Abstract
本发明公开了一种防蛀虫复合隔音棉,包括:吸音棉毡层和硅藻泥层,所述硅藻泥层包覆在所述吸音棉毡层外,所述吸音棉毡层由至少两层玻璃纤维吸音棉毡层叠粘合而成,所述吸音棉毡层上均布有贯通的吸音孔,所述吸音孔内穿插有多孔活性炭纤维吸音棒,所述硅藻泥层的表面均布有吸音凹坑,所述吸音凹坑的深度为所述硅藻泥层厚度的1/3。通过上述方式,本发明具有优异的隔音性能,同时还具有抑菌、抗蛀虫性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及隔音棉领域,特别是涉及一种防蛀虫复合隔音棉。
背景技术
建筑墙体的隔音性能较差,声音会通过墙体传送,特别是音乐厅、舞厅、工业厂房等噪音比较大的场所,墙体传播声音会严重影响到周围环境,形成噪声污染,因此在其墙体上一般都会安装隔音棉,但是现有的隔音棉都不具有防蛀虫性能,使用时间长以后,隔音棉体内易产生蛀虫,从而影响隔音棉的使用性能及使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防蛀虫复合隔音棉,能够解决现有建筑墙体使用的隔音棉不具有防蛀虫性能的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防蛀虫复合隔音棉,包括:吸音棉毡层和硅藻泥层,所述硅藻泥层包覆在所述吸音棉毡层外,所述吸音棉毡层由至少两层玻璃纤维吸音棉毡层叠粘合而成,所述吸音棉毡层上均布有贯通的吸音孔,所述吸音孔内穿插有多孔活性炭纤维吸音棒,所述硅藻泥层的表面均布有吸音凹坑,所述吸音凹坑的深度为所述硅藻泥层厚度的1/3。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述玻璃纤维吸音棉毡的厚度为0.5-1.5cm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸音棉毡层由2-4层玻璃纤维吸音棉毡层叠粘合而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述硅藻泥层的厚度为1-3cm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明由吸音棉毡层和硅藻泥层复合而成,其中吸音棉毡层由至少两层玻璃纤维吸音棉毡层叠粘合而成,且在吸音棉毡层上的吸音孔中穿插有多孔活性炭纤维吸音棒,使本发明复合隔音棉不仅具有优异的隔音性能,同时还具有抑菌、抗蛀虫性能。

一种防蛀虫复合隔音棉,包括:吸音棉毡层1和硅藻泥层2,所述硅藻泥层2包覆在所述吸音棉毡层1外,所述吸音棉毡层1由至少两层玻璃纤维吸音棉毡层叠粘合而成,所述吸音棉毡层1上均布有贯通的吸音孔11,所述吸音孔11内穿插有多孔活性炭纤维吸音棒3,所述多孔活性炭纤维吸音棒3不仅具有优异的吸音性能,同时还具有抑菌、防蛀虫性能,所述硅藻泥层2的表面均布有吸音凹坑,所述吸音凹坑的深度为所述硅藻泥层2厚度的1/3,所述吸音凹坑能进一步提高所述复合隔音棉的隔音性能。
优选地,所述玻璃纤维吸音棉毡的厚度为0.5-1.5cm。
所述吸音棉毡层1由2-4层玻璃纤维吸音棉毡层叠粘合而成。
所述硅藻泥层2的厚度为1-3cm,所述硅藻泥层2包覆在吸音棉毡层1外,可以提高吸音棉毡层1的使用寿命,同时使材料具有优异的环保性能。
本发明揭示了一种防蛀虫复合隔音棉,由吸音棉毡层和硅藻泥层复合而成,其中吸音棉毡层由至少两层玻璃纤维吸音棉毡层叠粘合而成,且在吸音棉毡层上的吸音孔中穿插有多孔活性炭纤维吸音棒,使本发明复合隔音棉不仅具有优异的隔音性能,同时还具有抑菌、抗蛀虫性能。

1.一种防蛀虫复合隔音棉,其特征在于,包括:吸音棉毡层和硅藻泥层,所述硅藻泥层包覆在所述吸音棉毡层外,所述吸音棉毡层由至少两层玻璃纤维吸音棉毡层叠粘合而成,所述吸音棉毡层上均布有贯通的吸音孔,所述吸音孔内穿插有多孔活性炭纤维吸音棒,所述硅藻泥层的表面均布有吸音凹坑,所述吸音凹坑的深度为所述硅藻泥层厚度的1/3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀虫复合隔音棉,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维吸音棉毡的厚度为0.5-1.5cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀虫复合隔音棉,其特征在于,所述吸音棉毡层由2-4层玻璃纤维吸音棉毡层叠粘合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防蛀虫复合隔音棉,其特征在于,所述硅藻泥层的厚度为1-3cm。
