本发明涉及一种保健用品的制造,具体是利用以艾纳香等中药组合物配合电加热玉石制作的一种颈椎理疗保健枕,用中药辅以温热理疗舒缓颈椎肌紧张,矫正颈椎生理曲率。
背景技术
颈椎健康对人们工作生活至关重要,正常颈部脊柱均有一生理曲度。颈椎生理曲度的存在,能增加颈椎的弹性,减轻和缓冲重力的震荡,防止对脊髓和大脑的损伤。但现在人们长时间或伏案工作,或低头看手机,或长期坐姿、睡姿不良导致椎间盘髓核脱水退变,颈椎的前凸逐渐消失,甚至可变直或呈反张弯曲,颈椎及颈部软组织慢性损伤或退变引起脊柱内外力学平衡失调形成颈椎病变,压迫或刺激颈部血管、神经和脊髓引起头、颈、肩臂、上肢、背中部、胸部疼痛,严重威胁人们健康。
现有可查询到的颈椎保健枕技术方案较多,主要有药物填充物型、人体工程塑形体、智能调节型、机械按摩型。本案是将人体工程设计、药物、和温热灸疗组合设计一种艾纳香玉石温灸保健枕,简称保健枕。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:应用新材料、控制技术、中药组合物、玉石制作一种颈椎保健枕。在温热作用下使药物缓慢挥发透过皮肤减小痛感、放松肌紧张、矫正颈椎曲率恢复颈椎正常生理。
本发明的技术方案是:艾纳香玉石温灸枕,包含枕芯和枕套,枕芯内装入艾纳香枝叶绒状物、肉桂和独活;枕套的一面是发热元件及玉片,另一面有拉链及电源接口。
所述的枕套一面设置碳纤维布作为发热元件,碳纤维布外层设置尼龙网,玉石固定于尼龙网上。

肉桂:樟科植物,学名为Cinnamomum cassia。树皮芳香,可作香料,含挥发油1.98%-2.06%,其主要成分为桂皮醛(cinnamaldehyde),占52.92%-61.20%,有抗菌、抗肿瘤、镇痛作用。肉桂的功效有补火助阳,引火归源,散寒止痛,活血通经。
独活:多年生高大草本。根类圆柱形,棕褐色。含有异虎耳草素、 珊瑚菜内酯 、6-甲氧基当归素 、佛手柑内酯 、异佛手柑内酯、异补骨脂素。功效:祛风胜湿;散寒止痛。用于风寒湿痹;腰膝疼痛;少阴伏风头痛,头痛齿痛。
玉石:主要成份硅酸盐类矿物,据化学分析,玉石含有多种对人体有益的微量元素,如锌、镁、铁、铜、硒、铬、锰、钴等,佩带玉石可使微量元素被人体皮肤吸收,活化细胞组织,提高人体的免疫功能。
三味药组合有较好的镇痛解挛作用,加上温热灸疗效应可放松颈部肌肉紧张,颈椎应力分布合理,逐步改善颈部生理状况,起到保健功效。
本发明的有益效果:艾纳香玉石保健枕采用贵州南部特有的神奇植物艾纳香和肉桂、独活复配其挥发成份可在碳纤维的温和加热下缓慢释放透过皮肤进入人体发挥作用,聚乙烯醇功能材料可限制无效部位药物挥发。保健枕用碳纤维布低压电致发热安全,热能分布均匀,同时设置有恒温控制器保持所需最适温度,表面分布的玉片,玉片有集热效应作用于颈部穴位起到灸疗功效艾纳香玉石保健枕外形按人体工程学设计,长期使用可矫正颈椎生理曲度;药物有温经活血,解挛除痹之功;玉石按摩温灸颈部穴位,三者协同发挥颈部保健,维护人体健康。
用聚乙烯醇聚酯无纺布复合材料制作枕芯内胆,聚乙烯醇薄膜紫外线照射后发篮白色光。含水率可达30%-50%,在65%RH, 25 ℃ 环境下的含湿率也可达4.5%。能透过水蒸气,但难透过醇蒸汽,更不易透过有机挥发物, 聚乙烯醇薄膜的阻隔性甚至优于偏二氯乙烯薄膜。利用这一特性,保健枕交替加温冷却无水汽凝结,内外水份易渗透平衡,而药物挥发份只通过特定窗口释出,以提高药物有效利用率。
用碳纤维布做电发热元件,耐折,发热均衡,无短路过热安全隐忧,可控硅调压方式控温,220V交流电经变压结口转为12V低压电输入保健枕加热,通过铂温度传感器将信号返馈控制器,控制保健枕表面玉片热灸单元温度保持恒定。

