本发明涉及一种变频器用特种电缆。包括缆芯,缆芯的外层设置有铜箔带层,铜箔带层的外层设置有镀锡铜丝绞合引流线整体屏蔽层,镀锡铜丝绞合引流线整体屏蔽层的外层设置有镀锡铜丝编织整体屏蔽层,镀锡铜丝编织整体屏蔽层的外层设置有交联聚烯烃护套层;缆芯由若干根载流绝缘线芯以及若干根绝缘接地线芯绞合而成;载流绝缘线芯包括设置在最内层的镀锡绞合软铜导体,以及挤包在镀锡绞合软铜导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层;绝缘接地线芯包括黄绿双色接地线,以及挤包在所述黄绿双色接地线外的乙丙橡胶绝缘层。本发明的电缆抗干扰性能强,具有较低的有效电容及较低的传输阻抗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种变频器用特种电缆。
背景技术
目前,船舶和平台上越来越多的采用了变频装置等设备以追求节能,减小设备磨损,延长设备寿命.变频设备的使用对与之配套的专用电缆(下称变频电缆)的需求量越来越大,技术要求也越来越高。作为设备配套厂家的专业电缆制造者以及船舶、平台的设计部门有必要深入研究并了解此类电缆的结构及性能,以便能够制造和选择高品质、适用的电缆产品。因此,为保持变频器正常工作不受电磁干扰,因此连接变频器与三相交流电机之间的电缆就要求具有抗干扰性能,较低的有效电容及较低的传输阻抗。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种变频器用特种电缆。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种变频器用特种电缆,包括缆芯,所述缆芯的外层设置有铜箔带层,所述铜箔带层的外层设置有镀锡铜丝绞合引流线整体屏蔽层,所述镀锡铜丝绞合引流线整体屏蔽层的外层设置有镀锡铜丝编织整体屏蔽层,所述镀锡铜丝编织整体屏蔽层的外层设置有交联聚烯烃护套层;所述缆芯由若干根载流绝缘线芯以及若干根绝缘接地线芯绞合而成;所述载流绝缘线芯包括设置在最内层的镀锡绞合软铜导体,以及挤包在所述镀锡绞合软铜导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层;所述绝缘接地线芯包括黄绿双色接地线,以及挤包在所述黄绿双色接地线外的乙丙橡胶绝缘层。
进一步的,所述绝缘接地线芯的截面积不小于载流绝缘线芯截面积的一半。
进一步的,所述载流绝缘线芯和绝缘接地线芯均设置有3根。
所述交联聚烯烃护套层设有防水层,所述防水层内夹设有环向设置的截面呈V型的防水带。
所述防水带上开设有若干小孔,所述小孔上设有将小孔堵住的配重块。
所述配重块处于所述防水带外侧的部位设空腔,所述空腔内设干燥剂,所述配重块的表面和所述防水层的表面持平或稍低于防水层表面设置,所述配重块的外表面和侧面处于防水带外侧的部位设有透气孔。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的电缆抗干扰性能强,具有较低的有效电容及较低的传输阻抗,采用3+3E结构可有效降低高次谐波的影响,减弱变频电机噪声,保证设备稳定运行,延长设备使用寿命,更大程度上实现节能,提高效率。
本发明进一步的设置防水层和防水带,本发明的防水带呈V型,V型截面增大了防水带的面积,提高了防水效果,同时本发明设置配重块,配重块的存在可以增加一部分重量,增强电缆的抗风能力,降低其舞动频率,同时配重块内设干燥剂和小孔,这样进一步提高了防水性能,同时提高了干燥性能,非常适用于本发明的使用场合。

具体实施方式
图1所示,涉及一种变频器用特种电缆,包括缆芯,所述缆芯的外层设置有铜箔带层3,所述铜箔带层3的外层设置有镀锡铜丝绞合引流线整体屏蔽层4,所述镀锡铜丝绞合引流线整体屏蔽层4的外层设置有镀锡铜丝编织整体屏蔽层5,所述镀锡铜丝编织整体屏蔽层5的外层设置有交联聚烯烃护套层6;所述缆芯由若干根载流绝缘线芯1以及若干根绝缘接地线芯2绞合而成;所述载流绝缘线芯1包括设置在最内层的镀锡绞合软铜导体11,以及挤包在所述镀锡绞合软铜导体11外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层12;所述绝缘接地线芯2包括黄绿双色接地线21,以及挤包在所述黄绿双色接地线21外的乙丙橡胶绝缘层22。
其中,本发明的载流绝缘线芯符合IEC 60092-350[2]的规定性能,而绝缘接地线芯符合IEC 60092-352[3]的规定,绝缘接地线芯的截面积不小于载流绝缘线芯截面积的一半;二者均为IEC60228中的Class5的结构导体,使得电缆更加柔软易敷设。
电缆的耐压性能更加优越,交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘层一般可承受高次谐波叠加引起的系统峰值电压的2~3倍,同时交联聚乙烯具有耐热性能,可使电缆正常工作时导体的额定温度高达90℃,短路时电缆的最高温度可达250℃,使同截面的电缆其载流量更大。
本发明采用铜丝编织结构保证了电缆良好的电磁屏蔽性能,减弱了变频电缆电磁波对外界设备和系统的干扰。
本发明采用3+3E结构有效抑制了高次谐波中的奇次谐波,起到了电缆抗干扰性能,满足了设备组运行过程中电磁兼容。
本发明采用3根绝缘接地线芯的平分结构可有效降低高次谐波的影响,减弱变频电机噪声,保证设备稳定运行,延长设备使用寿命,更大程度上实现节能,提高效率图1所示,涉及一种变频器用特种电缆。

1.一种变频器用特种电缆,其特征在于,包括缆芯,所述缆芯的外层设置有铜箔带层,所述铜箔带层的外层设置有镀锡铜丝绞合引流线整体屏蔽层,所述镀锡铜丝绞合引流线整体屏蔽层的外层设置有镀锡铜丝编织整体屏蔽层,所述镀锡铜丝编织整体屏蔽层的外层设置有交联聚烯烃护套层;所述缆芯由若干根载流绝缘线芯以及若干根绝缘接地线芯绞合而成;所述载流绝缘线芯包括设置在最内层的镀锡绞合软铜导体,以及挤包在所述镀锡绞合软铜导体外的交联聚乙烯绝缘层;所述绝缘接地线芯包括黄绿双色接地线,以及挤包在所述黄绿双色接地线外的乙丙橡胶绝缘层;
