Abstract

本发明提供了一种促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝的调节剂,配方如下:6‑BA浓度为1300‑1500mg/Kg;KT‑30浓度为25‑35mg/Kg;GA3浓度为1000‑1200mg/Kg;复硝酚纳浓度为5‑10mg/Kg;0.1%(体积比)Trition X‑100。本发明提供的促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝的调节剂,成本低,配制工艺简单易行,喷施效率高,适用于苗圃大面积应用,促进当年生中央领导干萌发二次枝效果明显、稳定。

Description

一种促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝的调节剂
技术领域
本发明涉及农业果木培育领域,具体涉及一种促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝的调节剂。
背景技术
多分枝大苗的培育是果树苗木产业的发展方向,采用此类苗木建园,结果早、效益高,有利于克服栽植重茬障碍。目前我国生产上推广的樱桃苗木多为单干苗,定植当年一般在剪口下可萌发3-5个枝条,尚不能满足基层主枝的数量,生产上多采用第二年基部重短截新枝的方法,增加分枝数量,严重影响幼树前期产量。利用植物生长调节剂促进当年生中央领导干萌发二次枝,操作相对简单,效率高,对于实现樱桃树早产、丰产具有重要意义。
关于促进芽体萌发抽枝方面,前人的相关研究多采用以6-BA和普洛马林(有效成分为1.8%的6-BA和1.8%的GA4+7)等为主要成分的膏剂或乳剂涂抹芽体促进幼树发枝,且处理时期主要集中在萌芽前。针对樱桃生长期喷施水剂植物生长调节剂促发二次枝的研究尚未见报道。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝的调节剂,其可有效使樱桃苗木促发二次枝。
本发明提供的配方是:一种促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝的调节剂,包括6-BA,KT-30,GA3,复硝酚钠和Trition X-100;6-BA浓度为1300-1500mg/Kg;KT-30浓度为 25-35mg/Kg;GA3浓度为1000-1200mg/Kg;复硝酚纳浓度为5-10mg/Kg; Trition X-100的体积比为0.1%。
其配制方法为:(1)6-BA、KT-30、GA3与复硝酚纳母液的配制
使用10%的稀盐酸溶解6-BA,在40℃-50℃温度下用电磁搅拌器搅拌10分钟,使其全部溶解,加蒸馏水定容,配制成6-BA母液;将 KT-30 和 GA3 分别溶解于95%乙醇溶液,加蒸馏水定容,配制成KT-30母液和GA3母液;将复硝酚纳溶解于蒸馏水中,加蒸馏水定容,配制成复硝酚钠母液;
(2)调节剂母液的配制
分别取6-BA母液、KT-30母液与GA3 母液复配成混合母液,加入复硝酚纳母液并移至容量瓶,在加入Trition X-100,最后加蒸馏水定容,配制成调节剂母液;
(3)调节剂母液稀释及喷施方法
将调节剂母液稀释15-25倍,使用喷雾工具喷施樱桃苗木顶部10-20cm 范围;喷施的湿润程度为叶片和茎表面充分湿润但无液滴凝聚下落为宜。
(4)调节剂母液喷施时机
于樱桃苗高60cm和80cm两个时期应用,每个时期均喷施2次,2次间隔期为48小时。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明提供的促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝的调节剂,成本低,配制工艺简单易行,喷施效率高,尤其适合樱桃苗木,并适用于苗圃大面积应用;本发明促进当年生中央领导干萌发二次枝,效果明显、稳定;根据苗木生长发育实际情况,在苗高60cm和80cm时期分别连续应用两次,可形成二次枝5-8条,对实现樱桃树早产、丰产具有重要意义。
具体实施方式
为便于本领域技术人员理解本发明技术方案,现结合实施例对本发明技术方案做进一步的说明。
实施例1 本发明提供调节剂配方的组合配制
(1)6-BA、KT-30、GA3与复硝酚纳母液的配制
使用10%的稀盐酸溶解50g 6-BA,40℃-50℃电磁搅拌器搅拌10分钟,使其全部溶解,加蒸馏水定容至100ml;将1.5g KT-30 与50g GA3 分别溶解于95%乙醇溶液,加蒸馏水定容至100ml;将2g复硝酚纳溶解于蒸馏水中,加蒸馏水定容至100ml;
(2)调节剂母液的配制
分别取60ml 6-BA母液、40ml KT-30与GA3 复配母液、10ml 复硝酚纳母液移至1000 ml容量瓶,在加入20ml Trition X-100,最后加蒸馏水定容至1000ml配制成调节剂母液。
(3)调节剂母液稀释及喷施方法
将调节剂母液稀释20倍,使用喷雾工具喷施樱桃苗木顶部10 cm 范围;喷施的湿润程度为叶片和茎表面充分湿润但无液滴凝聚下落为宜。
实施例2 本发明效果验证
采用甜樱桃品种‘美早’+砧木‘大青叶’砧穗组合为材料,其中120株苗木喷施水剂植物生长调节剂处理,120株苗木喷施清水作为对照。于樱桃苗高60cm和80cm两个时期应用,每个时期均喷施2次,2次间隔期为48小时。
喷施部位为苗木顶部10 cm 范围内,喷施工具为电动喷雾器,喷施的湿润程度为叶片和茎表面充分湿润但无液滴凝聚下落为宜。
于11月初樱桃苗木停止生长后,调查苗木中央领导干60cm以下部位和60cm~80 cm部位萌发的二次枝总数、二次枝平均长度(见表1)。