具体实施方式
下面以实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明:
实施例1:用聚乙烯醇聚酯无纺布复合材料经裁剪缝合成长400㎜宽200㎜的方形圆角袋作枕芯内胆,内胆如图1面开有长180㎜宽4㎜窗口,窗口用80g/㎡熔喷无纺布缝合。于12月份收集大于一个枕用量罗甸产高龙脑含量的艾纳香枝叶,晾干后经机械处理得绒状物,称取600g。肉桂、独活粉碎成10~20目粗粉,称取50g肉桂,50g独活,三者混合填入制成枕芯。
涤纶布做保健枕面料、碳纤维布做电发热元件,按枕面宽,2/3长裁剪,尼龙网和碳纤维布同长以便两端包边,24片直径约25㎜厚4㎜圆润玉片按每列6粒,每行4粒等距排列于尼龙网并用强力胶固定,中间玉片底部粘合薄型温度传感器,涤纶面料按长400㎜宽200㎜的方形圆角形裁制成保健枕套,枕套的一面是发热元件及玉片,另一面有开闭拉链及电源接口;220V交流电经变压结口转为12V低压电输入保健枕加热,插接口装设于保健枕背面近一端部位,通过铂温度传感器将信号返馈控制器,控制保健枕表面玉片热灸单元温度保持恒定。

涤纶布做保健枕面料、碳纤维布做电发热元件,按枕面宽,2/3长裁剪,尼尼龙网和碳纤维布同长以便两端包边,32片直径约25㎜厚4㎜圆润玉片按每列8粒,每行4粒等距排列于尼龙网并用强力胶固定,中间玉片底部粘合薄型温度传感器,涤纶面料按长400㎜宽200㎜的方形圆角形裁制成保健枕套,枕套的一面是发热元件及玉片,另一面有开闭拉链及电源接口; 220V交流电经变压结口转为12V低压电输入保健枕加热,插接口装设于保健枕背面近一端部位,通过铂温度传感器将信号返馈控制器,控制保健枕表面玉片热灸单元温度保持恒定。

Claims (7)
1.艾纳香玉石温灸枕,包含枕芯和枕套,其特征在于:枕芯内装入艾纳香枝叶绒状物、肉桂和独活;枕套的一面是发热元件及玉片,另一面有拉链及电源接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的艾纳香玉石温灸枕,其特征在于:枕套一面设置碳纤维布作为发热元件,碳纤维布外层设置尼龙网,玉石固定于尼龙网上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的艾纳香玉石温灸枕,其特征在于:质量比为艾纳香枝叶绒状物70~90%,肉桂5~15%,独活5~15%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的艾纳香玉石温灸枕,其特征在于:枕芯一面设置窗口,并用厚布或无纺布缝合该窗口,使透气不透粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的艾纳香玉石温灸枕,其特征在于:枕芯使用聚乙烯醇聚酯无纺布复合材料制作。
6.根据权利要求2所述的艾纳香玉石温灸枕,其特征在于:中间玉片底部设置温度传感器,220V交流电经变压结口转为12V低压电输入保健枕加热,插接口装设于保健枕背面近一端部位,通过温度传感器将信号返馈控制器,控制保健枕表面玉片热灸单元温度保持恒定。
7.根据权利要求2所述的艾纳香玉石温灸枕,其特征在于:碳纤维布宽与枕面一至,长是枕套长的2/3。
