本发明涉及过滤器的技术领域，尤其是一种盘式铜管过滤器，包括壳体，所述壳体内设有盘式滤网，所述盘式滤网上设有溢流阀，所述溢流阀上设有出油管，所述盘式滤网下面设有进油管，所述出油管和进油管分别连接油箱。本发明在过滤器上通过设置溢流阀，大大减少溢流阀溢流口在压力低于开启压力时的泄漏量，从而提高系统的稳定性，同时把溢流回路与离线系统的回油油路、在线系统的回油油路合并，起到精简油路，降低成本的目的。

本发明涉及过滤器的技术领域，尤其是一种盘式铜管过滤器。
背景技术
目前离线过滤器是独立于在线过滤器的一个单独并独立运作的系统，在使用过程中，都是粗过滤，大大浪费了油品，大大增加了成本，同时也降低了系统的稳定性。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足，本发明提供了一种盘式铜管过滤器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种盘式铜管过滤器，包括壳体，所述壳体内设有盘式滤网，所述盘式滤网上设有溢流阀，所述溢流阀上设有出油管，所述盘式滤网下面设有进油管，所述出油管和进油管分别连接油箱。
本发明的有益效果是，本发明在过滤器上通过设置溢流阀，大大减少溢流阀溢流口在压力低于开启压力时的泄漏量，从而提高系统的稳定性，同时把溢流回路与离线系统的回油油路、在线系统的回油油路合并，起到精简油路，降低成本的目的。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图，一种盘式铜管过滤器，包括壳体1，壳体1内设有盘式滤网2，盘式滤网2上设有溢流阀3，溢流阀3上设有出油管4，盘式滤网2下面设有进油管5，出油管4和进油管5分别连接油箱6。
