千年健：味苦，性温。归肝、肾经。具有祛风湿、舒筋活络、止痛、消肿等功效。

砂仁：味辛，性温。归脾、胃、肾经。具有化湿开胃、温脾止泻、理气的功效。
白术：味甘，性温。归脾、胃经。具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗的功效。
人参：味甘、微苦、微温。归脾、肺、心经。具有大补元气、复脉固脱、补脾益肺、生津止渴、安神益智的功效。
远志：味苦，性温。归心、肾、肺经，具有安神益智、交通心肾、祛痰、消肿的功效。
锁阳：味甘，性温。归经入肝、肾经。具有补肾润肠、尿血、血枯便秘、腰膝痿弱的功效。
木香：味辛、苦、性温。归脾、胃、肝、大肠经。具有行气止痛、调中导滞的功效。

Claims (1)

1.一种保健药酒及其制备方法，按以下重量份数的原料组成：药材各50克：生地黄、熟地黄、天冬、麦冬、当归、牛七、杜仲、巴戟、川芎、白芍、茯苓、知母、黄柏、枸杞子、肉苁蓉、千年健；药材各30克：补骨脂、砂仁、白术、人参、远志、锁阳；药材各20克：木香、柏子仁、石菖蒲、淫羊藿；其特征在于：先将上述的药材略加粉碎，用普通白酒清洗后将酒倒掉，再取1斤的60度优质高粱白酒将药材浸泡，并隔水熟蒸一小时，凉后倒入盛有10斤的60度优质高粱白酒的酒坛中，密封后放置阴凉处，浸泡1-2个月即成，每晚临睡前饮25克。
