Abstract
本发明涉及电动工具技术领域,尤其是一种动态型摆线针轮减速机机架。其包括架体、上法兰、中法兰、下法兰和输出轴,上法兰、中法兰和下法兰分别位于架体的顶部中部和底部,输出轴安装在上法兰和中法兰上,下法兰的底部旋转连接有座套,座套上套装有扭簧。在下法兰的底部旋转连接座套,并在座套上套装扭簧,使得机架可在一定范围内弹性旋转,以缓冲化解径向的振动。

本发明涉及电动工具技术领域,尤其是一种动态型摆线针轮减速机机架。
背景技术
减速机是一种动力传动机构,利用齿轮的速度转换器,将电机的回转数减速到所要的回转数,并得到较大的扭矩的机构。目前,减速机的应用相当广泛,如应用于液体混合缸、搪瓷反应缸装置等,使用时,需要配合机架进行安装连接。现有的机架都是与缸体固定连接,无法化解径向的振动。
发明内容
为了克服现有的减速机机架无法化解径向振动的不足,本发明提供了一种动态型摆线针轮减速机机架。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种动态型摆线针轮减速机机架,包括架体、上法兰、中法兰、下法兰和输出轴,上法兰、中法兰和下法兰分别位于架体的顶部中部和底部,输出轴安装在上法兰和中法兰上,下法兰的底部旋转连接有座套,座套上套装有扭簧。
本发明的有益效果是,在下法兰的底部旋转连接座套,并在座套上套装扭簧,使得机架可在一定范围内弹性旋转,以缓冲化解径向的振动。
