一种液压助力器
技术领域
本发明涉及机动车辆中的制动系统,具体是一种液压助力器。
背景技术
现有技术的汽车用助力器,大部分是真空助力器,真空由发动机产生,它有真空度不稳定、体积庞大、在发动机仓的布置困难、有ABS泵回冲击等缺点。在纯电动车上没有了发动机,真空需要通过电动真空泵产生,成本有较大增加。液压助力器就成为解决这个问题的一个有效途径。专利CN201510934534.6披露了一种液压助力器:它设置有低压储能器及踏板感觉模拟装置。专利CN201280003157.9披露了一种液压助力器:它设置了一个止回阀。液压助力器需要较简便地解决2个主要问题:一个是踏板感觉的模拟,一个是减少ABS工作时的泵回冲击。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在整车中布置方便、成本较低的液压助力器,能简便地实现踏板感觉的模拟,还可消除ABS工作时的泵回冲击。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:一种液压助力器,包括主缸总成、踏板装置,所述主缸总成具有主缸第一活塞,主缸第一活塞活动地穿入主缸总成,还包括浮动活塞、泄压座、阀体、始动弹簧、伺服阀推杆、伺服阀、伺服回位弹簧、踏板感觉模拟弹簧、伺服活塞和踏板推力活塞,其中所述阀体与主缸总成的非盲端连接,泄压座活动地插入阀体内壁,泄压座与主缸第一活塞之间形成加压腔,浮动活塞的一端活动地插入阀体内,并与泄压座接触;浮动活塞内孔活动地插入伺服活塞,伺服活塞与浮动活塞之间设置有始动弹簧,伺服活塞一端具有进液腔,进液腔通过浮动活塞及阀体的孔与车辆的液压源相通,进液腔内设置有伺服回位弹簧和与伺服回位弹簧接触的伺服阀,伺服阀与浮动活塞之间设置有伺服阀推杆;所述踏板推力活塞活动地插入浮动活塞中,踏板推力活塞与伺服活塞之间设置有踏板感觉模拟弹簧;踏板推力活塞的左端与踏板装置连接。
在以上技术方案的基础上,进一步,所述伺服活塞的另一端设置有伺服活塞挡圈,伺服活塞挡圈设置于浮动活塞内壁的环形凹槽内。
所述伺服阀与伺服活塞之间设置有伺服阀密封圈。所述伺服阀密封圈与伺服阀固连,或伺服阀密封圈与伺服活塞固连。
在所述浮动活塞和泄压座之间设置泄压密封圈。
具体地,所述踏板推力活塞的左端与踏板装置的踏板推杆铰接。
所述浮动活塞与伺服活塞的左端设置有可调间隙A。
所述伺服阀推杆一端与浮动活塞固连,另一端为自由端,与伺服阀之间具有可调间隙B;或伺服阀推杆一端与伺服阀固连,另一端为自由端,与浮动活塞之间具有可调间隙B。
所述加压腔由泄压座、阀体和主缸第一活塞外径密封形成,或由泄压座和主缸第一活塞内径密封形成。
所述主缸总成为补偿孔式主缸,或中心阀式主缸,或柱塞式主缸。
由于上述结构,本发明能使它在整车中布置方便、成本较低,能简便地实现踏板感觉的模拟,还可消除ABS工作时的泵回冲击。在布置时可以使用原车的主缸总成,从而使布置方便、成本低。

所述加压腔1-7由泄压座1-4、阀体1-5和主缸第一活塞2-1外径密封形成,或由泄压座1-4和主缸第一活塞2-1内径密封形成(如图5)。
所述主缸总成2为补偿孔式主缸,或中心阀式主缸,或柱塞式主缸(固定密封圈式),或其它形式的主缸。
以上所述各弹簧即可是圆柱螺旋弹簧,也可是橡胶弹簧或波形弹簧。
参见图1,在非工作状态时,车辆中输入的液压PI通过阀体1-5及浮动活塞1-2的通道,进入伺服活塞1-15内的进液腔1-11,伺服阀1-10与伺服活塞之间被伺服活塞密封圈1-1封闭,S0=0,这时加压腔没有液压。
参见附图2,当需要制动时,踩下制动踏板3-2,推动踏板推力活塞1-16向右移动,通过踏板感觉模拟弹簧1-14对伺服活塞1-15施加推力,当推力大于始动弹簧1-8的起始力时,伺服活塞1-15与伺服阀1-10及伺服阀推杆1-9一起往右移动,伺服阀推杆1-9接触到浮动活塞1-2(B=0)后,将伺服阀1-10顶离伺服活塞1-15,S不等于0,进液腔1-11的液压油通过S这个间隙进入加压腔1-7,推动主缸第一活塞2-1向右移动,关闭第一、第二补偿孔,在主缸总成中建立起液压PO1、P02,输出到车轮进行制动。
