一种漆料储存桶，包括桶体、支撑架、抽真空装置、搅拌装置，所述桶体底端由支撑架支撑；所述桶体由桶盖、桶身构成，桶盖左下端通过翻转连接件连接桶身左上端；所述桶盖右侧上端装置插入至桶体内部的漆料进料管；所述桶身右下端装置漆料出料管；所述桶身左侧上端装置抽真空装置、左侧中端装置控制器；所述桶身内部下端装置搅拌装置，桶身内部左端装置漆料液位器；所控制器连接控制抽真空装置、搅拌装置、漆料液位器。本发明解决了现有技术中漆料储存设备功能单一、实用性差、使用不便的问题，本发明实现了漆料的真空储存，并且具有搅拌功能，能较好地储存漆料，有效避免漆料与空气接触而发生一系列化学变化的情况出现，提高了漆料储存效果。

本发明涉及一种储存桶，特别是涉及一种漆料储存桶。
背景技术
漆料是制作漆画的主要原料之一，漆料长时间的置于空气下，会出现凝固或变色现象，凝固后的漆料会逐渐坚硬起来，而凝固后的漆料刷涂都十分不便，并且影响刷涂效果，并且漆料的储存不当，会引起漆料的一系列化学变化，影响漆料的后续使用。因此，漆料的储存十分重要。目前，现有的漆料储存容器，大多只具备简单的储存功能，功能单一，实用性差，并且储存效果欠佳，还存在出漆十分不便的问题，使用不便，影响漆画的制作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种漆料储存桶，解决了现有技术中漆料储存设备功能单一、实用性差、使用不便的问题，本发明实现了漆料的真空储存，并且具有搅拌功能，能较好地储存漆料，有效避免漆料与空气接触而发生一系列化学变化的情况出现，提高了漆料储存效果，保证了漆料储存质量。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种漆料储存桶，包括桶体、支撑架、抽真空装置、搅拌装置，所述桶体底端由支撑架支撑；所述桶体由桶盖、桶身构成，桶盖左下端通过翻转连接件连接桶身左上端；所述桶盖右侧上端装置插入至桶体内部的漆料进料管；所述桶身右下端装置漆料出料管；所述桶身左侧上端装置抽真空装置、左侧中端装置控制器；所述桶身内部下端装置搅拌装置，桶身内部左端装置漆料液位器；所控制器连接控制抽真空装置、搅拌装置、漆料液位器。
所述抽真空装置由抽真空器、抽真空管、伸缩软连接管、吸气管、排气管构成；所述抽真空器装置在桶身左侧上端，抽真空器上端连接抽真空管，抽真空管连接伸缩软连接管，伸缩软连接管另一端连接吸气管，吸气管另一端通过穿过桶盖，插入至桶体内部；所述抽真空器左端装置排气管。
所述漆料进料管与漆料出料管上各装置一个控制阀。
所述搅拌装置由搅拌电机、驱动轴、多个弧形搅拌叶轮组、多个弧形粉碎刀片组构成；所述搅拌电机装置在桶身底端中间，连接装置在桶身内部的驱动轴，驱动轴上装置多个弧形搅拌叶轮组、多个弧形粉碎刀片组；所述弧形搅拌叶轮组、弧形粉碎刀片组间隔设置。
所述桶盖与桶身之间设置密封橡胶圈。
本发明的有益效果：一种漆料储存桶，解决了现有技术中漆料储存设备功能单一、实用性差、使用不便的问题，本发明左侧上端设置有抽真空装置，能迅速抽走桶身内部多余的空气，有效隔绝了漆料与空气接触，避免漆料发生化学变化，实现了漆料的真空储存，提高了漆料的储存质量和效果；其次，并桶体内部中端还装置有搅拌装置，能对桶体内部的漆料进行搅拌，避免漆料出现上下分层情况，提高了漆料储存效果，保证了漆料储存质量；另外，漆料的进出都十分方便，便于使用，本发明还可用于其他物料的储存，储存效果好，且适用范围广，实用性强。

如图1所示，一种漆料储存桶，包括桶体1、支撑架9、抽真空装置13、搅拌装置3，所述桶体1底端由支撑架9支撑；所述桶体1由桶盖18、桶身2构成，桶盖18左下端通过翻转连接件连接桶身2左上端；所述桶盖18右侧上端装置插入至桶体1内部的漆料进料管19；所述桶身2右下端装置漆料出料管5；所述桶身2左侧上端装置抽真空装置13、左侧中端装置控制器11；所述桶身2内部下端装置搅拌装置3，桶身2内部左端装置漆料液位器10；所控制器11连接控制抽真空装置13、搅拌装置3、漆料液位器10。
实施例2
如图1所示，所述抽真空装置13由抽真空器14、抽真空管15、伸缩软连接管16、吸气管17、排气管12构成；所述抽真空器14装置在桶身2左侧上端，抽真空器14上端连接抽真空管15，抽真空管15连接伸缩软连接管16，伸缩软连接管16另一端连接吸气管17，吸气管17另一端通过穿过桶盖18，插入至桶体1内部；所述抽真空器14左端装置排气管12。

如图1所示，所述漆料进料管19与漆料出料管5上各装置一个控制阀。

如图1所示，所述搅拌装置3由搅拌电机8、驱动轴7、多个弧形搅拌叶轮组4、多个弧形粉碎刀片组6构成；所述搅拌电机8装置在桶身2底端中间，连接装置在桶身2内部的驱动轴7，驱动轴7上装置多个弧形搅拌叶轮组4、多个弧形粉碎刀片组6；所述弧形搅拌叶轮组4、弧形粉碎刀片组6间隔设置。

如图1所示，所述桶盖18与桶身2之间设置密封橡胶圈。

1.一种漆料储存桶，包括桶体、支撑架、抽真空装置、搅拌装置，其特征在于：所述桶体底端由支撑架支撑；所述桶体由桶盖、桶身构成，桶盖左下端通过翻转连接件连接桶身左上端；所述桶盖右侧上端装置插入至桶体内部的漆料进料管；所述桶身右下端装置漆料出料管；所述桶身左侧上端装置抽真空装置、左侧中端装置控制器；所述桶身内部下端装置搅拌装置，桶身内部左端装置漆料液位器；所控制器连接控制抽真空装置、搅拌装置、漆料液位器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆料储存桶，其特征在于：所述抽真空装置由抽真空器、抽真空管、伸缩软连接管、吸气管、排气管构成；所述抽真空器装置在桶身左侧上端，抽真空器上端连接抽真空管，抽真空管连接伸缩软连接管，伸缩软连接管另一端连接吸气管，吸气管另一端通过穿过桶盖，插入至桶体内部；所述抽真空器左端装置排气管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆料储存桶，其特征在于：所述漆料进料管与漆料出料管上各装置一个控制阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种漆料储存桶，其特征在于：所述搅拌装置由搅拌电机、驱动轴、多个弧形搅拌叶轮组、多个弧形粉碎刀片组构成；所述搅拌电机装置在桶身底端中间，连接装置在桶身内部的驱动轴，驱动轴上装置多个弧形搅拌叶轮组、多个弧形粉碎刀片组；所述弧形搅拌叶轮组、弧形粉碎刀片组间隔设置。