该结果表明,采用本发明提供的调节剂植物生长调节剂,可明显增加樱桃苗木中央领导干二次枝的数量,有利于苗木快速成型,提早结果。

Claims (4)

1.一种促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝的调节剂,包括6-BA,KT-30,GA3,复硝酚钠和Trition X-100;其特征在于,6-BA浓度为1300-1500mg/Kg;KT-30浓度为 25-35mg/Kg;GA3浓度为1000-1200mg/Kg;复硝酚纳浓度为5-10mg/Kg; Trition X-100的体积比为0.1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝的调节剂,其特征在于,调节剂于樱桃苗高60cm和80cm两个时期应用,每个时期均喷施2次,2次间隔期为48小时。
3.一种促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝调节剂的配制方法,其特征在于,配制步骤为:
a.6-BA、KT-30、GA3与复硝酚纳母液的配制
使用10%的稀盐酸溶解6-BA,在40℃-50℃温度下用电磁搅拌器搅拌10分钟,使其全部溶解,加蒸馏水定容,配制成6-BA母液;将 KT-30 和 GA3 分别溶解于95%乙醇溶液,加蒸馏水定容,配制成KT-30母液和GA3母液;将复硝酚纳溶解于蒸馏水中,加蒸馏水定容,配制成复硝酚钠母液;
b.调节剂母液的配制
分别取6-BA母液、KT-30母液与GA3 母液复配成混合母液,加入复硝酚纳母液并移至容量瓶,在加入Trition X-100,最后加蒸馏水定容,配制成调节剂母液;
c.调节剂母液稀释及喷施方法
将调节剂母液稀释15-25倍,使用喷雾工具喷施樱桃苗木顶部10-20cm 范围;喷施的湿润程度为叶片和茎表面充分湿润但无液滴凝聚下落为宜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的促进樱桃生长期芽体萌发抽枝调节剂的配制方法,其特征在于,其优选配制步骤为:
a.6-BA、KT-30、GA3与复硝酚纳母液的配制
使用10%的稀盐酸溶解50g 6-BA,40℃-50℃电磁搅拌器搅拌10分钟,使其全部溶解,加蒸馏水定容至100ml;将1.5g KT-30 与50g GA3 分别溶解于95%乙醇溶液,加蒸馏水定容至100ml;将2g复硝酚纳溶解于蒸馏水中,加蒸馏水定容至100ml;
b.调节剂母液的配制
分别取60ml 6-BA母液、40ml KT-30与GA3 复配母液、10ml 复硝酚纳母液移至1000 ml容量瓶,在加入20ml Trition X-100,最后加蒸馏水定容至1000ml配制成调节剂母液;
c.调节剂母液稀释及喷施方法
将调节剂母液稀释20倍,使用喷雾工具喷施樱桃苗木顶部10 cm 范围;喷施的湿润程度为叶片和茎表面充分湿润但无液滴凝聚下落为宜。
