Abstract
本发明公开了一种铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由多根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处设有填充pp绳,在缆芯外重叠绕包两层半导电尼龙带,在半导电尼龙带挤包内衬层,内衬层外绕包阻水带,在阻水带外编织钢丝铠装层;阻水带和钢丝铠装层的表面均涂覆沥青涂层;在钢丝铠装层外绕包包带层,在包带层外挤包HDPE防白蚁外护套。本发明可有效防止水汽进入电缆内部,就是雨水天气,水都无法进入电缆内,从而延长了电缆的使用寿命;采用交联聚乙烯绝缘,机械性能好;该电缆绝缘和护套弹性好、压缩变形小,强度高,防鼠蚁性强;屏蔽层采用双层铜带结构,加强了屏蔽效果,加强了电缆的机械性能,隔离电磁场干扰。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆。
背景技术
电缆在工业、商业、造船业、高层建筑、矿山、石油、化工等环境中使用时,其不仅受到非人为机械外力的损伤,还受到鼠、白蚁、虫蚀的侵蚀,而且在易燃易爆场所或火灾时威胁到人身财产安全的公共场所、住宅楼、商场、园区,对供电系统的场所有严格限制,不仅限制了电缆的防鼠防蚁防火性能,还限制了电缆敷设空间和电缆根数,因为电缆敷设空间越小,这样敷设的电缆根数就越少,安全系数越高。现有的技术工艺在材质方面采用天然丁苯胶做绝缘和护套。天然橡胶是非极性物质,在油污中极易溶解,且绝缘电阻低(绝缘体积电阻率1011)、机械性能差,丁苯橡胶绝缘性能差,物理性能不稳定,随温度变化而有较大变化,所以其防鼠、防白蚁、防虫蚀性能差;
传统防鼠防蚁电缆生产技术工艺存在以下问题: 1、材料本身性能差导致绝缘性能、机械性能差;2、绝缘和护套弹性差,压缩变形大,强度低;3、防鼠、防白蚁、防虫蚀性能差;4、耐气候性,耐热老化,耐寒性差;阻水性差,水是影响电缆安全性能的首要因素,水汽一旦进入电缆内部,电缆的绝缘交联聚乙烯极易产生水树,电缆的使用寿命将会大大降低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由多根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处设有填充pp绳,在缆芯外重叠绕包两层半导电尼龙带,绕包搭概率为15%-20%;在半导电尼龙带挤包内衬层,在内衬层外绕包单面绝缘阻水带,在单面绝缘阻水带外编织钢丝铠装层;单面绝缘阻水带和钢丝铠装层的表面均涂覆沥青涂层;在钢丝铠装层外绕包包带层,在包带层外挤包HDPE防白蚁外护套。
优选地,所述的绝缘线芯包括铜导体,在铜导体外以三层共挤方式分别挤包内屏蔽层、绝缘层以及外屏蔽层,最后在外屏蔽层外绕包铜带屏蔽层。
优选地,所述的内屏蔽层为挤包交联型半导电屏蔽层。
优选地,所述的绝缘层为抗水树交联聚乙烯绝缘层,其厚度为4.85-5.5mm。
优选地,所述的外屏蔽层为挤包交联型可剥离半导电屏蔽层。
优选地,所述的铜带屏蔽层的厚度为0.09-0.1mm。
优选地,所述的单面绝缘阻水带阻水面面向钢丝铠装层。
本发明的有益效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明采用了内衬层和阻水带,不仅可有效防止水汽进入电缆内部,就是雨水天气,水都无法进入电缆内,从而延长了电缆的使用寿命,填充采用pp绳,不仅使得电缆圆整性好,还有效保护了缆芯的阻水性;采用抗水树交联聚乙烯绝缘层,机械性能好,增加了线芯的抗水性;该电缆绝缘和护套弹性好、压缩变形小,强度高,防鼠蚁性强;屏蔽层采用三层屏蔽结构,极大的加强了屏蔽效果,加强了电缆的机械性能,隔离电磁场干扰;电缆内涂覆双层沥青涂料层,使得电缆的耐腐蚀性大大提高;在缆芯外重叠绕包两层半导电尼龙带,绕包搭概率为15%-20%,使得电缆紧密圆整。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由多根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处设有填充pp绳6,在缆芯外重叠绕包两层半导电尼龙带7,绕包搭概率为15%-20%,使得电缆紧密圆整;在半导电尼龙带挤包内衬层8,在内衬层外绕包单面绝缘阻水带9,在单面绝缘阻水带外编织钢丝铠装层10;单面绝缘阻水带和钢丝铠装层的表面均涂覆沥青涂层11;在钢丝铠装层外绕包包带层12,在包带层外挤包HDPE防白蚁外护套13,有效防止了白蚁对电缆的破坏,影响电缆的正常工作。
其中,所述的绝缘线芯包括铜导体1,在铜导体外以三层共挤方式分别挤包内屏蔽层2、绝缘层3以及外屏蔽层4,最后在外屏蔽层外绕包铜带屏蔽层5。
所述的内屏蔽层为挤包交联型半导电屏蔽层,导体屏蔽内含硫磺不超过200ppm和其他杂质离子不超过20ppm,大大加强了导体的屏蔽效果。
所述的绝缘层为抗水树交联聚乙烯绝缘层,其厚度为4.85-5.5mm,阻水效果大大高于普通的交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
所述的外屏蔽层为挤包交联型可剥离半导电屏蔽层,导体屏蔽内含硫磺不超过1000ppm和其他杂质离子不超过500ppm,大大加强了绝缘的屏蔽效果。
所述的铜带屏蔽层的厚度为0.09-0.1mm,搭盖率不小于25%。
所述的单面绝缘阻水带阻水面面向钢丝铠装层。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由多根绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处设有填充pp绳,在缆芯外重叠绕包两层半导电尼龙带,绕包搭概率为15%-20%;在半导电尼龙带挤包内衬层,在内衬层外绕包单面绝缘阻水带,在单面绝缘阻水带外编织钢丝铠装层;单面绝缘阻水带和钢丝铠装层的表面均涂覆沥青涂层;在钢丝铠装层外绕包包带层,在包带层外挤包HDPE防白蚁外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯包括铜导体,在铜导体外以三层共挤方式分别挤包内屏蔽层、绝缘层以及外屏蔽层,最后在外屏蔽层外左向绕包铜带屏蔽层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的内屏蔽层为挤包交联型半导电屏蔽层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层为抗水树交联聚乙烯绝缘层,其厚度为4.85-5.5mm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的外屏蔽层为挤包交联型可剥离半导电屏蔽层。
6.根据权利要求2所述的铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的铜带屏蔽层的厚度为0.09-0.1mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的铜芯交联聚乙烯绝缘钢丝铠装防白蚁电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的单面绝缘阻水带阻水面面向钢丝铠装层。
