Abstract

LED插拔灯包括灯头、连接壳体、螺纹紧固件、垫片、灯罩和光源板;灯头的中部向上延伸出一中轴,中轴的顶端设有横截面呈多边形的凸台,中轴还开设一沿轴向延伸并贯穿凸台的螺纹孔;连接壳体的中部开设一圆形通孔;垫片开设一定位凹槽,以及一自定位凹槽的中部延伸出定位凹槽外的限位通槽,限位通槽与凸台的横截面向匹配;连接壳体安装于灯头上,灯头的中轴穿过连接壳体的圆形通孔,凸台穿入垫片的限位通槽内,螺纹紧固件的螺纹杆连接中轴的螺纹孔,螺纹紧固件的螺帽抵接于垫片的定位凹槽内。本发明的连接壳体通过螺纹紧固件牢固连接灯头,由于垫片的限位通槽与凸台的限位配合,连接壳体可相对灯头旋转。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED插拔灯。
背景技术
现有的LED插拔灯在灯头与扩散罩之间设有连接壳体,连接壳体一般采用卡扣方式固定安装在灯头上,无法实现灯体相对灯头的角度旋转,较为不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在于提供一种LED插拔灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种LED插拔灯,其包括灯头、连接壳体、螺纹紧固件、垫片、灯罩和光源板;灯头的中部向上延伸出一中轴,中轴的顶端设有横截面呈多边形的凸台,中轴还开设一沿轴向延伸并贯穿凸台的螺纹孔;连接壳体的中部开设一圆形通孔;垫片开设一定位凹槽,以及一自定位凹槽的中部延伸出定位凹槽外的限位通槽,限位通槽与凸台的横截面向匹配;连接壳体安装于灯头上,灯头的中轴穿过连接壳体的圆形通孔,凸台穿入垫片的限位通槽内,螺纹紧固件的螺纹杆连接中轴的螺纹孔,螺纹紧固件的螺帽抵接于垫片的定位凹槽内;灯头的侧壁内设有两间隔分布的限位柱,连接壳体的底端向下延伸出一限位凸块,限位凸块位于两限位柱之间灯头的中轴穿过连接壳体的圆形通孔;灯罩安装于连接壳体上,光源板设于灯罩内。
优选地,两限位柱分布于同一径向上。
优选地,该螺纹紧固件为螺钉。
优选地,该凸台的横截面呈矩形。
本发明的有益效果至少包括:本发明的连接壳体通过螺纹紧固件牢固连接灯头,同时,由于垫片的限位通槽与凸台的限位配合,连接壳体可相对灯头旋转。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
请参见图1至图5,本发明涉及一种LED插拔灯,其较佳实施方式包括灯头10、连接壳体20、螺纹紧固件30、垫片70、灯罩40和光源板50。
灯头10的中部向上延伸出一中轴71,中轴71的顶端设有横截面呈多边形的凸台11,中轴71还开设一沿轴向延伸并贯穿凸台11的螺纹孔73;连接壳体20的中部开设一圆形通孔;垫片70开设一定位凹槽72,以及一自定位凹槽72的中部延伸出定位凹槽72外的限位通槽74,限位通槽74与凸台11的横截面向匹配;连接壳体20安装于灯头10上,灯头10的中轴71穿过连接壳体20的圆形通孔,凸台11穿入垫片70的限位通槽74内,螺纹紧固件30的螺纹杆连接中轴71的螺纹孔73,螺纹紧固件30的螺帽抵接于垫片70的定位凹槽72内。如此,连接壳体20通过螺纹紧固件30牢固连接灯头10,同时,由于垫片70的限位通槽74与凸台11的限位配合,连接壳体20可相对灯头10旋转。灯罩40安装于连接壳体20上,光源板50设于灯罩40内。
参见图3,本实施例中,灯头10的侧壁内设有两间隔分布的限位柱15,连接壳体20的底端向下延伸出一限位凸块25,限位凸块25位于两限位柱15之间。如此,限位凸块25和限位柱15的配合实现旋转角度限位作用,通过调整两限位柱15之间的间隔可设置连接壳体20的最大旋转角度。
优选地,两限位柱15分布于同一径向上,如此,连接壳体20可相对灯头10作180度旋转。
优选地,该螺纹紧固件30为螺钉。
优选地,该凸台11的横截面呈矩形。

1.一种LED插拔灯,其特征在于:其包括灯头、连接壳体、螺纹紧固件、垫片、灯罩和光源板;
灯头的中部向上延伸出一中轴,中轴的顶端设有横截面呈多边形的凸台,中轴还开设一沿轴向延伸并贯穿凸台的螺纹孔;连接壳体的中部开设一圆形通孔;垫片开设一定位凹槽,以及一自定位凹槽的中部延伸出定位凹槽外的限位通槽,限位通槽与凸台的横截面向匹配;连接壳体安装于灯头上,灯头的中轴穿过连接壳体的圆形通孔,凸台穿入垫片的限位通槽内,螺纹紧固件的螺纹杆连接中轴的螺纹孔,螺纹紧固件的螺帽抵接于垫片的定位凹槽内;
灯罩安装于连接壳体上,光源板设于灯罩内;
灯头的侧壁内设有两间隔分布的限位柱,连接壳体的底端向下延伸出一限位凸块,限位凸块位于两限位柱之间;
该凸台的横截面呈矩形。

3.如权利要求1所述的LED插拔灯,其特征在于:该螺纹紧固件为螺钉。
