件。
虽然已经示出并且描述了优选的实施方式,但在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对优选的实施方式进行各种修改和替换。因此,可以理解的是,已经通过说明性而非限制性方式来描述本发明。
Claims (14)
1.一种配件,用于与包含在波纹金属管中的电缆一起使用,所述配件包括:
转接器,所述转接器具有用来容纳所述电缆的内部的、长形的通道;
本体,所述本体联接至所述转接器;
内部密封件,所述内部密封件定位在所述转接器及所述本体之间,所述内部密封件围绕所述电缆径向地设置;
螺母,所述螺母联接至所述本体;以及
密封构件,所述密封构件定位在所述螺母及所述本体之间,所述密封构件定位在所述波纹金属管的凹槽中以将所述波纹金属管的一部分挤压在所述密封构件及所述本体之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配件,所述配件还包括:
定位在所述螺母的内表面上的护套密封件,所述护套密封件与设置在所述波纹金属管上的外部的护套相接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的配件,其中:
所述转接器容纳在所述本体的腔中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的配件,其中:
所述转接器的第一端部具有外螺纹,用来接合所述本体的所述腔中的内螺纹。
