本发明涉及一种舰用7芯水密高频大功率稳相射频电缆,包括7根小护套线芯,每根小护套线芯的中心均设有单根镀银内导体,每根镀银内导体外均绕包有微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜,每个微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜外均绕包有镀银扁铜带,每个镀银扁铜带的外层均涂有一层一号水密胶,每层一号水密胶外均编织有一层镀银铜带屏蔽,每层镀银铜带屏蔽外均绕包有一号阻水带,每个一号阻水带外均挤包有水密聚氨酯小护套;7根小护套线芯的外围均涂有一层二号水密胶,在二号水密胶外绕包有二号阻水带,二号阻水带外层挤包有水密聚氨酯大护套。本发明能够显著起到传输高频大功率、机械相位好以及水密性能好的功效。

Description

一种舰用7芯水密高频大功率稳相射频电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体的说是一种舰用7芯水密高频大功率稳相射频电缆。
背景技术
进入21世纪,信息化已成为新军事变革的有效推动力。海军武器装备迅猛发展,使作战样式发生了根本性的改变。现代海战是以信息获取、信息控制为中心的多维空间联合作战。快速反应、系统化、一体化的对抗将成为制胜的关键。随着舰用的预警机相控阵雷达、电子对抗装备、卫星及导弹的监控以及其它数字化相敏电子系统等武器装备系统技术的发展,对射频电缆的带宽、高水密性传、输功率以及相位稳定性提出了新的要求,这就引发了人们对能够传输高频大功率的稳相电缆在温度相位和机械相位与材料和制作工艺关系的研究。水密性,可以采用涂水密胶、绕包阻水带外加挤包水密聚氨酯来解决。在传输高频大功率的时候通过的电流导致电缆的传输损耗增大,发热量增大。必须通过良好设计的结构、材料选择以及工艺控制,可以使电缆能够传输高频大功率以满足电子设备的需要。
发明内容
为了满足上述电缆的需求,本发明提出了一种舰用7芯水密高频大功率稳相射频电缆。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种舰用7芯水密高频大功率稳相射频电缆,包括7根小护套线芯,每根小护套线芯的中心均设有单根镀银内导体,每根镀银内导体外均绕包有微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜,每个微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜外均绕包有镀银扁铜带,每个镀银扁铜带的外层均涂有一层一号水密胶,每层一号水密胶外均编织有一层镀银铜带屏蔽,每层镀银铜带屏蔽外均绕包有一号阻水带,每个一号阻水带外均挤包有水密聚氨酯小护套。
7根小护套线芯的外围均涂有一层二号水密胶,在二号水密胶外绕包有二号阻水带,二号阻水带外层挤包有水密聚氨酯大护套。
每根镀银内导体的银层厚度为4um。
其中优选的:
镀银扁铜带作为外导体;阻水带作为阻水涂层。
本发明专利的有益效果体现在:
1、能传输高频大功率:通过采用大规格单根镀银铜线作为内导体以及采用微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜带绕包的复合绝缘和7根小护套线芯。通过设计计算,控制电缆的等效介电常数,使得电缆传输功率达到1.4kW(12GHz),远高于普通稳相电缆的800W(12GHz)。
2、机械相位好:采用无缝绕包和编织镀银铜带的复合屏蔽结构,通过无缝绕包外导体,使微孔带绕包的绝缘与大规格内导体之间可以紧密包覆,在弯曲时不容易发生相对位移,从而保证了电缆的机械相位,电缆在12GHz下机械相位控制在±3°。
3、水密性能好:在材料选择上,采用涂水密胶、绕阻水带的结构,来保证电缆不受纵向水压的侵扰,护套采用的是水密聚氨酯材料,耐横向水压。电缆的整体结构排列使得电缆的耐水密性能强,在海底400~500米电缆横向纵向都不漏水,适于在海底恶劣环境中使用。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在各个部件材料上的选择、各部件的之间的配合、在内导体和复合绝缘的选用以及7根小护套线芯的使用,能够显著起到传输高频大功率、机械相位好以及水密性能好的功效。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种舰用7芯水密高频大功率稳相射频电缆,包括7根小护套线芯,每根小护套线芯的中心均设有单根镀银内导体1,每根镀银内导体1外均绕包有微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜2,每个微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜2外均绕包有镀银扁铜带3,每个镀银扁铜带3的外层均涂有一层一号水密胶4,每层一号水密胶4外均编织有一层镀银铜带屏蔽5,每层镀银铜带屏蔽5外均绕包有一号阻水带6,每个一号阻水带6外均挤包有水密聚氨酯小护套7。
7根小护套线芯的外围均涂有一层二号水密胶8,在二号水密胶8外绕包有二号阻水带9,二号阻水带9外层挤包有水密聚氨酯大护套10。
每根镀银内导体1的银层厚度为4um。
其中优选的:
镀银扁铜带3作为外导体;阻水带6作为阻水涂层。

1.一种舰用7芯水密高频大功率稳相射频电缆,其特征在于:包括7根小护套线芯,每根小护套线芯的中心均设有单根镀银内导体(1),每根镀银内导体(1)外均绕包有微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜(2),每个微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜(2)外均绕包有镀银扁铜带(3),每个镀银扁铜带(3)的外层均涂有一层一号水密胶(4),每层一号水密胶(4)外均编织有一层镀银铜带屏蔽(5),每层镀银铜带屏蔽(5)外均绕包有一号阻水带(6),每个一号阻水带(6)外均挤包有水密聚氨酯小护套(7);
7根小护套线芯的外围均涂有一层二号水密胶(8),在二号水密胶(8)外绕包有二号阻水带(9),二号阻水带(9)外层挤包有水密聚氨酯大护套(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种舰用7芯水密高频大功率稳相射频电缆,其特征在于:每根镀银内导体(1)的银层厚度为4um。
