Through the process, the material layer is initially formed on the net drum, so the quality of the slurry layer formed by the net drum is related to the subsequent blank forming quality. In practice it has been found that the pulp layer formed on the wire cylinder often shows uneven thickness and holes. During the process of taking, the slurry flows from the outside of the net cylinder to the inside of the net cylinder, the slurry is blocked by the filter screen in the flowing process, only water can enter the inside of the net cylinder, the slurry is equivalent to filtering and dewatering, so that a thin material layer is formed on the surface of the net cylinder, and the material layer is transmitted to the blanket in the process of rotating along with the net cylinder.