踏板感觉的模拟功能说明:如上所述,当踩下制动踏板3-2装置,使进液腔1-11的液压油通过S这个间隙进入加压腔1-7后,它会产生使一个使伺服活塞1-15往左退的压力(以下简称回馈力),伺服活塞1-15的左边是踏板感觉模拟弹簧1-14,它传递过来的是踏板力转换过来的(以下简称踏板力),踏板力大于回馈力(为了方便后续描述,在这暂忽略始动弹簧1-8的力及摩擦力)时,伺服活塞1-15往右移,伺服阀1-10打开,更多的液压油进入加压腔1-7,加压腔1-7的液压上升,直至回馈力等于踏板力,伺服阀1-10关闭,伺服阀1-10就通过这种似闭非闭的状态,使踏板力等于回馈力,从而保证踏板力与主缸总成2的输出液压PO成线性关系。当持续加大踏板力,加压腔1-7的压力一直上升,直到加压腔1-7与进液腔1-11的压力相等,这时达到最大助力点,伺服阀1-10常开,主缸总成2的输出液压PO不再随着踏板力的增加而增加,这时A=0,B=0,S=A0-B0,见图3。当需要释放制动时,踏板力从大减小,踏板力持续小于回馈力,伺服阀1-10常闭,这时加压腔1-7的压力会推动浮动活塞1-2往左退,使浮动活塞1-2的右端与泄压座1-4的左端分开,加压腔1-7的液压会泄压到储液腔2-6,使主缸总成的输出液压PO也持续减小。踏板行程与踏板力的关系,则完全通过踏板感觉模拟弹簧1-14的刚度决定,这样使得踏板行程的调整变得较简单。
消除ABS工作时的泵回冲击功能说明:常规的助力器在ABS启动时,ABS的电动泵会将制动器中的制动液泵回主缸总成,从而使主缸内的液压瞬时大幅增加,由于主缸的液压与踏板力成线性关系,从而造成踏板力加大,给脚以巨大的冲击,使驾驶者感到不舒适。而本发明ABS启动时,主缸内的液压瞬时也会大幅增加,造成加压腔1-7的压力升高,这时踏板力小于回馈力,伺服阀1-10常闭,这时加压腔1-7的压力将会推动浮动活塞1-2往左退,使浮动活塞1-2的右端与泄压座1-4的左端分开,加压腔1-7增加的液压会泄压到储液腔2-6,使加压腔1-7的压力与踏板力匹配,从而消除了ABS工作时的泵回冲击。
助力液压失效时的应急制动状态说明:参见附图4,当车辆的液压系统失效时,PI=0,这时踩下制动踏板装置3,浮动活塞1-2与内部的部件一起向前推动泄压座1-4及主缸第一活塞2-1向右移动,关闭第一、第二补偿孔,在主缸总成中建立起液压PO1、P02,输出到车轮进行制动,这时的输出液压由于没有助力,完全取决于踏板力及主缸缸径。

1.一种液压助力器,包括主缸总成(2)、踏板装置(3),所述主缸总成(2)具有主缸第一活塞(2-1),主缸第一活塞(2-1)活动地穿入主缸总成(2),其特征在于:还包括浮动活塞(1-2)、泄压座(1-4)、阀体(1-5)、始动弹簧(1-8)、伺服阀推杆(1-9)、伺服阀(1-10)、伺服回位弹簧(1-12)、踏板感觉模拟弹簧(1-14)、伺服活塞(1-15)和踏板推力活塞(1-16),其中所述阀体(1-5)与主缸总成(2)的非盲端连接,泄压座(1-4)活动地插入阀体(1-5)内壁,泄压座(1-4)与主缸第一活塞(2-1)之间形成加压腔(1-7),浮动活塞(1-2)的一端活动地插入阀体(1-5)内,并与泄压座(1-4)接触;浮动活塞(1-2)内孔活动地插入伺服活塞(1-15),伺服活塞(1-15)与浮动活塞(1-2)之间设置有始动弹簧(1-8),伺服活塞(1-15)一端具有进液腔(1-11),进液腔(1-11)通过浮动活塞(1-2)及阀体(1-5)的孔与车辆的液压源相通,进液腔(1-11)内设置有伺服回位弹簧(1-12)和与伺服回位弹簧(1-12)接触的伺服阀(1-10),伺服阀(1-10)与浮动活塞(1-2)之间设置有伺服阀推杆(1-9);所述踏板推力活塞(1-16)活动地插入浮动活塞(1-2)中,踏板推力活塞(1-16)与伺服活塞(1-15)之间设置有踏板感觉模拟弹簧(1-14);踏板推力活塞(1-16)的左端与踏板装置(3)连接。
