本发明涉及一种液体原料加料装置，具体为浇注料液体原料加料装置，包括底座，底座上有通孔，通孔内壁有与液体原料包装瓶口相匹配，将液体原料包装倒置在底座上，通孔底部有密封圈，底座内还有通道，通道一端与通孔连通，另一端与底座外的阀门连接；所述的底座铰接在支架上。本发明提供的浇注料液体原料加料装置，用于添加液体原料，操作简单、安全，减轻劳动量。

本发明涉及一种液体原料加料装置，具体为浇注料液体原料加料装置。
背景技术
浇注料，是由多种骨料或集料和一种或多种粘和剂组成的混合粉状颗料，使用时必须和一种或多种液体配合搅拌均匀，具有较强的流动性和可塑性。
在生产过程中，添加液体原料，需要人工将液体原料倒入搅拌器中，由于原料都是大桶包装，人工搬运和倾倒都比较费力，并且操作不安全，容易泄露。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明提供一种安全的液体原料加料装置，具体的技术方案为：
浇注料液体原料加料装置，包括底座，底座上有通孔，通孔内壁有与液体原料包装瓶口相匹配，将液体原料包装倒置在底座上，通孔底部有密封圈，底座内还有通道，通道一端与通孔连通，另一端与底座外的阀门连接；所述的底座铰接在支架上。
所述的底座上还有液体原料包装瓶支撑架，支撑架上有一固定环，固定环可以根据液体原料包装瓶身直径调整。
所述的通孔上连接有密封环；所述的密封环与液体原料包装瓶口密封连接。
使用时候，将底座倒置，将液体原料包装瓶的瓶盖去掉，将密封环拧在液体原料包装瓶的瓶口或者直接将通孔套在瓶口上，拧紧后将液体原料包装瓶通过固定环固定在支撑架上，将底座和液体原料包装瓶一起倒置翻转倒置在支架上，打开阀门就可以进行液体加料。
本发明提供的浇注料液体原料加料装置，用于添加液体原料，操作简单、安全，减轻劳动量。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式，如图1所示，浇注料液体原料加料装置，包括底座1，底座1上有通孔8，通孔8内壁有与液体原料包装瓶口相匹配，将液体原料包装倒置在底座1上，通孔8底部有密封圈7，底座1内还有通道3，通道3一端与通孔8连通，另一端与底座1外的阀门2连接；所述的底座1铰接在支架4上。
所述的底座1上还有液体原料包装瓶支撑架5，支撑架5上有一固定环6，固定环6可以根据液体原料包装瓶身直径调整。
所述的通孔8上连接有密封环9；所述的密封环9与液体原料包装瓶口密封连接。
使用时候，将底座1倒置，将液体原料包装瓶的瓶盖去掉，将密封环9拧在液体原料包装瓶的瓶口或者直接将通孔8套在瓶口上，拧紧后将液体原料包装瓶通过固定环6固定在支撑架5上，将底座1和液体原料包装瓶一起倒置翻转倒置在支架4上，打开阀门2就可以进行液体加料。

1.浇注料液体原料加料装置，其特征在于：包括底座（1），底座（1）上有通孔（8），通孔（8）内壁有与液体原料包装瓶口相匹配，将液体原料包装倒置在底座（1）上，通孔（8）底部有密封圈（7），底座（1）内还有通道（3），通道（3）一端与通孔（8）连通，另一端与底座（1）外的阀门（2）连接；所述的底座（1）铰接在支架（4）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浇注料液体原料加料装置，其特征在于：所述的底座（1）上还有液体原料包装瓶支撑架（5），支撑架（5）上有一固定环（6），固定环（6）可以根据液体原料包装瓶身直径调整。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的浇注料液体原料加料装置，其特征在于：所述的通孔（8）上连接有密封环（9）；所述的密封环（9）与液体原料包装瓶口密封连接。
