背景技术
减速机是一种动力传动机构,利用齿轮的速度转换器,将电机的回转数减速到所要的回转数,并得到较大的扭矩的机构。目前,减速机的应用相当广泛,如应用于液体混合缸、搪瓷反应缸装置等,使用时,需要配合机架进行安装连接。现有的机架结构简单,与缸体连接时易振动。
发明内容
为了克服现有的减速机机架易振动的不足,本发明提供了一种抗振型摆线针轮减速机机架。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种抗振型摆线针轮减速机机架,包括架体、上法兰、中法兰、下法兰和输出轴,上法兰、中法兰和下法兰分别位于架体的顶部中部和底部,输出轴安装在上法兰和中法兰上,下法兰的底部均匀分布有弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是,在下法兰的底部均匀分布弹簧,通过弹簧与缸体连接,可有效避震振。
